१९६० (यापुुढेे या अधिि˜नि�यमााचाा उल्लेख "उक्त अधिि˜नि�यम" असा केला जाईल) मधीील कलम ४ च्या पोट-कलम (३) अन्य प्रदाान

करण्यात आलेल्या शक्तीचाा वापर करून महााराष्ट्र शाासनााच्या समााजकल्याण, सांं�स्कृति�क काार्यय व क्रि�डाा वि�भाागाच्या शाा.नि�.क्र.एएनएम

हुुताात्माा शि�वराम हरीी राजगुरु यां�चीी जन्मखोोली व थोरला वाडाा महााराष्ट्र शाासनााने राज्य संंरक्षििȦत स्माारक म्हणूून घोोषि�त केले आहे ;

आणि�, ज्याअर्थी, उक्त स्माारकााची ठिि‘कााणच्या वाजवी सोयीसुवि�धां�चेे जतन करण्याच्या उद्देेशााने आवश्यक असलेेल्या सोबत

जोडलेेल्या अनुसूचीत नि�र्दि�िष्ट केलेल्या क्षेत्राातील :—

(अ) मोोकळ्या जागेत नवीीन इमाारतीचे बांं�धकााम, उभाारणी किं�ंवा काार्या�न्वयन, संंरचनाा आणि� इतर बांं�धकाामांं�ना प्रति�बंंध

करण्यासाठी,

(ब) या आधीच अस्ति�ित्वात असलेेल्या इमाारती व अन्य बांं�धकाामांं�मध्ये त्यांं�चाा दर्शशनी भााग बदलूून जाईल अशाा प्रकाारे

फेेरबदल किं�ंवा दुरुस्ती किं�ंवा वि�स्ताार यांं�वर नि�र्बंध आणण्यासाठी,

(क) झााडे तोडण्यावर नि�र्बंध आणण्यासाठी, आणि�

(ड) जमि�नीीच्या वापराावर नि�र्बंध आणण्यासाठी,

उक्त स्माारकाालगतचेे सोबतच्या अनुसूचीत वर्णणन केलेले क्षेत्र हे नि�यंंत्रि�त क्षेत्र असावे असे शाासनााचे मत आहे.

त्याअर्थी, आताा, उक्त अधिि˜नि�यमााच्या कलम १७, पोट-कलम (२) अन्वये प्रदाान केलेल्या अधिि˜काारांं�चाा वापर करून उपरोोक्त

(अ) ते (ड) कलमांं�मध्ये नमूूद केलेल्या प्रयोजनांं�सााठी उक्त अधिि˜नि�यमााच्या कलम १७ च्या पोट-कलम (१) अन्वये महााराष्ट्र शाासन

याद्वाारे उक्त क्षेत्राात हि�तसंंबंध असलेेल्या सर्वव व्यक्तींनाा, उक्त क्षेत्र हे "नि�यंंत्रि�त क्षेत्र" असल्याचे जाहीर करण्याच्या आपल्या इराद्यााची एक

महि�न्याची नोटीस देत आहे.

या अधिि˜सूचनेेबाबत कोणत्याही व्यक्तीस हरकत असल्यास ही शाासन अधिि˜सूचनाा रााजपत्रात प्रसि�द्ध झााल्याच्या ताारखेपासून एक

NOTIFICATION

Maharashtra Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Sites and Remains Act, 1960.

No. rasasma-2023/C.R.187/C.A.3.— Whereas, under Government Notification, Social Welfare,

Cultural affairs and Sports Department, No. ANM-1096/CR105/Cul 3, dated the 11th January 2000,

issued in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 4 of the Maharashtra Ancient

Monuments and Archaeological Sites and Remains Act, 1960 (Mah. XII of 1961) (hereafter referred

to as "the said Act"), the Government of the Maharashtra has declared Hutatma Shivaram Hari

Rajguru Birth Room and Thorla Wada at Rajgurunagar, Taluka Khed, District Pune to be a protected

monument (hereinafter referred to as “the said protected monument”);

And whereas the Government of Maharashtra is of the opinion that for the purpose of preserving

the reasonable amenities of the said protected monument, it is necessary to :—

(a) prohibit the construction, erection or execution of new buildings, structures and other

works above ground in the open space,

(b) restrict the alteration or extension of any existing building, structure or other work, in

such manner as materially to regulate their external appearance,

(d) restrict the use of land.

