नɻदणी अिधिनयम, १९०८.

ĸमांक मुʼnांक-२०२२/Ō.ĸ.९३/म-१(धोरण).—नɻदणी अिधिनयम, १९०८ (१९०८ चा १६) (यात यापुढɂ ùयाचा िनदɨश, “ उòत

अिधिनयम ” असा कɁला आहे), महाराđł राùयास लागू असताना, āया÷या कलम ७८ ÷या खंड (क) Ǒारे Ōदान कɁलेčया अिधकारांचा,

आिण याबाबतीत āयास समथɑ करणाķया इतर सवɑ अिधकारांचा वापर कȠन, महाराđł शासन, याǑारे, संलेखांची नɻदणी करĀयासाठी

कलम ७८ अąवये तयार कɁलेčया आिण शासकीय अिधसूचना, महसूल व वन िवभाग, ĸमांक आरजीएन. १५५८/६७७३१-एन,

िदनांक १७ जुलै, १९६१ (यात यापुढɂ िजचा िनदɨश, “ उòत अिधसूचना ” असा कɁला आहे) याअąवये Ōिसnj कɁलेčया शुčका÷या तòāयात

याǑारे सुधारणा करीत आहे आिण उòत अिधिनयमा÷या कलम ७९ Ǒारे आवĐयक असčयाŌमाणे, ती पुढीलŌमाणे Ōिसnj करीत आहे :—

उòत अिधसूचनेमĄये, शुčका÷या तòāयातील, अनु÷छɂद-एक मĄये, नɻद ७० मधील, “ शासन िनणɑय ” या मजकȱराआधी,

“शेत जमीनीची अदलाबदल करĀयासाठी”, हा मजकȳर जादा दाखल करĀयात येईल आिण “ िविनमय पŇा÷या संलेखावर ”, या मजकȱरानंतर,

“ ३ जानेवारी, २०२३ पासून चार वषाɕ÷या कालावधीसाठी ”, हा मजकȳर जादा दाखल करĀयात येईल.

NOTIFICATION

No.Mudrank-2022/C.R.93/M-1(Policy).- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of

section 78 of the Registration Act, 1908 (XVI of 1908) (hereinafter referred to as “the said Act”), in

its application to the State of Maharashtra, and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the

Government of Maharashtra hereby amends the Table of Fees prepared under section 78 and published

under the Government Notification, Revenue and Forests Department, No.RGN.1558/67731-N, dated

the 17th July 1961 (hereinafter referred to as “the said Notification”) for registration of instruments

and publishes the same as required by section 79 of the said Act, as follows :—

In the said Notification, in the Table of Fees, in Article-I, in Note 70, after the figures, letters

and word “ 3rd January 2023 ” the words, figures and letters “, for the exchange of farm land, for the

period of four years from the 3rd January 2023” shall be added.
