पारदर्शशकतेेचाा हक्क अधिि˜नि�यम, २०१३ (२०१३ चाा ३०) मधीील कलम ५२, ५३ आणिि” ५४ द्वाारे, प्रदाान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिि˜कााराचाा

वाापर करून महााराष्ट्र शाासनााने माा. मुख्य न्यायमुर्ती, माा. मुं�बई उच्च न्यायालय, यां�चेेशीी वि�चाारवि�नि�मय करून श्रीी. राजीव पुरुशोोत्तम पांं�डेे,

नि�वृृत्त जि�ल्हा न्यायाधिि˜शश व सत्र न्यायाधिि˜शश, यां�चीी पि�ठाासन अधिि˜काारी, भूमीसंंपादन, पुनर्ववसन

व पुनर्स्था�ा�पनाा प्राधिि˜करण, अमराावतीी या

पदाावर नि�युुक्ती करण्यात येत आहे. पि�ठाासन अधिि˜काारी या पदाावरीील त्यांं�चाा काार्ययकााळ हा त्यां�नीी सदर पदााचाा काार्ययभाार स्वि�िकाारल्यापासून

तीन वर्षांंɕसाठी किं�ंवाा ते वयााची ६५ वर्षष पूर्णण होईपर्यंंत, यापैकी जे अगोदर पूर्णण होईल तेवढाा राहील.

NOTIFICATION

Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement

Act, 2013.

No.RPA-2024/C.R.143/R-1.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 52, 53 and 54

of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and

Resettlement Act, 2013 (30 of 2013), in it’s application to the State of Maharashtra, the Government

of Maharashtra in consultation with the Chief Justice of Bombay High Court, hereby, appoints

Shri. Rajeev Purushottam Pande, Retired Principal District and Sessions Judge, as the Presiding

Officer of the Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority at Amravati, for a term

of three years from the date on which he enters upon his office or until he attains the age of sixty-

five years, whichever is earlier.
