पोोट-कलमे (१-अ), (१-ब), (१-क), (१-ड) आणिि” (१-इ) द्वाारे प्रदाान करण्यात आलेल्या आणिि” त्याला समर्थथनीीय करणाऱ्या
अधिि˜काारांं�चाा वाापर करून महााराष्ट्र शाासन याद्वाारे घोोषिि¨त करते की, कार्यकाारी अभि�यंंता, बहुमजली इमारत बां�धका
ाम वि�भााग,
चेंबूर, मुंं�बई यां�चीी वि�षयांं�कि�त प्रकल्पाच्या पथक
र वसुुलीसाठीी २ महि�न्यांं�करि�ताा नेमणूूक करण्यात येत आहे. खाालील अनुसूचीच्या स्तंभ

१. खाालील वााहनांं�नाा पथकरा
ातून सूट देण्यात येईल :—
(१) भाारतााचे राष्ट्रपतीी, उप राष्ट्रपतीी, राज्यां�चेे राज्यपाल व वााहनांं�नाा लाल दि�वाा अनुज्ञेेय असलेल्या अति�महत्त्वााच्या
लोकप्रति�नि�धींंची वााहनेे.
(२) लोकसभाा व राज्यसभेचे वि�द्यमाान सदस्य तसेेच महााराष्ट्र वि�धाानसभाा व महााराष्ट्र वि�धाानपरि�षदेेचे वि�द्यमाान सदस्य
प्रवाास करीीत असलेली वााहनेे.
(३) महााराष्ट्र वि�धाानसभाा व महााराष्ट्र वि�धाानपरि�षदेेचे मााजी सदस्य व लोकसभाा व राज्यसभेचे मााजी सदस्य.
(४) केंद्र व राज्य शाासनााची वााहनेे

२. पथकर दरााचाा फलक पथक
र नााक्यावर सर्वांं�ना दि�सेेल अशाा पद्धतीने लावण्यात यावाा. तसेेच वााहन धारकांं�स प्रत्येक वेळी
पथक
र शुल्क वसुुलीची संगणकीीकृत पावतीी देण्यात यावी.
३. सर्वव पथक
र नााक्यांं�वर सर्वांं�ना दि�सेेल अशाा पद्धतीने इलेक्ट्रॉनि�क मााहि�तीी फलक लावण्यात यावाा.
४. पथकर शुल्कााच्या दराामध्ये खाालीलप्रमााणे सूट देण्यात येईल :—
(१) पथकरा
ाच्या ५० कुपन्सची पुस्ति�िकाा आगाऊ खरेेदी करणाऱ्यास पुस्ति�िकेेच्या कि�मतीीमध्ये १० टक्के सवलत देण्यात येईल.
(२) पथकरा
ाच्या १०० कुपन्सची पुस्ति�िकाा आगाऊ खरेेदी करणाऱ्यास पुस्ति�िकेेच्या कि�मतीीमध्ये २० टक्के सवलत देण्यात येईल.
(३) वाारंवाार प्रवाास करणाऱ्या वााहनांं�साठीी परतीच्या प्रवाासाचे व दैनि�क पासाचे दर हे त्या वााहनााच्या एकेरी प्रवाास दरााच्या
अनुक्रमे दीडपट व अडीच पट राहतीील. परतीच्या प्रवाासाचाा पास व दैनि�क पास हा ज्या दि�वशीी पास कााढलाा जाईल त्या दि�वशीीच्या
रात्री १२-०० वााजेपर्यंत ग्रााह्य राहील.
(४) माासि�क पासाचे दर एकेरी प्रवाास दरााच्या ५० पट राहतीील.
(५) माासि�क पास कााढलेेल्या दि�नांं�काा पासून ३० दि�वस वैध राहील.

NOTIFICATION
Maharashtra Motor Vehicles Tax Act.
No.PSP-2019/C.R.27/Road-9A.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1-A),
(1-B), (1-C), (1-D) and (1-E) of section 20 of the Maharashtra Motor Vehicles Tax Act (LXV of 1958)
and of all other power enabling it in this behalf and in supersession of all earlier notifications
issued in this behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby declares that Executive Engineer,
Multistoreyed Building Construction Division, Chembur, Mumbai is hereby appointed for
collection of toll of above said project for period of Two months. The toll shall be levied on the classes
of motor vehicles specified in column (2) of the Schedule append ed hereto and on the tailors drawn by
such motor vehicles, passing over the section Sion-Panvel Special State Highway in kilometre 140/190
(BARC Junction) to kilometre 115/180 (Kalamboli Junction) constructed under the “Build, Operate
and Transfer (BOT) Scheme” by Executive Engineer, Multistoreyed Building Construction
Division, Chembur, Mumbai, at their expenses, at the rates specified against each of the said
motor vehicles in column (3) of the said Schedule, with the effect from the 1st April 2024 up to
31st May 2024 at the toll collection center constructed at kilometer 118/025 (near Kamothe towards
Pune) and 119/475 (Kopra towards Mumbai) :—

Notes.—
1. The following types of vehicles are exempted from payment of toll, namely :—
(i) VVIP vehicles carrying President of India, Vice-President of India, Governor of State,
Public Representatives entitled for red lamp on their vehicles.
(ii) Vehicles carrying sitting Members of Parliament, Maharashtra Legislative Assembly
and Maharashtra Legislative Council.
(iii) Vehicles carrying Ex-Members of Parliament, Maharashtra Legislative Assembly and
Maharashtra Legislative Council.
(iv) Buses of the Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (ST).
(v) School Buses.
(vi) State and Central Government vehicles.
(vii) Defence vehicles.
(viii) Police Department vehicles.
(ix) Posts and Telegraph Department vehicles.
(x) Ambulances.
(xi) Hearses.
(xii) Fire fighting vehicles.
(xiii) All vehicles coming from Taloja MIDC road.
2. The above-mentioned rates shall be displayed on boards clearly visible to the people in the
vicinity of the toll collection centres. A computerised toll receipt shall be issued on each and every
occasion of recovery of toll.
3. Electronic Display Board shall be installed in vicinity of toll collection centres.
4. Concessions in rates of toll are as given below, namely :—
(i) 10 per cent rebate will be given to the purchaser of booklet containing 50 coupons in
advance.
(ii) 20 per cent rebate will be given to the purchaser of a booklet containing 100 coupons
in advance.
(iii) For frequently traveling vehicles, return and daily pass will be 1.5 times and 2.5 times
of their respective one way travel rates. Return journey pass and daily pass will be valid up to
12-00 hours at midnight for the day of issuing the pass.
(iv) Rate of monthly pass will be 50 times of their respective one-way travel rates.
(v) The monthly pass will be effective till 30 days from the date of issue.
