१. वसुुली अधिि˜कारी यां�नीी महाराष्ट्र सहकाारी संंस्थाा अधिि˜नि�यम, १९६० चेे कलम १५६ व नि�यम १९६१ चेे नि�यम १०७ मधील

तरतूूदीनुसार कर्जज वसुुलीची कार्ययवाही करावी. कर्जज वसुुली करतााना सहकाार कायदा, नि�यम यातीतीील तरतुुदी व परि�पत्रकीय सूचनांं�चेे पालन

न केल्याचेे नि�दर्शशनास आल्यास आवश्यक तीतीी चौकशी करून आवश्यकताा भाासल्यास सदरचेे प्रदान केलेले अधिि˜कार ताात्काळ काढून

घेेण्यात येतीतीील.

२. सदरचेे अधिि˜कार सहकाार कायदा कलम १०१ व ९१ अन्वये प्राप्त वसुुली दाखल्याची अंमलबजावणीी करण्याकरि�ताा असतीतीील.

३. वसुुली अधिि˜कारी यां�नीी दर माह सोबत जोडलेेल्या वि¦हीत नमुन्यात अ-३, अ-४ व ब कर्जज वसुुलीची माहि�तीतीी संंबंधीत जि�ल्हा

उप नि�बंधक, सहकाारी संंस्थाा यांं�चेे कार्याɑलयाास सादर करावी. जि�ल्हा उप नि�बंधकां�नीी वसुुली कामकाज, सरचार्जज रक्कम या बाबींचा

नि�यमि�त आढावा घ्यावा.

४. अधिि˜कार प्रदान केलेल्या वसुुली अधिि˜कारी असलेेल्या व्यक्तीतीीची बदलीी झााल्यास किं�ंवा सेवानि�वृत्ती झााल्यास किं�ंवा सेवेतूून

काढून टाकल्यास किं�ंवा त्याचा मृत्यू झााल्यास, अशा अधिि˜काऱ्यास प्रदान केलेले अधिि˜कार आपोआप रद्द होतीतीील.

अधिि˜नि�यम, १९६० व नि�यम १९६१ अन्वये प्राप्त असलेेल्या अधिि˜कारानुसारच वसुुलीची कार्ययवाही करावी.

६. वसुुली अधिि˜कारी यां�नीी नमूद केलेल्या कालाावधीत वसुुलीचेे कामकाज समााधानकारक केले नसल्याचेे नि�दर्शशनास आल्यास

किं�ंवा प्रदान केलेल्या अधिि˜काराचा गैरवापर करीत असल्याचेे नि�दर्शशनास आल्यास प्रदान केलेले अधिि˜कार काढून घेेतलेे जातीतीील व भवि¦ष्यात

असे कोणतेेही अधिि˜कार अशा व्यक्तीतीीस प्रदान करण्यात येणार नाहीत.

७. वसुुली अधिि˜काऱ्यास त्याच्या नावापुुढेे कोठेही “ महाराष्ट्र शासन नि�युक्त ” आणि�/किं�ंवा “ सि�व्हील कोर्ट ”, “ एक्झीक्युटीव्ह

कोर्ट ” या शब्दां�चाा अथवाा तत्सम शब्दां�चाा वापर करताा येणार नाही. त्या ऐवजी वसुुली अधिि˜काऱ्यां�नीी त्यांं�च्या नावापुुढेे “वसुुली अधिि˜कारी

(महाराष्ट्र सहकाारी संंस्थाा अधिि˜नि�यम, १९६० व नि�यम, १९६१ चेे नि�यम १०७ अन्वये)” असे लि�हाावे.

८. वसुुली अधिि˜काऱ्याने पगाार जप्तीतीीची कार्ययवाही करतााना कर्जजदाराच्या / जामीनदाराच्या पगाार कपातीतीी बाबत राष्ट्रीयकृत बँका

वा अन्य बँका यांं�चेेकडे परस्पर वेतन कपातीतीीचा आदेश देवून परस्पर पगाार कपात करताा येणार नाही. संंबंधिि˜त कर्जजदार / जामीनदार ज्या

आस्थाापनेेवर काम करीत आहे त्या आस्थाापनेेवरील आहरण व संंवि¦तरण अधिि˜कारी / पगाार करणारा अधिि˜कारी यांं�चेेमार्फत पगाारातूून कर्जज

परि�पत्रकीय सूचनांं�चेे पालन न केल्याचेे नि�दर्शशनास आल्यास आवश्यक तीतीी चौकशी करून आवश्यकताा भाासल्यास सदरचेे प्रदान केलेले

अधिि˜कार ताात्काळ काढून घेेण्यात येतीतीील.

२. सदरचेे अधिि˜कार सहकाार कायदा कलम १०१ व ९८ अन्वये प्राप्त संंस्थेच्या वसुुली दाखल्याची अंमलबजावणीी करण्याकरि�तााच

असतीतीील.

