क्रमांं�क सीीआरसीी-२०२४/प्र.क्र.५१/काा-१२.—महााराष्ट्र दि�वााणीी न्यायालय अधिि˜नि�यम (१८६९ चाा १४) याच्या कलम २१, २२
व २३ यांं�द्वाारे प्रदाान केलेल्या अधिि˜काारांं�चाा, आणि� याबाबतीत त्यास समर्थथ करणाऱ्या इतर सर्वव अधिि˜काारांं�चाा वाापर करून, आणि� त्याबाबतीत
यापूर्वी कााढलेल्या सर्वव अधिि˜सूचनाा, जेथवर त्या वर्धा� जि�ल्हा न्यायालयास दुय्यम असलेेल्या वर्धा� जि�ल्ह्याातील दि�वााणीी न्यायाधीश वरि�ष्ठ
स्तर, वर्धा� यांं�च्या न्यायालयाशी संबंधिि˜त असतीील तेथवर, त्यांं�मध्ये अंशत: फेेरबदल करून, महााराष्ट्र शासन, याद्वाारे असे नि�र्देेश देत आहे
की, दि�नांं�क २५ फेेब्रुुवाारी, २०२५ पासून,-
(क) वर्धा� जि�ल्ह्याातील आर्वी येथेे जि�ल्हा न्यायालय, वर्धा� यास दुय्यम असलेेले एक दि�वााणीी न्यायालय वरि�ष्ठ स्तर असेल;
(ख) दि�वााणीी न्यायाधीश वरि�ष्ठ स्तर हे उक्त न्यायालयाचे पीठासीीन अधिि˜काारी असतीील आणि� ते आर्वी येथेे त्यां�चेे न्यायालय
भरवतीील; आणि�
(ग) वर्धा� जि�ल्ह्याातील दि�वााणीी न्यायाधीश वरि�ष्ठ स्तर, आर्वी यांं�च्या सर्ववसाधारण अधिि˜काारि�तेेच्या स्थाानि�क सीीमांं�मध्ये
वर्धा� जि�ल्ह्याातील आर्वी व काारंजा (घाा.) या महसुुली ताालुक्यांं�च्या स्थाानि�क सीीमांं�चाा समाावेश असेल आणि� हे ताालुके, जे यापूर्वी
वर्धा� जि�ल्ह्याातील दि�वााणीी न्यायाधीश वरि�ष्ठ स्तर, वर्धा� यांं�च्या सर्ववसाधारण अधिि˜काारि�तेेच्या स्थाानि�क सीीमांं�मध्ये समाावि�ष्ट होते, ते
त्यामधूून वगळण्यात येतील.

NOTIFICATION
Maharashtra Civil Courts Act.
No. CRC 2024/CR 51/Desk XII.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 21, 22A and
23 of the Maharashtra Civil Courts Act, (XIV of 1869), and of all other powers enabling it in this
behalf and in partial modification of all the earlier notifications issued in this behalf, in so far as
they relate to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Wardha in Wardha District sub-ordinate to
the District Court of Wardha, the Government of Maharashtra, hereby directs that with effect from
25th February, 2025,-
(a) there shall be a Civil Court, at Arvi sub-ordinate to the District Court, Wardha in
Wardha District;
(b) the said Court shall be presided over by the Civil Judge, senior Division, who shall
hold his Court at Arvi; and
(c) the local limits of the ordinary jurisdiction of the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Arvi
in Wardha District shall comprise the areas covered within the local limits of the Revenue
Talukas of Arvi and Karanja (Gh.) in Wardha District and work from the said talukas which
were heretofore included within the local limits of the ordinary jurisdiction of the Civil Judge,
Senior Division, Wardha in Wardha District shall be excluded therefrom.

Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.
No. CRC 2024/CR 51/Desk XII.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (b) of section 3 of the
Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (25 of 1955), in its application to the State of Maharashtra, and of all other powers
enabling it in that behalf, and in partial modification of all the earlier notifications issued in this behalf, in so far as
they relate to the Revenue Talukas of Arvi and karanja(Gh.) in Wardha District, the Government of Maharashtra
hereby, with effect from 25th February 2025, specifies the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division at Arvi in Wardha
District as having jurisdiction in respect of the matters to be dealt with under the said Act within the local limits of
ordinary and special jurisdiction of the existing Court of Civil Judge, Junior Division, Arvi and Civil Judge, Junior
Division, karanja(Gh.) established under the Maharashtra Civil Courts Act (XIV of 1869).
