Maharashtra Forests Produce (Regulation of Trade) Act,1969.

No. Tendu-2025/C.R.1/F-9.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Maharashtra

Forest Produce (Regulation of Trade) Act, 1969 (Mah. LVII of 1969), and of all other powers enabling

in that behalf and initial modification to Government Notification, Revenue and Forest Department,

No.MFP. 2015/C.R.268/F-9, dated 6th October 2015, Government of Maharashtra hereby with effect

from 20th January, 2025 issue corrigendum to the above referred Notification as shown in the

Schedule hereto for the purpose of regulation of trade in Tembhurni (on tendu) leaves as below :—
