अधि�सूूचना" असा करणेेत आलेेला आहे) द्वाारे बृृहन्मुंं�बई विि¦कास योजना - २०३४ सह विि¦कास नि�यंंत्रणण व प्रोत्साहन नि�यमाावलीी -

२०३४ (याापुुढेे ज्यााचा उल्लेेख “उक्त नि�यमाावलीी २०३४” असा करणेेत आलेेला आहे) ला उक्त अधि�सूूचनेसोबतचे परि�शिि§ष्ट- ब मध्ये

दर्शविि¦लेेलेे सारभूत स्वरुपाचे फेेरबदल

(ई.पी.) वगळूून उक्त अधि�सूूचनेसोबतचे परि�शिि§ष्ट-अ मध्ये दर्शविि¦लेेल्याा सुधाारणेेसह मंंजुरी दि�लीी

आहे. आणि� ज्यााअर्थीी शासनााने उक्त अधि�सूूचनेस समक्रमांं�कााचे शुध्दीपत्रक दि�नांं�क २२ जून २०१८ रोजी नि�र्गगमि�त केलेे असून त्याानुसार

उक्त नि�यमाावलीी -२०३४, दि�नांं�क १ सप्टेंबर २०१८ पासून अंमलाात आली आहे. आणि� ज्यााअर्थीी, त्याानंतर उक्त अधि�सूूचनेस शासनााने

समक्रमांं�कााचे शुध्दीपत्रक व पुुरकपत्र दि�. २९ जून, २०१८ रोजी पारि�त केलेे असून सदर शुध्दीपत्रक व पुुरकपत्र महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्या

राजपत्रात दि�नांं�क ३० जून, २०१८ रोजी प्रसि�ध्द करण्याात आलेे आहे ;

आणि� ज्यााअर्थीी, शासनााने दि�. २१ सप्टेंबर २०१८ रोजीच्याा अधि�सूूचनेद्वाारे उक्त नि�यमाावलीी - २०३४ मधीील सारभूत स्वरुपाचे

बदल

ईपी-१ ते ईपी - १६८ ला ( ठराविि¦क ईपी व नि�र्णणयाार्थथ प्रलंबि�त ठेवलेेल्याा ठराविि¦क तरतुदी वगळूून) मंंजुरी प्रदान केली आहे ;

आणि� ज्यााअर्थीी, उक्त मंंजुरीच्याा अधि�सूूचनेत आणि� मंंजूर तरतुदीमध्ये टंकलेेखनाच्याा त्रुटी व चुका तसेच उक्त नि�यमाावलीी - २०३४

मधीील काही तरतुदीच्याा अर्थथबोोधााची स्पष्टता करून सुसंंगती आणणेे यााकरि�ता शासनााने दि�नांं�क १२ नोव्हेंबर २०१८ रोजी शुध्दीपत्रक

नि�र्गगमि�त केलेे आहे ;

आणि� ज्यााअर्थीी, विि¦नि�यम ३१ (१) (xxi) मध्ये “Entrance lobbies in stilted portion, height not exceeding

७.२ m. or height equivalent to two floor or height of stilt whichever is more ” असे नमूद केलेेलेे आहे.

३७ (१) अन्वयेे

विि¦कास नि�यंंत्रणण व प्रोत्साहन नि�यमाावलीी - २०३४ मधीील विि¦नि�मय ३१ (१) (xxi) मध्ये फेेरबदल

करणेे आवश्यक वाटते.

(१) द्वाारे प्रदान केलेेल्याा

अधि�काारां�चाा वापर करून याा कायद्यााच्याा कलम

३७ (१) नुसार, बृृहन्मुंं�बई महाानगरपालि�केेमाार्फत प्रस्ताविि¦त सुधाारणेेच्याा संंदर्भाभाा�त प्रभााविि¦त

होण्यााची शक्यताा असलेेल्याा सर्वव व्यक्तींच्याा मााहि�तीीसाठी व कोणणत्यााही व्यक्तीकडूून / संंस्थााकडूून हरकतीी / सूचना आमंंत्रि�त करण्याासाठी

