क्रमांं�क न्यास्थााप-२०२४/प्र.क्र. ११३/काार्या�सन-१२.—महाारााष्ट्र दि�वााणीी न्यायालय अधिि˜नि�यम (१८६९ चा १४) याची कलमे १४

व १९ यांं�द्वाारे प्रदाान केे�लेल्या अधिि˜काारांं�चा आणि� याबाबतीत त्यास समर्थथ करणााऱ्या इतर सर्वव अधिि˜काारांं�चा वाापर करून, आणि� याबाबतीत

यापूर्वी कााढलेल्या सर्वव अधिि˜सूचनाा, जेथवर त्या छत्रपती संभााजीनगर जि�ल्ह्याातील पैठण महसुुली ताालुक्याशीी संबंधिि˜त असतील तेथवर,

त्यांं�मध्ये अंशतःः फेेरबदल करून, महाारााष्ट्र शासन, याद्वाारे, दि�नांं�क १६ मार्चच, २०२५ पासून, असे नि�र्देेश देत आहे की,—

(क) पैठण येथे जि�ल्हा न्यायाधीशाचे न्यायालय असेल आणि� जि�ल्हा न्यायाधीश-१ पैठण हे उक्त न्यायालयाचे अध्यक्ष

असतील;

(ख) उक्त न्यायालयाच्या सर्वसााधारण अधिि˜काारि�तेेच्या स्थाानि�क सीमा, छत्रपती संभााजीनगर जि�ल्ह्याातील पैठण महसुुली

ताालुक्यात समावि�ष्ट असलेल्या दि�वााणीी न्यायाधीश, कनि�ष्ठ स्तर, पैठण यांं�च्या न्यायालयाच्या वि�द्यमान अधिि˜काारि�तेेशीी समव्यापी

असतील; आणि�

(गग) छत्रपती संभााजीनगर जि�ल्ह्याातील पैठण महसुुली ताालुक्याच्या बाबतीत, प्रधान जि�ल्हा न्यायाधीश, औरंगााबाद यां�चेे सर्वव

अधिि˜काार, उक्त अधिि˜नि�यमाच्या कलम ९ अन्वयेे प्रधान जि�ल्हा न्यायाधीश यांं�च्याकडेे नि�हि�त

असलेल्या अधिि˜काारांं�खेरीज आणि�

त्यास योग्य वााटतील अशीी प्रकरणेे जि�ल्हा न्यायाधीश, पैठण यांं�च्याकडेे सोपवि�ण्याच्या किं�ंवाा स्वतःःहून नि�काालात कााढण्याच्या

किं�ंवाा सक्षम अधिि˜काारि�तेेच्या इतर न्यायालयाकडेे सोपवि�ण्याच्या त्याच्या अधिि˜काारांं�खेरीज, पैठण येथील उक्त जि�ल्हा न्यायाधीश-१

यां�चेेकडेे नि�हि�त

असतील.

NOTIFICATION

Maharashtra Civil Courts Act.

No. Nyasthapa 2024/CR-113/Desk XII.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 14 and

19 of the Maharashtra Civil Courts Act (XIV of 1869), and of all other powers enabling it in this

behalf; and in partial modification of all earlier notifications issued in this behalf, in so far as they

relate to the revenue talukas of Paithan in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar District, the Government

of Maharashtra, hereby directs that with effect from the 16th March, 2025,—

(a) there shall be a Court of District Judge at Paithan in the revenue District of Chhatrapati

Sambhajinagar and the said Court shall be presided over by the District Judge -1;

(b) the local limits of the ordinary jurisdiction shall be co-extensive with the existing

jurisdiction of Court of Civil Judge, Junior Division, Paithan comprising the revenue taluka of

Paithan in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar District; and

Paithan in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar District shall vest in the said District Judge-1, except

those vested in the Principal District Judge, under section 9 of the said Act and except his power

to assign to District Judge, at Paithan or withdraw unto himself or to assign to another Court

of competent jurisdiction, such matters as he thinks fit.

य केल्यानंंतर, महाारााष्ट्र शासन, याद्वाारे, दि�नांं�क १६ मार्चच, २०२५ पासून, छत्रपती संभााजीनगर जि�ल्ह्याातील पैठण महसुुली

ताालुक्यासाठी पैठण सत्र वि�भाागााची, त्याच्या सीमेअंतर्गगत उद्भवणााऱ्या प्रकरणांं�चीी चौौकशीी करण्यासाठी नि�र्मि�ितीी करीीत आहे. सत्र न्यायाधीश,

औरंगााबाद हे, पैठण येथील सत्र उप वि�भाागााचे देखील सत्र न्यायाधीश असतील आणि� त्यास, उक्त सत्र उप वि�भाागााकडीील प्रकरणेे स्वत:

नि�कााली कााढण्याचे किं�ंवाा सक्षम अधिि˜काारि�ताा असलेल्या इतर कोणत्याही न्यायालयाकडेे सोपवि�ण्याचे अथवाा त्यास योग्य वााटतील अशीी

कोणतीीही प्रकरणेे, पैठण येथील अति�रि�क्त सत्र न्यायाधीशाकडेे सोपवि�ण्याचे अधिि˜काार असतील.

Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.

No. Nyasthapa 2024/CR-113/Desk XII.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 read

with sub-section (1) of Section 8 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita 2023, (46 of 2023), in

its application to the State of Maharashtra, and all other powers enabling it in this behalf; and in

partial modification of all the earlier notifications issued in this behalf, in so far as they relate to

revenue tahsil of Paithan in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar District, the Government of Maharashtra

in consultation with the High Court of Judicature at Bombay, hereby creates with effect from the

16th March, 2025, sessions Division, Paithan in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar District for the revenue

tahasil of Paithan for trial of cases arising within the limits of the said Sessions Division. The Sessions

Judge, Aurangabad shall also be Sessions Judge for the Sessions sub-division at Paithan and shall

have the powers to withdraw unto himself or to assign to any other Court of competent jurisdiction,

cases from the said Sessions Division, or to assign unto the Additional Sessions Judge at Paithan,

any such cases as he thinks fit.
