नि�यम २-अ च्याा पोटट नि�यम (१) व (२) अन्वये प्रदान करण्याात आलेल्याा शक्तींचाा वापर करून याावि�षयीची शासन अधि�सूचनाा,
ग्रााम वि�काास वि�भााग, क्रमांंsक यााचि�काा-२०२३/प्र.क्र.१६२/पंं.रा.२, दि—नांंsक १४ मार्चच, २०२४ अधि�क्रमि�त करून महाराष्ट्र शासन

(अ) सोबत जोडलेल्याा अनुसूूची-१ मध्ये दर्शशवि�ल्यााप्रमाणे अनुसूूचि�त जााती, अनुसूूचि�त जमााती, नागरि�कांंsचाा मागास प्रवर्गग
आणि� महि�लाा (अनुसूूचि�त जााती, अनुसूूचि�त जमााती आणि� नागरि�कांंsचाा मागास प्रवर्गग यांंsतील महि�लांंsसह) यांंsच्याासाठीी राज्याातील
ग्राामपंंचाायतीी (केंद्र शासनाने घोोषि�त केलेल्याा अनुसूूचि�त क्षेेत्राात पूर्णणत: येणाऱ्याा ग्राामपंंचाायतीी वगळूून) मधील सरपंंचााची पदे
वि�नि�र्दिदि—िष्टट करीीत आहेे; आणि�
(ब) अशाप्रकाारे आरक्षि�त करण्याात आलेल्याा सरपंच पदाचे सोबत जोडलेल्याा अनुसूूची-२ मध्ये दर्शशवि�ल्यााप्रमाणे
जि�ल्हानि�हााय वाटटप करीीत आहेे.....

NOTIFICATION
Bombay Village Panchayat (Sarpanch And Upa-Sarpanch) Election Rules, 1964.
No. Petition -2023/C.R.162/P.R.2.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rules (1) and (2)
of rule 2A of the Bombay Village Panchayats (Sarpanch and Upa-Sarpanch) Election Rules, 1964
and in supersession of the Government Notification, Rural Development Department No.Petition-
2023/C.R.162/P.R.2, dated the 14th March 2024, issued in this behalf, the Government of Maharashtra
hereby, for the remaining period of 1st January 2024 to 4th March 2025, from date of publication of
this notification in Official Gazattee,
(a) Specifies the number of offices of Sarpanchas in the Village Panchayats in the State
(excluding the Scheduled Areas declared by the Government of India) for the Scheduled Castes,
Scheduled Tribes, Backward Classes of Citizens and Women (including women belonging to
Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, category of Backward Classes of Citizens as shown in the
Schedule-I, appended hereto to the notification; and
(b) allots the offices of Sarpanchas so reserved to the Districts as shown in the Schedule-II
appended hereto to the notification :—