ही सूचना प्रकाशिि§त करण्याात येत आहे. तसेच, खाली दि�लेेल्याा परि�शिि§ष्ट मध्ये नमूद केलेेल्याा प्रस्ताविि¦त फेेरबदलाा संंदर्भाभाा�त कोणणत्यााही

हरकतीी / सूचना ही अधि�सूूचना प्रकाशिि§त झााल्यााच्याा तारखेपासून एक महि�ना

ा संंपण्याापूर्वी लेेखी स्वरूपात, खालील कायाा�लयााकडेे

तरतुदींनुसार प्रमुख अभि�यंंता ( विि¦कास नि�योोजन) बृृहन्मुंं�बई महाानगरपालि�काा द्वाारे कार्यवााही केली जाईल.

प्रस्ताविि¦त फेेरबदलााचे परि�शिि§ष्ट -१ खालील कायाा�लयांं�मध्ये सामाान्य जनतेच्याा अवलोोकनाासाठी खुलेे ठेवण्याात आलेे आहे:-

(१) प्रमुख अभि�यंंता (विि¦कास नि�योोजन), ५ वा मजला, बृृहन्मुंं�बई महाानगरपालि�काा, महाापालि�काा माार्गग, मुंं�बई ४०० ००१.

(२) नगररचना उपसंंचालक, बृृहन्मुंं�बई, ENSA हटमेंंट्स, ई-ब्लॉक, आझााद मैदान, महाापालि�काा माार्गग, मुंं�बई ४०० ००१.

Notice

क्रमांं�क प्र. अभि�./ विि¦नि� । १२१६४/ साधाारणण.—Whereas, the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai is

the Planning Authority for the area within its jurisdiction (hereinafter referred to as “the said

Corporation ”)as per the provision of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 (hereinafter

referred to as "the said Act").

And whereas, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 31 of the said Act,

the State Government vide Notification No. TPB-4317/629/CR- 118/2017/DP/UD-11, dated 8th May

2018 (hereinafter referred to as “the said Notification”) has accorded sanction to the Development

Plan-2034 of Greater Mumbai alongwith the Development Control and Promotion Regulations -2034

for Greater Mumbai (hereinafter referred to as “the said Regulations”) with modifications shown in

SCHEDULE-A appended to the said Notification excluding the substantial modifications as shown

in SCHEDULE-B appended to the said Notification. And whereas, Government has issued

corrigendum of even number dt. 22nd June, 2018 as per which the said Regulations have came into

force from 1st September 2018. And whereas, thereafter Government has issued a Corrigendum and

Addendum of even number dt. 29th June, 2018 to the said Notification, which is published in

Government Gazette dt. 30th June, 2018 ;

And whereas, the Government of Maharashtra vide Notification dated 21st September 2018 has

sanctioned EP-1 to EP-168 (Excluding certain EP and provisions which were kept in abeyance) in

the said Regulations ;

And whereas, the Government of Maharashtra vide Notification dated 12th November 2018 has

issued corrigendum in respect of some typographical errors and mistakes and also to clarify and co-

relate certain provisions of said Regulations for its proper interpretation ;

And whereas, Regulation 31(1)(xxi) of the said Regulation stipulate about “Entrance lobbies in

stilted portion, height not exceeding 7.2 m. or height equivalent to two floor or height of stilt whichever

is more”.

And whereas, BMC finds it necessary for modification in regulation 31(1)(xxi) of DCPR2034

under section 37(1) of MR&TP Act, 1966.

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 37 of the MR &

TP Act, 1966; and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation

(hereinafter referred as BMC) hereby publishes a Notice for inviting objections/ suggestions from

any persons/entity with respect to proposed modification, as required by Section 37(1) of the said

Act, for information of all persons likely to be affected thereby. BMC is further pleased to inform

that any objections/ suggestions in respect of the proposed modification mentioned in the Schedule

given below may be forwarded, in writing of before the expiry of one month from the date of publication

of this notification, to the office of

Any objections or suggestions, which may be received only within the said period will be dealt

with in accordance with the provisions of Section 37(1) of the said Act by the Chief Engineer

(Development Plan) BMC.

