NOTIFICATION

Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966.

No. Jamin-2023/C.R.416/J-1.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 330A of the

Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 (Mah. XLI of 1966), and of all other powers enabling it in that

behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby directs that the powers conferred on it, under section

36 and 36A of the said Code relating to the grant of prior approval for sale or transfer of occupancy

of the tribal upto maximum three ares to the non-tribal for erection and installation of mobile towers

shall also be exercisable by the Divisional Commissioner of the concerned Division, subject to the

general or special orders, if any, issued by the Government in this regard, from time to time.

However, approval of Government will be required wherein the requirement of land for purpose

of erection and installation of mobile towers is more than three ares.
