चे कलम ४ च्या पोोट- कलम (१) चे खंंड (सहाा) द्वाारे प्रदाान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिि˜काारांं�चाा वाापर करून महााराष्ट्र शाासनााने जी

अधिि˜सूूचनाा कााढण्याचे प्रस्ताावि�त केले आहे, त्या अधिि˜सूूचनेेचाा पुढील मसुुदाा उक्त कलम ४ च्या पोोट-कलम (४) द्वाारे आवश्यक

असल्याप्रमााणेे, त्याद्वाारे परि�णााम होण्याचाा संभव असलेेल्या सर्वव व्यक्तींच्या माहि�तीीसाठीी याद्वाारे प्रसि�द्ध करण्यात येत आहे, आणि� याद्वाारे

अशी सूूचनाा देण्यात येत आहे की, दि�नांं�क ३१ मे,२०२४ रोजी किं�ंवाा त्यानंंतर महााराष्ट्र शाासन उक्त मसुुदाा वि�चाारात घेेईल.

२. उक्त मसुुद्यााच्या संबंधात कोणत्याही व्यक्तीकडूून ज्या कोणत्याही हरकतीी किं�ंवाा सूूचनाा वि�भाागीय आयुक्त, पुणेे वि�भााग, वि�धाान

भवन

, पुणेे-१ यांं�च्याकडेे उपरोोक्त दि�नांं�काापूर्वी प्रााप्त होतील त्या हरकतीी व सूूचनाा शाासनााकडूून वि�चाारात घेेण्यात येतील.

NOTIFICATION

Maharashtra Land Revenue Code,1966.

No. TLC 2023/CR-108/M-10.— The following draft of the notification, which the Government

of Maharashtra proposes to issue in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by clause (vi) of sub-

section (1) of section 4, of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 (Mah.XLI of 1966), is hereby

published as required by sub-section (4) of the said section 4, for the information of all persons likely

to be affected thereby; and notice is hereby given that the said draft will be taken into consideration

by the Government of Maharashtra on or after the 31st May, 2024.

2. Any objections or suggestions, which may be received by the Divisional Commissioner, Pune

Division, Vidhan Bhavan, Pune -1, from any person with respect to the said draft notification, before

the aforesaid date will be considered by the Government.

DRAFT NOTIFICATION

No. TLC 2023/CR 108/M-10.— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (vi) of sub-section (1)

of section 4 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 (Mah.XLI of 1966) and of all other powers

enabling it in this behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby alters the name of the revenue

area specified in column (1) of the Schedule appended hereunder and rename it as mentioned against

in column (2) of the said Schedule.

2.  Any reference, in any law, instrument or other document to the revenue area specified in

column (1) of the Schedule aforesaid (as they existed, immediately before the publication of this

notification in the Official Gazette) shall, unless the context requires otherwise, be deemed to be a

reference to the revenue area as renamed in column (2) of the said Schedule.
