Is hereby given pursuant to section 297(1)(b) of the Mumbai Municipal Corporation Act, 1888

as modified up to date, that the 9.15 mt. wide proposed R.L. to the existing 6.10 mt. wide sanctioned

R.L. of A.E.(Survey) connects to Liberty Garden Road No. 3 affecting land bearing CTS No. 410,

411A, 411B, 411C, 411D, 412, 415, 416, 220/10, 220/13 and 220/14A of Village Malad South for

portion marked as A to B in green colour on plan at Malad (West) in P/North ward is prescribed.

As per in principle approval by the Hon'ble Municipal Commissioner u/no. MCP/6871/Dated

26th July 2024, copy of plan u/no. A.E.(Survey)/WS-II/51/2024 showing the existing 6.10 mt. wide

sanctioned R.L. of A.E. (Survey) connects to Liberty Garden Road No. 3 and the revised 9.15 mt.

R.L. proposed to be prescribed in substitution thereof as aforesaid is kept open for inspection during

office hours on any working days in the office of Dy. Ch. E. (B.P.)WS-II, whose office is situated

at 1st Floor, C-Wing, Sanskruti Complex, 90 Feet Road, Thakur Complex, Kandivali (East),

Mumbai 400 101 and also available for inspection in the office of the Assistant Commissioner

(P/North) ward, P/North Ward Office Building, Liberty Garden, Mamletdarwadi Main Road, Malad

(West), Mumbai 400 064.

The suggestions and/or objections are now invited from the members of the public in respect

of the said 9.15 Mt. wide proposed regular line within 30 (Thirty) days from the date of publication

of this notice in the official Government Gazette and local Newspapers and same would be heard by

the undersigned and would be considered while finalizing and submitting the said proposal of R.L.

to Works Committee and Corporation.

The suggestions and/or objections may be communicated in writing to the Dy.Ch.E.(B.P.)W.S.II

and or Assistant Commissioner (P/North) Ward within above said statutory notice period of 30 days

at their office at above mentioned address. The suggestions and/or objections received before and

Subject to SEBI's approval, it is proposed to make the following amendments in the Rules &

Bye Laws of National Commodity Clearing Limited (NCCL). The proposed amendments are published

as per Rule 18 of Securities Contracts (Regulation) Rules, 1957 for information/public comments/

criticism. Any person having any comments/ observations on the proposed amendments to the Rules

& Bye Laws of NCCL may send the same to NCCL at [email protected] within fifteen days from

the date of this publication. The observation received after the said fifteenth day will not be considered.

The draft will be taken in to consideration immediately after expiry of fifteen days’.

A. PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE RULES OF THE NATIONAL COMMODITY

CLEARING LIMITED

1. Short title and commencement

(1) This amendment shall be called NCCL Rules (Amendment), 2024.

(2) It shall come into force with effect from the date of notification in Gazette of India.

2. A new sub clause 8.7.12 is proposed to be inserted after the existing sub clause 8.7.11 under

Rule 8.7: “8.7.12 The Clearing Members shall adhere to the standards and guidelines prescribed by

NCCL/ SEBI, as the case may be, for strengthening cyber resilience and maintaining robust

cybersecurity.”

3. A new clause 9.26 is proposed to be inserted after the existing clause 9.25 under Rule 9:

“9.26 RELEVANT AUTHORITY FOR THE PURPOSE OF THIS CHAPTER

The Relevant Authority for the purpose of this Chapter shall be the Member Committee or any

Committee as may be termed by SEBI from time to time. The composition, quorum, terms of reference

of such Member Committee/ Committee shall be such as may be prescribed and notified by SEBI/

Clearing Corporation from time to time.”

B. PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE BYE LAWS OF THE NATIONAL COMMODITY

CLEARING LIMITED

1. Short title and commencement

(1) This amendment shall be called NCCL Bye Laws (Amendment), 2024.

(2) It shall come into force with effect from the date of notification in Gazette of India.

2. A new clause 12.30 is proposed to be inserted after the existing clause 12.29 under Byelaw

12:

“12.30 THE RELEVANT AUTHORITY FOR THE PURPOSE OF THIS CHAPTER

The Relevant Authority for the purpose of this Chapter shall be the Member Committee or

any Committee as may be termed by SEBI from time to time.”

Pursuant to Section 297(1) (b) of Mumbai Municipal Corporation Act, 1888, as modified up to

date, the undersigned proposes to apply to the Municipal Corporation at their meeting to be held

on ............. or on such day thereafter or to the Administrator, B.M.C. under section 6 C(1) of the

Act as the case may be, as the said application can conveniently be disposed off for authority to the

following proposal.

“To prescribe 18.30 mt (60 ft) wide R.L. to existing Municipal road known as Fun Republic Road

located between junction of New Link Road to Junction of Hanuman Mandir Road in K/West Ward

as shown in Plan bearing No. E.E.T.& C/ W.S./R.L./285, Dated 28th June 2024 marked as “A to B”

as per provision of the Sec. 297 (1)(b) of MMC Act, 1888 (updated) up to date”.

18.30 mt wide Road Line (shown in green) marked as ‘A’ to ‘B’ to be prescribed in substitution thereof

aforesaid 13.40 mt wide sanctioned R.L. of EETC is deposited at the office of Deputy Chief Engineer

(Traffic) of Municipal Corporation and can be inspected by any desiring to do so, at any time during

office hours at Engineering Hub Building, Zero floor, near Worli Naka, Dr. E. Mozes Road, Mumbai

400 018 and also at the office of Asst. Commissioner ‘K/ West’ Ward, 2nd floor, Paliram Path, Off.

Every person desirous of making any representation / objection to the Corporation or of bringing

before the Corporation in respect of the said proposal may do so by letter addressed to the Municipal

The objection beyond stipulated time period shall not be considered.
