Maharashtra Civil Courts Act.

No. CRC 2022/CR 37/Desk XII.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3 and 4 of

Maharashtra Civil Courts Act, (XIV of 1869), and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, and

in modification of all the earlier notifications issued in this behalf, the Government of Maharashtra

hereby, with effect from the 22nd February, 2025, alters and, as the case may be, creates new judicial

Districts specified in column (1) of the Schedule appended hereto, comprising the areas respectively

specified against each of them in column (2) of the said Schedule and fixes the places respectively,

specified against each of them in column (3) of the said Schedule as Sadr Station in the said judicial

Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.

No. CRC 2022/CR 37/Desk XII.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of section 3

of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (25 of 1955), in its application to the State of Maharashtra and of

all other powers enabling it in this behalf, and in modification of all the earlier notification issued

in this behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby, with effect from the 22nd February, 2025,

specifies the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Hingoli and Basmat in Hingoli District, as having

jurisdiction in respect of the matters to be dealt with under the said Act within the local limits of its

ordinary jurisdiction under the Maharashtra Civil Courts Act ( XIV of 1869).

केलेले दि�वााणीी न्यायाधीश त्याचे अध्यक्ष असतीील, ते, उक्त अनुसूचीच्या स्तंभ (४) मध्ये वि�नि�र्दि�िष्ट केलेले ठिि‘कााण किं�ंवाा ठिि‘कााणे

Maharashtra Civil Courts Act.

No. CRC 2022/CR 37/Desk XII.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 21, 22A and 23

of Maharashtra Civil Courts Act, (XIV of 1869), and all other powers enabling it in this behalf, and

in modification of all the previous notifications and orders issued in this behalf, the Government of

Maharashtra hereby, with effect from the 22nd February, 2025, directs that,-

(a)  there shall be a new Civil Court specified in column (2) of the Schedule hereto

sub-ordinate to the District Court specified against it in column (1) of the said Schedule, to be

presided over by a Civil Judge specified in column (2) of the said Schedule, who shall hold his

असलेेल्या इतर न्यायालयाकडेे सोपवि�ण्याचे, किं�ंवाा त्यां�नाा योग्य वााटतील अशी कोणतीीही प्रकरणे, अति�रि�क्त सत्र न्यायालय, हिं�ंगोली

याकडेे सोपवि�ण्याचे, अधिि˜काार असतीील.

NOTIFICATION

Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.

No. CRC 2022/CR 37/Desk XII.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 and 8 of the

Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (46 of 2023), in its application to the State of Maharashtra,

and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf; and in partial modification of all earlier notifications

issued in this behalf, the Government of Maharashtra, in consultation with the High Court of

Judicature at Bombay, hereby, with effect from the 22nd February, 2025, declares that,—

(i)  a Sessions Judge, appointed by the High Court shall preside over the Sessions Court for the

Sessions Division of Hingoli.

(ii)  the Sessions Judge, Parbhani shall cease to exercise any powers under the code of Bhartiya

Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (46 of 2023) in respect of the Sessions Division of Hingoli and Sessions

Division of Basmat, which he had hitherto exercised, with effect from the 22nd February, 2025, and

(iii)  the Sessions Judge, Hingoli shall have the powers to withdraw unto himself cases from the

Sessions Division, Basmat or to assign to another Court of jurisdiction, or to assign to the Additional

Sessions Court, Hingoli, any such cases as he thinks fit.
