High Court Notification No. PL (APP)/Steno/2022/4199, dated 21st September,

2022 in respect of appointment of Ms. Sonali Dilip Mane as Personal Assistant,

on the establishment of High Court, Original Side, Bombay, on probation for a

period of two years.

No. P & E/PA/Probation/2183/2024.— Ms. Sonali Dilip Mane has been appointed as Personal

Assistant on the establishment of Office of the Registrar, Original Side, High Court, Bombay w.e.f.

10th October, 2022 on probation for a period of two years or until an order declaring her to have

satisfactorily completed the probation period, is made by the Appointing Authority whichever is later.

However, her performance during the probation period is found to be unsatisfactory. Therefore, her

probation period is extended for the period of one year w.e.f. 10th October 2024 to 09th October 2025

with a direction to show necessary improvement in her performance.

No. Sankirn-0622/C.R.83/Port-1- The following draft of rules further to amend

the Maharashtra Minor Ports Navigational (Maintenance of Navigational Channels)

Rules, 2000, which the Government of Maharashtra proposes to make in exercise of

the powers conferred by clauses (a), (b), (f) and (g) of sub-section (1) of section 6 of the

Indian Ports Act, 1908 (15 of 1908), and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, is

hereby published as required by sub-section (2) of the section 6 of the said Act, for the

information of all persons likely to be affected thereby; and notice is hereby given that

the said draft will be taken into consideration by the Government of Maharashtra on

or after the 19th day of December, 2024.

2. Any objections or suggestions which may be received by the office of Additional

Chief Secretary to the Government of Maharashtra, Home Department (Transport and

Ports), Mantralaya, Mumbai 400 032, from any person with respect to the said draft

before the aforesaid date will be considered by the Government.

DRAFT RULES

1. These rules may be called Maharashtra Minor Ports Navigational (Maintenance

of Navigational Channels) (Amendment) Rules, 2024.

2. In the Schedule appended to the Maharashtra Minor Ports Navigational

(Maintenance of Navigational Channels) Rules, 2000, for entry at serial number 1, the

following entry shall be substituted, namely :—

A 135 meters wide Navigational Channel from eastern limits of Mumbai Port
