द्धीीकरण.

ज्यााअर्थीी, लााजाा नगरपंंचाायतीीने (याापुढेे “उक्त नि�योोजन प्रााधिि˜करण” असेे नि�र्देशिि§लेले), ति�च्याा अधिि˜पत्यााखाालील क्षेेत्रााची (याापुढेे

उक्त क्षेेत्र असेे उल्लेखलेेली), महााराष्ट्र प्राादेशिि§क नि�योोजन व नगररचनाा अधिि˜नि�यम, १९६६ (याापुढेे "उक्त अधिि˜नि�यम असेे नि�र्देशिि§लेली),

चे कलम २१(२) चे अनुषंंगाने कलम २३(१) मधील तरतुदीनुसार प्राारूप वि�कास योजनाा लांं�जाा (याापुढेे “उक्त प्राारूप वि�कास योजनाा”

असेे उल्लेखलेेली) तयाार करण्यााचाा इरादा ठराव क्र.४१९, दि�.२२/०२/२०२१ अन्वये जााहि�र करून त्यााबााबतचीी सूचनाा महाराष्ट्र शासन

राजपत्र, भााग-२ - संकि�र्णण सूचनाा व जााहि�राातीी मध्ये दि�. ११-१७ मार्चच, २०२१ रोजी प्रसि�द्ध केली आहे ;

आणि� ज्यााअर्थीी, उक्त अधिि˜नि�यमााच्याा कलम २४ च्याा तरतुदीस अनुसरुन लांं�जाा नगरपंंचाायतीीने उक्त क्षेेत्राासाठी उक्त प्राारूप वि�कास

योजनाा तयाार करण्याासाठी सहाायक संचाालक, नगररचनाा, रत्नागि�री, शाखाा रत्नागि�री यांं�ची नगररचनाा अधिि˜कारी म्हणूून आदेश क्र. १८१६,

दि�.३०/०३/२०२१ अन्वये नेमणूक केली आहे ;

आणि� ज्यााअर्थीी, उक्त अधिि˜नि�यमाातीील तरतुदीनुसार, नगररचनाा अधिि˜कारी तथाा सहाायक संचाालक, नगररचनाा, रत्नागि�री, शाखाा

रत्नागि�री यांं�नी, उक्त अधिि˜नि�यमााचे कलम २५ अन्वये वि�द्यमान जमीीन वापर नकाशा तयाार केल्याानंतर, उक्त क्षेेत्राासाठी उक्त प्राारूप वि�कास

योजनाा तयाार करून तो उक्त नि�योोजन प्रााधिि˜करणाकडेे उक्त अधिि˜नि�यमााचे कलम २६ (१) अन्वये प्रसि�द्ध करण्याासाठी हस्तांं�तरि�त केली आहे;

आणि� ज्यााअर्थीी, उक्त नि�योोजन प्रााधिि˜करणाने उक्त अधिि˜नि�यमााचे कलम २६ (१) अन्वये उक्त प्राारूप वि�कास योजनाा जनतेकडून

सूचनाा / हरकतीी मागवि�ण्यााकरि�ताा प्रसि�द्ध करण्याासाठी ठराव क्र. ११, दि�. २५/०३/२०२५ पारि�त केलेलाा आहे.

त्यााअर्थीी, उक्त नि�योोजन प्रााधिि˜करण उक्त प्राारूप वि�कास योजनाा, वि�कास योजनाा अहवाालाासह उक्त अधिि˜नि�यमााच्याा कलम २६(१)

अन्वये नागरि�कांं�कडून सूचनाा/ हरकतीी मागवि�ण्याासाठी प्रसि�द्ध करीत आहे. सदरहू योजनेेसंबंधीचे नकाशे व अहवााल कामकाजााच्याा दि�वशी

कायाा�लयीीन वेळेेत नागरि�कांं�च्याा अवलोकनार्थथ, खााली नमूद केलेल्याा कायाा�लयाात उपलब्ध आहेत.

