क्रमांं�क न्यास्थााप-०२२४/१०३/प्र.क्र.५३/काार्या�सन-११.—महााराष्ट्र दि�वााणीी न्यायालय अधिि˜नि�यम,(१८६९ चाा १४) याच्या

कलम १४ व १९ यांं�द्वाारे प्रदाान केलेल्या अधिि˜काारांं�चाा आणि� याबाबतीत त्यास समर्थथ करणाऱ्या इतर सर्वव अधिि˜काारांं�चाा वाापर करून आणि�

त्याबाबतीत यापूर्वी कााढलेल्या इतर सर्वव अधिि˜सूचनाा, जेथवर त्या नााशिि§क जि�ल्ह्याातील नााशिि§क-रोड महसुुली क्षेेत्रााशी व सि�न्नर महसुुली

ताालुक्याशी संबंधिि˜त असतील तेथवर, त्यामध्ये अंशत: फेेरबदल करून महााराष्ट्र शासन याद्वाारे असे नि�देेश देत आहे की, दि�नांं�क १६

फेेब्रुुवाारी, २०२५ पासून,—

(क) नााशिि§क जि�ल्ह्याातील नााशिि§क-रोड येथे एक न्यायालय असेल आणि� जि�ल्हा न्यायाधीश हे, उक्त न्यायालयाचे पीठाासीन

अधिि˜काारी असतील ;

(ख) उक्त न्यायालयाच्या सर्वसााधारण अधिि˜काारि�तेेच्या स्थाानि�क सीमा, नााशिि§क जि�ल्ह्याातील नााशिि§क-रोड महसुुली क्षेेत्राामध्ये

व सि�न्नर महसुुली ताालुक्यामध्ये समावि�ष्ट असलेल्या क्षेेत्रांं�शीी समव्यापी व समावि�ष्ट असतील ; आणि�

(ग) नााशिि§क-रोड महसुुली क्षेेत्र व सि�न्नर महसुुली ताालुक्याच्या बाबतीत, प्रमुख जि�ल्हा न्यायाधीश, नााशिि§क यां�चेे सर्वव

अधिि˜काार, उक्त अधिि˜नि�यमाच्या कलम ९ अन्वयेे प्रमुख जि�ल्हा न्यायाधीश यांं�च्याकडेे नि�हि�त

असलेल्या अधिि˜काारां�खेेरीज,

आणि� त्यास योग्य वााटतील अशी प्रकरणे, जि�ल्हा न्यायाधीश, नााशिि§क-रोड यांं�च्याकडेे सोपवि�ण्याच्या‍‍� किं�ंवाा स्वत:हून नि�कााली

कााढण्याच्या किं�ंवाा सक्षम अधिि˜काारि�तेेच्या इतर न्यायालयाकडेे सोपवण्याच्या त्याच्या अधिि˜काारां�खेेरीज, नााशिि§क-रोड येथील उक्त

जि�ल्हा न्यायाधीशाकडेे नि�हि�त

असतील.

NOTIFICATION

Maharashtra Civil Courts Act.

No. Nyasthap- 0224/103/C.R.53/DESK-11.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 14

and 19 of the Maharashtra Civil Courts Act (XIV of 1869), and of all other powers enabling it in this

behalf ; and in partial modification of all other earlier notifications issued in that behalf , in so far

as they relate to the revenue area of Nashik-road and revenue tahsil of Sinnar in Nashik District,

the Government of Maharashtra, hereby directs that, with effect from the 16th February, 2025,

(a) there shall be a Court at Nashik-road, in the revenue District of Nashik and the said

Court shall be presided over by the District Judge ;

(b) the local limits of the ordinary jurisdiction of the said Court shall be co-extensive with

and cover the areas comprising the revenue area of Nashik-road and revenue tahsil of Sinnar

in Nashik District ; and

of Nashik-road and revenue tahsil of Sinnar in Nashik District shall vest in the said District

Judge, Nashik-road, except those vested in the Principal District Judge under section 9 of the

said Act and except his power to assign to the District Judge, at Nashik-road or withdraw unto

himself or to assign to another Court of competent jurisdiction, such matters as he thinks fit.

मुं�बई येथे अधिि˜काारि�ताा असणाऱ्या उच्च न्यायालयाशी वि�चाारवि�नि�यम केल्यानंंतर, याद्वाारे, १६ फेेब्रुुवाारी, २०२५ पासून, नााशिि§क जि�ल्ह्याातील

नााशिि§क-रोड महसुुली क्षेेत्राासाठी व सि�न्नर महसुुली ताालुक्यासाठी सत्र उप-वि�भाागाची नि�र्मि�ितीी करीीत आहे आणि� उक्त सत्र वि�भाागाच्या

सीमाअंतर्गगत उद्भवणााऱ्या प्रकरणांं�ची न्यायचौकशीी करण्यासाठी अति�रि�क्त सत्र न्यायाधीश पीठाासीन अधिि˜काारी असलेल्या सत्र न्यायालयाची

