गर येथीथीील उक्त अनुसूचि�त नमूूद केलेले क्षेेत्र अधिि˜नि�यमााच्या कलम २, खंड (ग) अन्वये औद्योोगि�क क्षेेत्र म्हणूून जाहीर

केलेले आहे ;

कलम ३२ च्या पोट-कलम (१) नुसार नोटीस प्रसि�द्ध होण्याच्या लगतपूूर्वी उक्त जमीन जि�च्याकडेे नि�हीीत होती त्या व्यक्तीकडेे ती त्यावेळी

NOTIFICATION

Maharashtra Industrial Development Act, 1961.

No. IDC 2022 C.R. 615)/IND 14.—Whereas, by the Government Notification Industries, Energy

and Labour Department, No. IDC 2010/615/IND-14, dated the 23rd September, 2010 issued under

sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Maharashtra Industrial Development Act, 1961 (Mah.III of 1962)

(hereinafter referred to as "the said Act "), the Government of Maharashtra has appointed the

30th September, 2010 to be the date from which the provisions of Chapter VI of the said Act shall

take effect in certain areas in village Waghunde Bk., Palve Kurda and Apdhup in Taulka Parner,

District Ahmednagar mentioned in the Schedule appended to the said notification and declared those

area as an industrial area under clause (g) of section 2 of the said Act;

And whereas, as per the provisions of the said act, the Sub-Divisional Officer, Shrigonda- Parner

Sub-Division, Ahmednagar has, by issuing notice No. क्रमांं�क भूसं/कााविि¦/२७७/२०१४, dated 12th August, 2014,

published in the Maharashtra Government Gazette, Part I Supplementary, dated 14th August 2014,

क्रमांं�क भूसं/कााविि¦- १५०/२०१५, dated 10th April, 2015, published in the Maharashtra Government Gazette, Part

I Supplementary, dated 15th April, 2015, and क्रमांं�क भूसं/कााविि¦/२५६/२०१६, dated 5th July, 2016, published

in the Maharashtra Government Gazette, Part I Supplementary, dated 21st-27th July, 2016, under

sub-section (1) of section 32 of the said Act, initiated the process for the acquisition of lands in the

said industrial area, and as such, the lands mentioned in the said notice have vested absolutely in

the State Government free from all encumbrances under sub-section (4) of said section 32;

And whereas, the actual possession of the land mentioned in the Schedule appended hereto

(hereinafter referred to as "the said land") is not taken by or on behalf of the State Government and

it appeared to the State Government that the said land is no more required for the purposes of the

said Act;

Now, therefore in exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to sub-section (4) of section 32

of the said Act and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Government of Maharashtra

hereby withdraws the said land from acquisition and declares that, on the publication of this Notice

in the Maharashtra Government Gazette, the said land shall re-vest with retrospective effect in the

person in whom it was vesting immediately before the publication of the notice under sub-section

(1) of the said section 32, subject to such encumbrances, if any, as may be subsisting at that time.
