झाालेेल्याा मुंंsबई महाानगर प्रदेश वि¦कास प्राधिि˜करणाची (याापुुढेे ज्यांंsच्याा उल्लेेख “एमएमआरडीीए” असा केलेेला आहे.) महााराष्ट्र प्रादेशि�क

मोजेे मनोोरी, गोराई (बृहन्मुंंsबई महाानगरपाालि�काा हद्द) आणि� उत्तन, पााली, चौक, तारोडीी, डोंगरी याा सदर अधिि˜सूचनेेमध्ये उल्लेेखि�लेेल्याा

क्षेेत्राासाठीी (याापुुढेे यााचाा उल्लेेख ‘उक्त अधिि˜सूचि�त क्षेेत्र’ असा केलेेला आहे), मंंजूूर प्रादेशि�क योजनेेच्याा प्रस्तावानुसाार मनोोरंजन आणि�

पर्यटन वि¦कास वि¦भाागाच्याा वि¦कासासाठीी वि¦शेष नि�योोजन प्राधिि˜करण म्हणूून नि�युुक्ती केलेेली आहे ;

आणि� ज्यााअर्थीी, एमएमआरडीीए ने उक्त अधिि˜नि�यमााच्याा तरतुदीीनुसाार वि¦शेष नि�योोजन प्राधिि˜करण याा नात्यााने उक्त अधिि˜सूचनाा

क्षेेत्रााचाा आराखडा तयाार करण्यााचे कर्ततव्य पाार पााडून तसा आराखडा उक्त अधिि˜नि�यमााचे कलम ३० अन्वयेे शाासनास सादर केलेेला होता ;

आणि� ज्यााअर्थीी, उक्त अधिि˜नि�यमााचे कलम ३१ च्याा पोट-कलम (१) अन्वयेे प्राप्त असलेेल्याा अधिि˜कारांंsचाा वापर करून राज्य

शाासनाने एमएमआरडीीए ने सादर केलेेल्याा उक्त अधिि˜सूचि�त क्षेेत्रााच्याा वि¦कास आराखडयाास नगरवि¦कास वि¦भाागाकडीील क्रमांंsक सि�एमएस/

टि�पीीबी-४३१२/प्र.क्र.२३/२०१३/नवि¦-११ दि�नांंsक १३ मे २०१३ व दि�नांंsक ३ जून २०१६ रोजीच्याा अधिि˜सूचनेेन्वयेे मंंजूूरी दि�लेेली आहे ;

आणि� ज्यााअर्थीी, उक्त अधिि˜सूचि�त क्षेेत्र हे बृहन्मुंंsबई महाानगरपाालि�काा व मि�राा भााईंदर महाानगरपाालि�केेच्याा हद्दीमध्ये समाावि¦ष्ट आहे

आणि� सदर महाापाालि�काा नि�योोजन प्राधिि˜करण म्हणूून त्यांंsच्याा मंंजूूर वि¦कास योजनांंsची अंमल

बजावणी करीत आहे. संबंंधिि˜त महाानगरपाालि�काा

त्यांंsच्याा मंंजूूर वि¦कास योजनेेप्रमााणे उक्त वि¦कास योजनेेची अंमल

बजावणी करु शकणार आहेत. त्याामुुळेे एमएमआरडीीए ची वि¦शेष

नि�योोजन प्राधिि˜करण म्हणूून नि�युुक्ती कायम ठेवणेचे प्रयोजन रहाात नसल्यााने मुंंsबई महाानगर प्रादेशि�क वि¦कास प्राधिि˜करण याा वि¦शेष नि�योोजन

प्राधिि˜करणाची नि�युुक्ती रद्द सदर क्षेेत्राासाठीी नि�योोजन प्राधिि˜करण म्हणुुन संंबधिि˜त महाानगरपाालि�केेची नि�युुक्ती केली आहे.

सबब, महााराष्ट्र प्रादेशि�क नि�योोजन व नगररचनाा अधिि˜नि�यम, १९६६ चे कलम ३८ च्याा अनुषंंगाने कलम २३(१) अन्वयेे मि�राा

भााईंदर महाानगरपाालि�केेने उक्त नमुुद मौजेे उत्तन, पााली, चौक, तारोडीी, डोंगरी व मोर्वा� याा ०६ गावांंsसाठीी वि¦कास योजनाा सुधाारीत करण्यााचाा

इरादा जाहीर करण्याासाठीी सर्ववसाधारण सभेचाा ठरााव (प्रशाासकीय ठरााव) क्र.४६० दि�नांंsक १३ माार्चच २०२४ अन्वयेे माान्यताा दि�लीी आहे.

त्याानुसाार सदरची सूचनाा प्रसि�द्ध करण्याात येत आहे.