नााशिि§क-रोड येथे स्थाापनाा करीीत आहे. सत्र न्यायाधीश, नााशिि§क हे, ना‍‍�शिि§क-रोड सत्र उप-वि�भाागाचे देखील सत्र न्यायाधीश असतील,

आणि� त्यास, उक्त सत्र उप-वि�भाागाकडीील प्रकरणे स्वत: नि�कााली कााढण्याचे किं�ंवाा सक्षम अधिि˜काारि�ताा असलेल्या इतर कोणत्याही

न्यायालयाकडेे सोपवि�ण्याचे, अथवाा त्यास योग्य वााटतील अशी कोणतीीही प्रकरणे, ना‍‍�शिि§क-रोड येथील अति�रि�क्त सत्र न्यायाधीशाकडेे

सोपवि�ण्याचे अधिि˜काार असतील.

Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.

No. Nyasthap-0224/103/C.R.53/DESK-11.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section

(3) of section 7 read with section 8 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (46 of 2023), in

its application to the State of Maharashtra, and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, and

in partial modification of all earlier notifications issued in that behalf, in so far as they relate to the

revenue area of Nashik-road and revenue tahsil of Sinnar in the Nashik District, the Government

of Maharashtra, after consultation with the High Court of Judicature at Bombay, hereby, with effect

from 16th February, 2025 creates, a Sessions sub-division for the revenue area of Nashik-road and

revenue tahsil of Sinnar in Nashik District and establishes Court of Sessions at Nashik-road to be

presided over by the Additional Sessions Judge, for trial of cases arising within the limits of the said

Sessions sub-division. The Sessions Judge, Nashik, shall also be the Sessions Judge for the Sessions

sub-division at Nashik-road, and shall have the powers to withdraw unto himself or assign to any

other Court of competent jurisdiction, the cases from the said Sessions sub-division, or to assign unto

the Additional Sessions Judge at Nashik-road, any such cases as he thinks fit.

(क) नााशिि§क जि�ल्ह्याातील नााशिि§क-रोड येथे जि�ल्हा न्यायालय, नााशिि§क यास दुय्यम असलेले एक दि�वााणीी न्यायालय वरि�ष्ठ

स्तर असेल ;

(ख) दि�वााणीी न्यायाधीश वरि�ष्ठ स्तर हे, उक्त न्यायालयाचे पीठाासीन अधिि˜काारी असतील आणि� ते नााशिि§क जि�ल्ह्याातील

ना‍‍�शिि§क-रोड येथे त्यां�चेे न्यायालय भरवतीील ; आणि�

(ग) नााशिि§क जि�ल्ह्याातील दि�वााणीी न्यायाधीश वरि�ष्ठ स्तर, नााशिि§क-रोड यांं�च्या सर्वसााधारण अधिि˜काारि�तेेच्या स्थाानि�क

सीमांं�मध्ये नााशिि§क जि�ल्ह्याातील नााशिि§क-रोड या महसुुली क्षेेत्रााच्या स्थाानि�क सीमांं�चाा समावेश असेल आणि� सदर क्षेेत्र, जे यापूर्वी

दि�वााणीी न्यायाधीश, वरि�ष्ठ स्तर, नााशिि§क यांं�च्या सर्वसााधारण अधिि˜काारि�तेेच्या स्थाानि�क सीमांं�मध्ये समावि�ष्ट होते ते उक्त क्षेेत्र त्यामधूून

वगळण्यात येईल.

it in this behalf, and in partial modification of all earlier notifications issued in that behalf, in so

far as they relate to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Nashik-road, in Nashik District

sub-ordinate to the District Court, Nashik the Government of Maharashtra, hereby directs that, with

effect from 16th February, 2025,

(a) there shall be a Civil Court at Nashik-road, sub-ordinate to the District Court, Nashik

in Nashik District ;

(b) the said Court shall be presided over by the Civil Judge , Senior Division, who shall

hold his Court at Nashik-road ; and

road, shall comprise of the local limits of the revenue area of Nashik-road in Nashik District

and the work from the said area which was heretofore included within the local limits of the

ordinary and special jurisdiction of the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Nashik in Nashik District

shall be excluded therefrom.

No. Nyasthap-0224/103/C.R.53/ DESK-11.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of

section 3 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (25 of 1955), in its application to the State of Maharashtra,

and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf and in partial modification of all the earlier

notifications issued in that behalf, in so far as they relate to the revenue area of Nashik-road, in

Nashik District, the Government of Maharashtra hereby, with effect from 16th February, 2025,

specifies the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division at Nashik-road, in Nashik District as having

jurisdiction in respect of the matters to be dealt with under the said Act, within the local limits of

ordinary jurisdiction of the Court of Civil Judge, Junior Division, Nashik-road, established under

the Maharashtra Civil Courts Act (XIV of 1869).
