१९७२ (१९७२ चाा ५३) याच्या कलम २६क च्या पोट-कलम (३) द्वाारे प्रदाान केलेल्या अधिि˜काारांं�चाा, आणि� या बाबतीत त्यास समर्थथ

करणाऱ्या इतर सर्वव अधिि˜काारांं�चाा वापर करून कााढलेली शाासकीय अधिि˜सूचनाा, महसूूल व वन वि�भााग, क्रमांं�क डब्ल्यूएलपीी-०६१४/प्र.

क्र.-१११/फ-१, दि�नांं�क ९ मार्चच, २०१६ (यात यापुढे जि�चाा नि�र्देेश, “उक्त अधिि˜सूचनाा” असा केला आहे) या अन्वये, राष्ट्रीय वन्यजीव

मंंडळााच्या शि�फाारशीवरुन, पुनर्घघटि�त माळढोोक पक्षी अभयाारण्याच्या सीमांं�मध्ये फेरबदल केला आहे आणि� त्यास जोडलेल्या अनुसूचीमध्ये

उक्त अभयाारण्यामध्ये जे समावि�ष्ट असेल अशाा अहमदन

गर व सोलापूर जि�ल्ह्यांं�मधीील क्षेत्रांं�च्या हद्दीी वि�नि�र्दि�िष्ट केलेल्या आहेत असे आणि�,

घोोषिि¨त केले आहे की, उक्त क्षेत्र ही ५ मार्चच, २०१६ रोजी व तेव्हापासून माळढोोक पक्षी अभयाारण्य (पुनर्घघटि�त) असतील ;

आणि� ज्याअर्थीी, उक्त अभयाारण्यामध्ये समावि�ष्ट असलेले राखीीव वन क्षेत्र हे, उक्त अधिि˜सूचनेेला जोडलेल्या अनुसूची क मध्ये

वि�नि�र्दि�िष्ट केलेले आहे ;

आणि� ज्याअर्थीी, बारडगाव सुद्रििʼnक, ताालुकाा कर्जत, जि�ल्हा अहमदन

गर मधीील गट क्रमांं�क ३९२ चे ५०५.५२ हेक्टर इतकेे राखीीव

वन क्षेत्र, उक्त अभयाारण्याचाा भााग म्हणूून उक्त अनुसूची क मध्ये वि�नि�र्दि�िष्ट केले आहे ;

आणि� ज्याअर्थीी, असे नि�दर्शशनाास येते की, उक्त गट क्रमांं�क ३९२, त्याच्या वि�वि�ध भाागांं�मध्ये वि�भाागण्यात आला आहे, आणि� म्हणूून,

जे उक्त अभयाारण्याचाा भााग बनताात ते उक्त गट क्रमांं�क ३९२ चे भााग, उक्त अधिि˜सूचनेेमधीील त्याचाा तपशीील वि�नि�र्दि�िष्ट करून त्याद्वाारे,

स्पष्ट करणे आवश्यक आहे.

त्याअर्थीी, आताा, वन्यजीव (संरक्षण) अधिि˜नि�यम, १९७२ (१९७२ चाा ५३) याच्या कलम २६ द्वाारे प्रदाान केलेल्या अधिि˜काारांं�चाा

आणि� या बाबतीत त्यास समर्थथ करणाऱ्या इतर सर्वव अधिि˜काारांं�चाा वापर करून, महााराष्ट्र शाासन, याद्वाारे वर नमूूद केलेल्या प्रयोजनांं�साठीी

उक्त अधिि˜सूचनेेमध्ये पुढीलप्रमाणे सुधारणा करीीत आहे :—

NOTIFICATION

Wild Life (Protection) Act, 1972.

No. WLP. 06.14/C.R.111/Part-1/F-1.— Whereas, the Government of Maharashtra has, vide

Government Notification, Revenue and Forests Department, No. WLP-0614/CR-111/F-1, dated the

9th March 2016 (hereinafter referred to as “the said Notification”), issued in exercise of the powers

conferred by sub-section (3) of section 26A of the Wild Life (Protection) Act, 1972 (53 of 1972) and

of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, on recommendation of the National Board for Wildlife,

altered the boundaries of the Great Indian Bustard Wildlife Sanctuary (Reconstituted) and specified

the limits of the areas in Ahmednagar and Solapur Districts which shall be comprised within the

said Sanctuary in the Schedule appended thereto and declared that the said areas shall be the Great

Indian Bustard Wildlife Sanctuary (Reconstituted) on and from 5th March 2016 ;

And whereas, the reserved forest area comprised in the said Sanctuary is specified in the Schedule

C appended to the said Notification ;

And whereas, 505.52 Ha. reserved forest area of Gat No. 392 in Baradgaonsudrik Village, Karjat

Taluka, Ahmednagar District is specified in the said Schedule C as a part of the said Sanctuary;

And whereas, it is noticed that the said Gat No. 392 has been divided into various parts thereof

and, therefore, it is necessary to clarify the parts of the said Gat No. 392 which form part of the said

Sanctuary by specifying the details thereof in the said Notification.

Now, therefore, the Government of Maharashtra, in exercise of the powers conferred by section

26 of the Wild Life (Protection) Act, 1972 (53 of 1972) and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf,

hereby amends the said Notification for the abovementioned purposes as follows :-

In the said Notification, in Schedule C, in entry at Sr. No. 12 relating to reserved forest area in

Baradgaonsudrik Village, Karjat Taluka, Ahmednagar District, in column (5), for the figure “392”,

the following shall be substituted, namely :—
