२०१८ अन्वये महाारााष्ट्राचेे लॉजि�स्टीीक पार्क धोरण-२०१८ जाजााहीर करणेेत आले. (यापुढेे उक्त धोरण असेे नमूद केले आहे);

आणि� ज्याअर्थीी, रााज्य शाासनाने कमीीत कमीी ५ एकर (२ हेक्टर) जमि�नी

ीवर व कि�माान १५ मी. रुंंदीचा पोहोच रस्ता असलेल्या

क्षेेत्राावर एकात्मिā�क लॉजि�स्टीीक पार्क वि¦कसि�त करण्याचा नि�र्णणय घेेतला आहे. नगरवि¦कास वि¦भााग, महाारााष्ट्र शाासन अधिि˜सूचनाा

क्र. टि�पीीबीी-४३२२/३१४/सीआर -२५/२०२२ नवि¦-१३, दि�. ०५/०७/२०२३ महाारााष्ट्र औद्योोगि�क वि¦कास महाामंडळााच्या सर्ववसमावेशक

वि¦कास नि�यंत्रण व प्रोत्साहन नि�यमावलीतील नि�यम क्र. १२.३ प्रमााणे अंंमलबजाजाावणी कराावयाची आहे.;

आणि� ज्याअर्थीी, महाारााष्ट्र औद्योोगि�क वि¦कास अधिि˜नि�यम, १९६१ चेे कलम ४३ (१-ब) नुसार महाामंडळ कोणत्याही औद्योोगि�क

क्षेेत्रााला राजपत्रातील अधिि˜सूचनेेद्वाारे “एकात्मिā�क औद्योोगि�क क्षेेत्र” म्हणूून अधिि˜सूचीत करेेल. तद्नंतर अशाा एकात्मिā�क औद्योोगि�क क्षेेत्राासाठीी

महाामंडळ “वि¦शेष नि�योजन प्रााधिि˜करण” म्हणूून महाारााष्ट्र प्राादेशि�क व नगररचना

ा अधिि˜नि�यम, १९६६ च्या कलम ११५ (३) अन्वये काम

करेेल;

आणि� ज्याअर्थीी, मे. हसमुख एच रााठोड., यांं�च्या मौजेे. खापरीी (उमा), ता.कळमेेश्वर, जि�. नागपूर येथीथीील २१.०२ हे.आर. क्षेेत्रााला

दि�. १९/१२/२०२३ रोजीी संपन्न झाालेल्या १५९ व्या उच्चाधिि˜कार समि�तीची मान्यता मि�ळााली आहे. त्यानुसार महाारााष्ट्र शाासनाच्या उद्योोग,

ऊर्जााɑ व कामगार वि¦भाागाने त्यांं�ची अधिि˜सूचनाा क्र. आय.डी.सी.२०२४/प्र.क्र.४०७/उद्योोग-१४,दि�नांं�क ०७ ऑक्टोबर,२०२४, अन्वये

मौजेे. खापरीी (उमा), ता.कळमेेश्वर, जि�. नागपूर येथीथीील २१.०२ हे.आर. क्षेेत्र महाारााष्ट्र औद्योोगि�क वि¦कास अधिि˜नि�यम, १९६१ चेे कलम

२ खंड (ग) अन्वये औद्योोगि�क क्षेेत्र म्हणूून जाजााहीर केले आहे;

अधिि˜सूचि�त २१.०२ हे.आर. क्षेेत्रााला एकात्मिā�क लॉजि�स्टीीक पार्क मध्ये समावि¦ष्ट करण्याची महाामंडळाास वि¦नंती केली आहे;

आणि� ज्याअर्थीी, महाारााष्ट्र औद्योोगि�क वि¦कास महाामंडळााने सूचनाा क्र. मऔवि¦म/आय.आय.ए.(लॉजि�स्टीीक पार्क)/

पीी-१६०८९४/२०२५, दि�. ०२/०१/२०२५ अन्वये मौजेे खापरीी (उमा), ता.कळमेेश्वर, जि�. नागपूर येथीथीील २१.०२ हे.आर. इतक्या

क्षेेत्राासाठीी महाारााष्ट्र औद्योोगि�क वि¦कास अधिि˜नि�यम, १९६१ चेे कलम ४३-१ ब अंंतर्गगत “एकात्मिā�क औद्योोगि�क क्षेेत्र” म्हणूून महाारााष्ट्र शाासन

राजपत्रातील अधिि˜सूचनेेद्वाारे दि�. २ जाजाानेवारी, २०२५ अन्वये जाजााहीर केले आहे ;

आणि� ज्या अर्थीी मे. हसमुख एच रााठोड., ह्यांं�नी महाारााष्ट्र औद्योोगि�क वि¦कास महाामंडळााकडेे सदरीील क्षेेत्रााचा प्राारूप वि¦कास आरााखडा

मंजूूरीस्तव सादर केला आहे आणि� ज्याअर्थीी, महाारााष्ट्र प्राादेशि�क व नगररचना

ा अधिि˜नि�यम, १९६६ कलम ११५ अन्वये उक्त एकत्रि�त

क्षेेत्रााचा प्राारूप वि¦कास आरााखडा मंजूूर करण्याआधी नागरि�कांं�कडूून सूचनाा/ हरकती