महााराष्ट्र प्रादेशि�क नि�योोजन व नगररचनाा अधिि˜नि�यम, १९६६ चे कलम २३(१) नुसाार मि�राा भााईंदर महाानगरपाालि�केेच्याा उक्त

वि¦कास योजनेेमध्ये समाावि¦ष्ट असलेेल्याा (०६ गावांंsचाा) क्षेेत्रााची हद्द दर्शशवि¦णारा नकाशाा मि�राा भााईंदर महाानगरपाालि�काा मुुख्य कायाा�लयाात

(स्व. इंदि�रा गांंsधी भवन, छत्रपती

ी शि�वााजी महााराज माार्गग, भााईंदर (प.), ता. व जि�. ठाणे ४०१ १०१) तसेच सहाायक संंचाालक, नगररचनाा,

मि�राा भााईंदर महाानगरपाालि�काा यांंsचे कायाा�लयाात (स्वामी वि¦वेकानंद भवन, आर. बी. के. स्कुल जवळ

योजनाा तयाार करताना त्याा सूचनाा/ हरकतींचाा योग्य तो वि¦चाार करण्याात येईल.

NOTICE

Declaration of Intention to prepare Development Plan of Villages-Uttan, pali, Chowk, Tarodi, Dogri

and Morva included in Mira Bhaindar Municipal Corporation as per section 38 read with section

23 (1) of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966.

Whereas, the Government of Maharashtra has appointed the Mumbai Metropolitan Region

Development Authority (hereinafter referred to as its acronym “MMRDA”) established under the

Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority Act, 1974 (Mah. IV of 1975) to be the Special

Planning Authority by the state Government in Urban Development Department’s Notification

No. TPB-4307/108/CR-29/07/UD-11, Dated 1st December 2007 promulgated in exercise of its powers

conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 40 of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966

(hereinafter referred to as “the said Act”) for the area of villages Manori and Gorai (Municipal

Corporation of Greater Mumbai) and Uttan, Pali, Chowk, Tarodi, Dongari (Mira Bhaynader Municipal

Corporation) notified in the schedule of the said Notification (hereinafter referred to as Notified

Area”), to be developed as Recreation and Tourism Development Zone as per proposal of Sanctioned

Regional Plan ;

And whereas, the MMRDA as a Special Planning Authority has completed its obligatory duty to

prepare a plan for the Notified area and, submitted the same to the State Government for sanction

under section 30 of the said Act ;

And whereas, in exercise of its powers under sub-section (1) of Section 31 of the said Act, the

Government of Maharashtra in Urban Development Department by its Notification No. TPB-

4312/323/CR-23/2013/UD-11, dated the 13th May 2013 and dated the 3rd June 2016 has sanctioned

the Development Plan of Notified Area (hereinafter referred to as “the said Plan”) submitted by the

MMRDA ;

And whereas, as the Notified Area falls in the limit of Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai

and Municipal Corporation of Mira Bhaindar, (hereinafter referred to as the said planning authority)

and the concerned Municipal Corporations are implementing their sanctioned Development Plan as a

Planning Authority, therefore to continue the appointment of MMRDA as a Special Planning Authority

for implementation of the said Plan is no more required. The concerned Municipal Corporations shall

implement the said plan along with their sanctioned Development Plans ;

And whereas, the Government Cancels the appointment of MMRDA as special Planning

Authority for the said notified area, and the said area merge it, in the area of respective jurisdiction

of The said Concerned Plannning Authority.

Hence, the Mira Bhaindar Municipal Corporation by its resolution No. 460 dated 13th March

2024 has given consent to declare its intention to prepare Revise Development Plan of Villages Uttan,

Pali, Chowk, Tarodi, Dogri and Morva (6 Villages) as per provision of section 38 read with section

23(1) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966. Accordingly, this notice is being

published.

The plan showing boundary of the area included in Development Plan of Mira Bhaindar Municipal

Corporation is kept open for inspection by the public on office working days, during office hours at

the office of the Mira Bhaindar Municipal Corporation (Late Indira Gandhi Bhawan, Chhatrapatti

Shivaji Maharaj Marg, Bhaindar (W.), Tq. and Dist. Thane 401 101) and Assistant Director Town

Planning Mira Bhaindar Municipal Corporation (Swami Vivekanand Bhawan, Near RBK School,

Kanakia, Mira Road (East), Tq. and Dist. Thane 401 107) as required under section 23(2) of the

Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966.

Any suggestion/objection of the public in this regard, may be forwarded in writing to the

Commissioner Mira Bhaindar Municipal Corporation within a period of 60 (Sixty) days from the date

of publication of this notice in Maharashtra Government Gazette. The suggestion/objection shall be

duly considered while preparing the Development Plan.