३. वसुुली अधिि˜कारी यां�नीी दरमहा सोबत जोडलेेल्या वि¦हीत नमुन्यात प्रपत्र १,२,३, व ५ प्रमाणेे कर्जज वसुुलीची माहि�तीतीी संंबंधीत

जि�ल्हा उप नि�बंधक, सहकाारी संंस्थाा यांं�चेे कार्याɑलयाास व या कार्याɑलयाास सादर करावी. ज्या सहकाारी संंस्थेचेे कार्ययक्षेेत्र वि¦भााग, दोन वि¦भााग

अथवाा राज्य कार्ययक्षेेत्र आहे त्या संंस्थांं�नी देखील त्यांं�चेे मुख्य कार्याɑलय ज्या जि�ल्ह्याामध्ये आहे त्या जि�ल्हा उप नि�बंधक यांं�चेे कार्याɑलयाास

माहि�तीतीी सादर करावी व त्याची प्रत या कार्याɑलयाास सादर करावी.

५. वसुुली अधिि˜कारी यां�नीी नमूद केलेल्या कालाावधीत वसुुलीचेे कामकाज समााधानकारक केले नसल्याचेे नि�दर्शशनास आल्यास किं�ंवा

प्रदान केलेल्या अधिि˜काराचा गैरवापर करीत असल्याचेे नि�दर्शशनास आल्यास, प्रदान केलेले अधिि˜कार काढून घेेतलेे जातीतीील व भवि¦ष्यात

असे कोणतेेही अधिि˜कार अशा व्यक्तीतीीस प्रदान करण्यात येणार नाहीत.

६. शासन नि�र्णणय क्रमांं�क संंकि�र्णण-१५०४/प्र.क्र. २३१/१५-स, दिि—नांं�क २३ नोव्हेंबर २००६ अन्वये वसुुली अधिि˜काऱ्यां�नाा तीतीीन सिं�ंहाच्या

राजमुद्रेचा वापर करताा येणार नाही. या कार्याɑलयााकडीील दिि—नांं�क ६ जून २०१९ च्या परि�पत्रकाप्रमाणेे कार्ययवाही करावी.

(महाराष्ट्र सह. संंस्थाा अधिि˜नि�यम, १९६० व नि�यम १९६१ चेे नि�यम १०७ अन्वये) ” असे लि�हाावे.

८. वसुुली अधिि˜काऱ्यास वसुुलीसाठीी वापर करण्यात येणाऱ्या वाहनाावर “ वि¦शाल जनसेवा सहकाारी पतसंंस्थाा मर्याɑ. मुंं�बई ” असा

फलक लाावताा येऊ शकेल.

९. वसुुली अधिि˜काऱ्याने पगाार जप्तीतीीची कार्ययवाही करतााना कर्जजदाराच्या / जामीनदाराच्या पगाार कपातीतीीबाबत राष्ट्रीयकृत बँका

अन्य बँका यांं�चेेकडे परस्पर वेतन कपातीतीीचा आदेश देऊन परस्पर पगाार कपात करताा येणार नाही. संंबंधीत कर्जजदार / जामीनदार ज्या

वसूूल करण्याची कार्ययवाही करावी.

६. शासन नि�र्णणय क्रमांं�क संंकि�र्णण - १५०४/प्र.क्र. २३१/१५-स दिि—नांं�क २३/११/२००६ अन्वये वसुुली अधिि˜काऱ्यां�नाा तीतीीन सिं�ंहाच्या

राजमुद्रेचा वापर करताा येणार नाही. या कार्याɑलयााकडीील दिि—नांं�क ०६/०६/२०१९च्या परि�पत्रकाप्रमाणेे कार्ययवाही करावी.

७. वसुुली अधिि˜काऱ्यास त्याच्या नावापुुढेे कोठेही “ महाराष्ट्र शासन नि�युक्त ” आणि� किं�ंवा “ सि�व्हील कोर्ट ”, “ एक्झीक्युटीव्ह

कोर्ट ” या शब्दां�चाा अथवाा तत्सम शब्दां�चाा वापर करताा येणार नाही. त्या ऐवजी वसुुली अधिि˜काऱ्यां�नीी त्यांं�च्या नावापुुढेे वसुुली अधिि˜कारी

(महाराष्ट्र सह. संंस्थाा अधिि˜नि�यम, १९६० व नि�यम, १९६१ चेे नि�यम १०७ अन्वये) ” असे लि�हाावे.

८. वसुुली अधिि˜काऱ्यास वसुुलीसाठीी वापर करण्यात येणाऱ्या वाहनाावर “ श्रीी गोरक्षनााथ नागरी सहकाारी पतसंंस्थाा मर्याɑ., मुंं�बई ”

असा फलक लाावताा येऊ शकेल.

९. वसुुली अधिि˜काऱ्याने पगाार जप्तीतीीची कार्ययवाही करतााना कर्जजदाराच्या / जामीनदाराच्या पगाार कपातीतीीबाबत राष्ट्रीयीकृत बँका

वा अन्य बँका यांं�चेेकडे परस्पर वेतन कपातीतीीचा आदेश देऊन परस्पर पगाार कपात करताा येणार नाही. संंबंधिि˜त कर्जजदार / जामीनदार ज्या

वसूूल करण्याची कार्ययवाही करावी.