१. मुख्यााधिि˜कारी, लांं�जाा नगरपंंचाायत, लांं�जाा.

२. सहाायक संचाालक, नगररचनाा, रत्नागि�री शाखाा, रत्नागि�री.

उक्त प्राारूप योजनेेतीील तरतुदीसंबधीी नागरि�कांं�च्याा काही सूचनाा/हरकतीी असतीील तर त्यांं�नी ही सूचनाा महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्या

राजपत्रात प्रसि�द्ध झाालेल्याा दि�नांं�कापासून ३० दि�वसांं�च्याा आत मुख्यााधिि˜कारी लांं�जाा नगरपंंचाायत यांं�चेकडेे लेखी स्वरूपात कारणां�सह

पाठवाव्याात. सदरची सूचनाा महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र प्रसि�द्ध झााल्यााच्याा दि�नांं�कापासून ३० दि�वसांं�चे आत नगरपंंचाायतीीकडेे प्रााप्त झाालेल्याा

सूचनाा/ हरकतीी वि�चाारात घेेतल्याा जाातीील.

उक्त प्राारूप वि�कास योजनेेचे नकाशे व तपशीीलााच्याा प्रतीी योग्य शुल्क आकारुन लांं�जाा नगरपंंचाायतीीच्याा कायाा�लयाात नागरि�कां�नाा

उपलब्ध होऊ शकतीील.

Notice

Publication of Draft Development Plan of Lanja Under Section 26(1) of Maharashtra Regional and

Town Planning Act 1966.

Whereas the Lanja Municipal Council Nagar Panchayat, (hereinafter referred to as “the said

Planning Authority,”) vide Resolution No.419, dated 22/02/2021 had declared its intention to prepare

a Draft Development Plan of Lanja (hereinafter referred to as the “said Draft Development Plan”)

for the area under its jurisdiction, (hereinafter referred to as the said “area”) as per the provision of

Section 23(1) read with Section 21(2) of Maharashtra Regional & Town Planning Act, 1966 (hereinafter

referred to as the “said Act”) and notice to that effect is published in Maharashtra Government Gazette

on 11-17 March 2021;

And whereas, as per the provision in Section 24 of the said Act, the Nagar Panchayat vide

Order No. 1816, dt. 30/03/2021 has appointed Assistant Director, Town Planning, Ratnagiri Branch,

Ratnagiri as “Town Planning Officer” to prepare the said Draft Development Plan for the said area;

And whereas, the Town Planning Officer and Assistant Director, Town Planning. Ratnagiri

Branch, Ratnagiri after having prepared Existing Land Use Map as per section 25 of the said Act,

has prepared the said Draft Development Plan of the said area and has handed it over to the said

Planning Authority on 19/09/2022 for publication under section 26(1) of the said Act ;

And whereas, the said Planning Authority has passed Resolution No.11 dated 25/03/2025 to

publish the said Draft Development Plan under section 26(1) of the said Act, for inviting suggestions/

objections from the public.

Therefore, Lanja Nagar Panchayat hereby publishes the said Draft Development Plan along

with the Report under section 26(1) of the said Act for inviting suggestions/objections from the public.

The copy of the said Draft Development Plan and Report thereof are kept open for inspection of the

public at the following offices on all working days during office hours.

1. The Chief Officer, Lanja Nagar Panchayat, Lanja.

2. Assistant Director, Town Planning, Ratnagiri Branch, Ratnagiri.

The suggestions/objections if any, in writing from the public in this regard with reasons, shall

be submitted to the Chief Officer, Lanja Nagar panchayat, within the period of 30 days from the date

of publication of the Notice in Maharashtra Government Gazette. Suggestions/objections received by

the Nagar panchayat within the period of the 30 days from the date of publication of this Notice in

Maharashtra Government Gazette shall only be considered.

The copies of the said Draft Development Plan and particulars shall be available to the public

at reasonable price in the office of the Lanja Nagar Panchayat.
