पदनि�र्देशि�त करण्यात आले आहेत.

Representation of the People Act, 1951.

Reff. : No.GEL-0324/173/C.R.34/Spl.1A, dated 19th March, 2024.

No. GEL-0324/173/C.R.34/SPL-1A.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 28A of the

Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Government of Maharashtra has already

designates, the Police Officers vide its notification for the period commencing on and from the date

of notification No. GEL-0324/173/C.R.34/Spl.1A, dated 19th March 2024 calling for General Election

of the 48th Parliamentary Constituency to the Lok Sabha scheduled to be held on the 19th April,

2024, 26th April, 2024, 7th May, 2024, 13th May, 2024 and 20th May, 2024, ending with the

date of declaration of the results of such elections and accordingly, such officers shall, during that

period, be subject to the control, superintendence and discipline of the Election Commission.

In the even numbered notification dated 19th March 2024 after serial No. (3) insert serial

No. (3A) as below :—

(3A) Special Commissioner of Police for Brihan Mumbai ;