ी मागवि¦ण्याकरीीता नोटीीस प्रसि�द्ध करणेे आवश्यक आहे;

त्याअर्थीी, महाारााष्ट्र औद्योोगि�क वि¦कास महाामंडळ उक्त प्राारूप वि¦कास आरााखड्यााची नोटीीस उक्त अधिि˜नि�यम अन्वये नागरि�कांं�कडूून

सुचनाा/ हरकती

ी मागवि¦ण्याकरि�ताा महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्या राजपत्रात सदर नोटीीस प्रसि�द्ध करीीत आहे. उक्त नोटीीसीची प्रत व एकात्मिā�क

औद्योोगि�क क्षेेत्रााचा प्राारूप वि¦कास आरााखडा हाा या नोटीीसचा भााग समजण्यात यावा. सदरीील नोटीीस ही महाारााष्ट्र औद्योोगि�क वि¦कास

महाामंडळााच्या www.midcindia.org या संकेत स्थळाावर उपलब्ध रााहील. तसेच नि�योजन प्रस्ताव दर्शशवि¦णाराा प्राारूप वि¦कास आरााखडा

नागरि�कांं�च्या अवलोोकनाार्थथ महाारााष्ट्र औद्योोगि�क वि¦कास महाामंडळााच्या खालील कार्याɑलयामध्ये कार्याɑलयीन वेळेत पाहण्यासाठीी उपलब्ध

रााहील.

MAHARASHTRA INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION

Notice

(u/s 115 read with sec 40 (3) (d) of MR & TP Act,1966) 

Maharashtra Industrial Development Act, 1961.

Whereas, Maharashtra Logistic Park Policy, 2018 has been published by Government in

Industries, Energy and Labour Department vide its Notification No. म.औ.धोो 1961-./प्र.क्र 221 .उद्योोग/2-

दिeनांंBक 14 फेेब्रुुवाारीी 2018 (Herein referred as the said Policy) ;

And whereas; Government of Maharashtra has decided to implement the scheme of developing

Integrated Logistic Parks on the admeasuring at least 5 Acres (2 Ha) and having minimum 15 MTR

wide access, in accordance with the Regulation no. 12.3 of MIDCs CDCPR-2023 approved as per

Urban Development, GoM notification no. No.TPB-4322/314/CR-25/2022/UD-11 dated 05/07/2023;

And whereas, as per section 43 (1B) of Maharashtra Industrial Development Act,1961, that

subject to the general or specific directions of the State Government, the Corporation may,

by notification in the Official Gazette, notify any industrial area as the ‘Integrated Industrial

Area’ and upon such notification, the Corporation shall become the ‘Special Planning Authority’

for such ‘Integrated Industrial Area’ under the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966;

And whereas, the High Power Committee in its 159^th meeting held on 19/12/2023 has approved

the proposal of an Integrated Logistics Park proposed to be developed by, M/s. Hasmukh H. Rathod

in Village- Khapri(Uma), Tal: Kalameshwar, Dist: Nagpur. Accordingly, vide its, Notification No. IDC

2024/CR407/IND-14, dated 7^th October 2024 Industries Energy & Labour Department, Government

of Maharashtra declared 21.02 Ha area of Village-Khapri(Uma), Tal: Kalameshwar, Dist: Nagpur

to be an ‘Industrial Area’ under clause (g) of section 2 of Maharashtra Industrial Development Act,

1961;

And whereas, vide Notification No. MIDC/IIA(Logistic Park)/P-160894/2025, dated 02/01/2025 of

Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation declared 21.02 HR Area at Village- Khapri(Uma),

Tal: Kalameshwar, Dist: Nagpur to be an ‘Integrated Industrial Area’ under clause (1B) of sec. 43

of Maharashtra Industrial Development Act, 1961 which is published in Maharashtra Govt. Gazette

on date 02nd January, 2025;

And whereas, M/s. Hasmukh H. Rathod., made an application requesting Maharashtra

Industrial Development Corporation to approve their proposed Draft Master Plan area admeasuring

21.02 Ha of notified ‘Integrated Industrial Area(Logistic Park)’ in Village- Khapri(Uma),

Tal: Kalameshwar, Dist: Nagpur ;

And whereas, as provided in Section 115 read with 40(3)(d) of the Maharashtra Regional

Town Planning Act, 1966, it is necessary to publish the Draft Master Plan for inviting suggestions

and objections from the citizen.

Therefore, Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation hereby publishes the Notice

in Government Gazette for Draft Master Plan for inviting suggestion/objections from citizen. The

copy of this notice and proposed Draft Master Plan of notified Integrated Industrial Area shall form

part of this notice. The notice is made available on the website of MIDC i.e www.midcindia.org.

The Proposed Draft Master Plan of the Notified Integrated Industrial Area is kept open for citizen’s

inspection during office hours at the following office:
