MUMBAI PORT AUTHORITY

NOTIFICATION

No. FA/ACC/236/1742.— In exercise of the power conferred on it under Sub-Section (1) of Section

27 of the Major Port Authorities Act, 2021, the Board of Mumbai Port Authority had approved the

review/revision of Scale of Rates alongwith Performance Standards vide Board Resolution No.122,

dated 25.08.2022 and was published in the State Extraordinary Gazette (Part II) No.122 on 29.08.2022.

Further, various amendments to the abovementioned Scale of Rates were notified in the State

Gazette (Ordinary/ Extraordinary) on i) Ordinary Gazette 23-29 March, 2023; ii) Ordinary Gazette

29 June-5 July, 2023; iii) Ordinary Gazette 14-20 March, 2024; iv) Extra ordinary Gazette No. 77

dt 16.08.2024; v) Extra ordinary Gazette No. 96 dated 26.09.2024; vi) Extra ordinary Gazette No. 28

dt 14.02.2025.

As per Rule No. 9 of the Major Port Authorities (Fixation and Implementation of Scale of Rates,

Fees and Conditions) Rules, 2021, the competent authority of Mumbai Port Authority has extended

the abovementioned Scale of Rates of Mumbai Port Authority read with notified amendments for a

period of two months from 3rd October 2025 or till finalisation of revision of Scale of Rates, whichever

is earlier.
