No.23183/A.—The following order by the Governor of Maharashtra is published for general

information:—

In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 188 of the Constitution of India, I,

C. P. Radhakrishnan, Governor of Maharashtra, hereby appoint (1) Shri Chainsukh Madanlal

Sancheti (2) Shri Jaykumar Jitendrasinh Rawal (3) Shri Ashish Nandkishore Jaiswal and (4) Shri

Manikrao Shivaji Kokate until the Speaker is chosen by the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly, and

thereafter, the Speaker, Deputy Speaker and other Members of the panel of Speaker (nominated

under the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly Rules), to be the persons before any one of whom

members of the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly shall make and subscribe the oath or affirmation,

before taking their seats
