Read :— (1) Select List of 15 candidates for the post of Personal Assistant to the Hon’ble

Judge prepared by the High Court, Bombay published on 27th August 2024.

(2) High Court Notification No. PL(APP)/Steno/2024/6152 dated 14th October

2024,thereby appointed Shri Ajitkumar P. Wani as ‘Personal Assistant to the

Hon’ble Judge’ on the establishment of the High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay.

(3) Endt. No. Estt./8186/2024, dated 16th December 2024 of the Principal District and

Sessions Judge, Jalgaon thereby forwarded application dated 16th December

2024 of Shri Ajitkumar P. Wani, candidate at Sr. No. 07 of the Select List referred

above at Sr. No. 01.

The name of Shri Ajitkumar Purushottam Wani Who did not join duty as “Personal Assistant

to the Hon’ble Judge” as mentioned in his application dated 16th December 2024 referred above

at Sr. No. 3, on the establishment of High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay, is deleted from the

Select List of Personal Assistant to the Hon’ble Judge.

Henceforth Shri Ajitkumar Purushottam Wani shall have no right to claim appointment as

a “personal Assistant to the Hon’ble Judge” on the establishment of the High Court, Bombay, in

respect of Select List dated 27th August 2024 for the post of “Personal Assistant to the Hon’ble

Judge” referred above at Sr. No. 01.

Sr. No. 04 on the Select List referred above at Sr. No. 1.

The name of Shri Akash Anilrao Tayde Who did not join duty as “Personal Assistant to the

Hon’ble Judge” as mentioned in email referred above at Sr. No. 3 above, on the establishment

of High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay, is deleted from the Select List of Personal Assistant to

the Hon’ble Judge.

Henceforth, Shri A. A. Tayde shall have no right to claim appointment as a “personal

Assistant to the Hon’ble Judge” on the establishment of the High Court, Bombay, in respect of

Select List dated 27th August 2024 for the post of “Personal Assistant to the Hon’ble Judge”

referred above at Sr. No. 01.
