MULTI COMMODITY EXCHANGE CLEARING CORPORATION LIMITED

Securities and Exchange Board of India (“SEBI”), in exercise of its powers under Section 9 of

the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956, vide its letter no. SEBI/HO/MRD/MRD-RAC-1/P/

OW/2025/0000021667/1 dated August 12, 2025, approved the following amendments in the Bye-laws

of Multi Commodity Exchange Clearing Corporation Limited (“MCXCCL”). The amendments to the

Bye-laws of MCXCCL shall be effective from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette of India.

AMENDMENTS IN THE BYE-LAWS OF MCXCCL

In Bye-law 5.1.3 of MCXCCL, after clause (bb), the following new clause (cc) shall be inserted,

namely:-

“specify prudential norms for exposure of Clearing Corporation from time to time”.
