English of the Government Notification, Industries, Energy, Labour and Mining Department, No.

SGA-2024/C.R.101 /LAB-5, dated 30th October 2024 is hereby published under the authority of the

Governor.

CORRIGENDUM

Maharashtra Private Security Guards (Regulation of Employment and Welfare Act, 1981).

No. SGA-2024/ C.R.101/ LAB-5.—Whereas, Notification No. SGA-2024/ C.R.101/ LAB-5,

dated 10th October 2024 has been published in Official Gazette. In that sense in the page No. 9 of the

said Notification, Paragraph No.1 in mentioned the third word in the third line instead of “Nagpur”

Instead it should be read as “Mumbai”.
