आिण २५६, नगर रचना बोरीवली ĸ. III ने बािधत, बोरीवली (पȬĐचम), या रĒāयास, ९.१५ मी. ȟंद ŌĒतािवत िनयिमत रेषा नकाशा

ĸ. स.अ./ सवɨȦण/प.उ.-२/५२/२०२४ या नकाशावर िहरďया रंगात दशɑिवली आहे. सदर नकाशा सहाċयक अिभयंता (सवɨȦण) पी व

आर, उपŌमुख अिभयंता ( इमारत ŌĒताव ) प. उ.-२ यां÷या कायाɑलयात कायाɑलयीन कामकाजा÷या वेळɂत पाहणीकȫरता खुला ठɂवĀयात

आलेला असून, सदर कायाɑलयाचा पƫा : उपŌमुख अिभयंता (इमारत ŌĒताव) प. उ.- २, Ċयुिनिसपल गोडाऊन, पिहला मजला, संĒकȵती

कॉĊĆलेòस, सी िवंग, ९० फȳट डी. पी. रोड, कांिदवली (पूवɑ), मुंबई ४०० १०१ आहे. तसेच सहायक आयुòतांचे कायाɑलय आर/मĄय

िवभाग, चंदावरकर रोड, बोरीवली (पȬĐचम), मुंबई ४०० ०९२ या िठकाणीही कायाɑलयीन कामकाजा÷या वेळɂत पाहणी करीता उपलĈध

करĀयात आलेला आहे.

सदर सुचने÷या अिधकȵत शासकीय राजपŇात व Ēथािनक वृƫपŇांमĄये Ōकािशत झाčया÷या तारखेपासून ३० िदवसां÷या आत

सदर ९.१५ मी. ȟंद ŌĒतािवत िनयिमत रेषेवर जनतेकडȴन सूचना/ हरकती आता मागिवत आहोत. सदर सूचना / हरकतीवर खाली सही

No. Dy. Ch.E. (B.P.) 4118 W.S./P&R, Dated 6th September 2024.

Is hereby given pursuant to section 297(1)(b) of the Mumbai Municipal Corporation Act, 1888

as modified up to date, that the 9.15 mt. wide R.L. under section 297(1)(b) of MMC Act, 1888 from

51st TPS Road to existing T.P. Road affecting land bearing F.P. No. 253, 254, 255 and 256 of TPS

Borivali No. III at Borivali (West), Mumbai in R/C ward is prescribed.

As per in principle approval by the Hon'ble Municipal Commissioner u/no. MCP/6961, Dated

31st July 2024, copy of plan u/no. A.E. (Survey)/WS-II/52/2024 showing the existing Road and the

fresh line shown in Green Colour proposed to be prescribed in substitution thereof as aforesaid

is kept open for inspection during office hours on any working days in the office of A.E. (Survey)

P & R, whose office is situated at 1st Floor, C-Wing, Sanskruti Complex, 90 Feet Road, Thakur

Complex, Kandivali (East), Mumbai 400 101 and also available for inspection in the office of the

Assistant Commissioner (R/Central) Ward, R/Central Ward Office Building, Chandavarkar Road,

Borivali (West), Mumbai 400 092.

The suggestions and/or objections are now invited from the members of the public in respect of

the said 9.15 Mt. wide proposed regular line within 30 (Thirty) days from the date of publication of

this notice in the official Government Gazette and local Newspapers and same would be heard by the

undersigned and would be considered while finalizing and submitting the said proposal of R.L. to

Works Committee and Corporation.

The suggestions and/or objections may be communicated in writing to the Dy.Ch.E.(B.P.)W.S.II

and/or Assistant Commissioner (R/Central) ward within above said statutory notice period of 30 days

at their office at above mentioned address. The suggestions and/or objections received before and

after the aforesaid date will not be considered. The envelopes forwarding the suggestions/objections

modification as under :
