ORDER

NO. PL(APP)/STENO/2024/ 7348-10149.— Smt. Ashvini Ganesh Narwade, Personal Assistant to

the Hon’ble Judge, High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay, is hereby relieved on 11th December, 2024

(A.O.H.), for joining her new appointment on the post of ‘Personal Assistant to the Hon’ble Judge’

on the establishment of High Court Bench at Aurangabad.

Her lien on the post of ‘Personal Assistant to the Hon’ble Judge’ on the establishment of High

Court, Appellate Side, Bombay shall continue for a period of 2 years and after that period her lien

will be terminated.

Ali Sayyed as Personal Assistant to the Hon’ble Judge, on the establishment of

the High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay, on probation for a period of two years.

(4) High Court Notification No. PL(APP)/ Steno/2022/3728, dated 03.08.2022 in

respect of appointments of Shri Darshan Prakash Patil & Smt. Shabnoor Ayub

Pathan (Ms. Shabnoor Usmankhan Patel) as Personal Assistant to the Hon’ble

Judge, on the establishment of the High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay, on

probation for a period of two years.

(5) High Court Notification No. PL(APP)/ Steno/2022/4197, dated 21.09:2022 in

respect of appointment of Ms. Ashvini Bappasaheb Kakde, Personal Assistant

to the Hon’ble Judge, on the establishment of the High Court, Appellate Side,

Bombay, on probation for a period of two years.

No. PL(APP)/PROB./GR.A/7324/2024-10095.—The following Personal Assistants to the Hon’ble

Judge working on the establishment of High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay, have completed

their probation period satisfactorily and they are continued on an officiating basis on the post of

‘Personal Assistant to the Hon’ble Judge’, with effect from the date mentioned against their names in

Col. No. 5. (after adding leave, if any availed by them during the probation period).

5. During the Summer, Diwali and Christmas Vacations, the Offices on the Original Side will

remain open daily from 10.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. except on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. But no

work, except of an urgent nature, will be received after 3.45 p.m.

The offices on the Appellate Side will also remain open daily from 10.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. except

on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays during the Summer, Diwali and Christmas Vacations. The

Offices will however, remain closed for filing of Judicial matters, except the following :—

(a) Criminal cases.

(b) Applications in Civil Cases seeking urgent relief.
