No.MSLSA/2024/3184.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 22-B of the Legal

Services Authorities Act, 1987 (39 of 1987), The Hon’ble the Chief Justice, Bombay High Court and

Patron-in-Chief of Maharashtra State Legal Services Authority and Hon’ble Executive Chairman,

Maharashtra State Legal Services Authority, Mumbai has been pleased to appoint Shri Shubham

Yashwant Fand as the Member of Permanent Lok Adalat at Pune established u/s 22-B of the Legal

Services Authorities Act, 1987, to exercise the powers and perform the functions conferred under

chapter VI-A of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 and also as mentioned in the advertisement

dated 19th March 2024 for initial period of two years on probation.