Within the area specified in the Schedule appended hereto, being the area adjacent to the site

of the said protected monument (hereafter referred to as the "the controlled area").

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 17 of the said

Act, the Government of Maharashtra hereby gives one month notice of its intention to issue, for the

purposes mentioned in clauses (a) to (d) above, a notification under sub-section (1) of section 17 of

the said Act, for information of all persons likely to be affected by such notification, in respect of the

controlled area;

Any person having an objection to the issuing of such notification, may within one month from

the date of publication of this Notification in the Official Gazette, file such objection to the Principal

Secretary (Cultural Affairs) to the Government of Maharashtra, Tourism and Cultural Affairs

Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai 400 032;

Any such objection which may be received by the Principal Secretary (Cultural Affairs) to the

Government of Maharashtra, Tourism and Cultural Affairs Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai

400 032, before the expiry of the aforesaid period will be considered by the Government.

त्याअर्थी, आताा, महााराष्ट्र प्राचीन स्माारके व पुुराणवस्तुशाास्त्रवि�षयक स्थळेे व अवशेष अधिि˜नि�यम, १९६० (१९६१ चाा महाा. १२)

या अधिि˜नि�यमााच्या कलम ४, पोट-कलम (१) अन्वये प्रदाान केलेल्या अधिि˜काारांं�चाा वापर करून महााराष्ट्र शाासन याद्वाारे उक्त स्माारक

संंरक्षििȦत असल्याचे जाहीर करण्याच्या आपल्या इराद्यााची दोन महि�न्याची नोटीस देत आहे.

उक्त स्माारकाात हि�तसंंबंध असलेेल्या कोणत्याही व्यक्तीला, ही शाासन अधिि˜सूचनाा रााजपत्रात प्रसि�द्ध झााल्याच्या ताारखेपासून

दोन महि�न्यांं�च्या आत उक्त स्माारक राज्य संंरक्षििȦत स्माारक म्हणूून घोोषि�त करण्याच्या घोोषणेस हरकत घेताा येईल आणि� पूर्वोक्त मुदत

संंपण्यापूर्वी अशााप्रकाारची कोणतीही हरकत माा. प्रधान सचि�व, सांं�स्कृति�क काार्यय वि�भााग, माादााम काामाा रोड, हुुताात्माा राजगुरू चौक, मंत्राालय,

NOTIFICATION

Maharashtra Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Sites and Remains Act, 1960.

No. Rasansma 2023/C.R.230/Sanka 3.— Whereas, the Government of Maharashtra is of the

opinion that the ancient and historical monument described in the Schedule appended hereto

(hereinafter referred to as “ the said monument”), should be a protected monument.

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the

Maharashtra Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Sites and Remains Act, 1960, (Mah. XII of

1961), the Government of Maharashtra hereby gives two months notice of its intention to declare

the said monument to be a protected monument.

Any person interested in the said monument may, within two months from the date of publication

of this notification in the Official Gazette, may raise objection to the proposed declaration of the said

monument to be a protected monument. Any such objections which may be received by the Principal

Secretary, Cultural Affairs Department, Mantralaya, Madam Cama Road, Hutatma Rajguru Chowk,

Mumbai 400 032, before the expiry of the aforesaid period will be considered by the Government.

completed in AD 1656 under the supervision

of Moropant Pingle. Chhatrapati Shivaji

Maharaj killed Adilshahi Sardar Afzal Khan

on November 10, 1659 at the base of this fort.