इंंडि�यन क्लिòिअरिं�ंग कॉर्पोरेशन लि£मि�टेेडचे पोट-नि�यम आणि� नि�यम

सेबीकडूून मि�ळाालेेल्याा मंंजुरीनुसार, इंंडि�यन क्लि�िअरिं�ंग कॉर्पोरेशन लि�मि�टेेड (आयसीीसीएल) चे खालील पोटनि�यम आणि� नि�यम

भाारताच्याा अधि�कृृत राजपत्रात प्रकाशिि§त करणेे आवश्यक आहे:

१) प्रकरणण । - पोटनि�यम १.३- क्लि�िअरिं�ंग बँक (का) - "क्लि�िअरिं�ंग बँक (बँका)" म्हणजेे क्लि�िअरिं�ंग कॉर्पोरेशनने नि�धीी समाायोजन

एजन्सी म्हणूून काम करण्याासाठी, क्लि�िअरिं�ंग सदस्य आणि� क्लि�िअरिं�ंग सदस्य आणि� क्लि�िअरिं�ंग कॉर्पोरेशन यांं�च्याातील सर्वव व्यवहाारां�सााठी

नफ्यााची रक्कम गोळा करण्याासाठी आणि� वेळोवेळी नि�र्देशिि§त केल्याानुसार नेमलेेल्याा अशा बँका(बँक) ;

२) प्रकरणण । - पोटनि�यम १.२०- कामकााजाचे दि�वस - (अ) नि�गोशिि§एबल इन्स्ट्रुमेंंट्स ॲक्ट, १८८१ अंतर्गगत सार्ववजनि�क सुट्टीी

वगळताा आणि� संंबंधि�त प्राधि�करणााने आगाऊ घोोषणाा केलेेली नसल्याास क्लि�िअरिं�ंग कॉर्पोरेशन सर्वव दि�वशीी उघडेे राहील.

अपवााद

(ब) पोटकलम

(अ) मध्ये काहीही नमूद केलेे असलेे तरी क्लि�िअरिं�ंग कॉर्पोरेशन संंबंधि�त प्राधि�कााऱ्यांं�नी नि�श्चि�ित केल्यााप्रमााणेे

दि�वााळीच्याा सुट्टीीत “मुहुर्तत दि�न” याा दि�वशीी सुरू राहील.

३) प्रकरणण । - पोटकलम

१.२३ - अर्थथ - (i) याा उपविि¦धींमध्ये वापरलेेलेे परंंतु परि�भााषि�त नसलेेलेे, परंंतु क्लि�िअरिं�ंग कॉर्पोरेशन,

बीएसई (कॉर्पोरेटायझेेशन आणि� डि�म्युच्युअलायझेेशन) योजना, २००५, एससीीआरए, सेबी कायदाा, कंपनीी कायदाा, २०१३, डि�पॉॉझि�टरी

कायदाा, १९९६ किं�ंवा त्यााअंतर्गगत बनवलेेल्याा नि�यम आणि� विि¦नि�यमांं�मध्ये परि�भााषि�त केलेेलेे इतर सर्वव शब्द आणि� अभि�व्यक्तींचा अर्थथ

अनुक्रमे अशा नि�यम आणि� विि¦नि�यम, कायदेे किं�ंवा त्यााअंतर्गगत बनवलेेल्याा नि�यम किं�ंवा विि¦नि�यम किं�ंवा योजनेत किं�ंवा त्यांं�च्याातील कोणणत्यााही

वैधाानि�क सुधाारणाा किं�ंवा पुुर्ननअधि�नि�यमाात, जसे असेल त्याानुसार, नि�युुक्त केलेेला असेल.;

(ii) एखाद्याा संंज्ञेेची व्यााख्याा वरीलपैैकीी एकापेक्षा जास्त शब्दांं�मध्ये केली असेल, तर त्यााचा अर्थथ, वर उल्लेेख केलेेल्याा

इतरां�पूूर्वी येणााराच अर्थथ प्रभाावी राहील, जोपर्यंत अन्यथाा आवश्यक नसेल.;

(iii) कोणणत्यााही उपविि¦धीची रचना किं�ंवा अर्थथ यांं�ना शीर्षषकाने बाधाा येणाार नाही;

(iv) संंदर्भाभाा�सााठी अन्यथाा आवश्यक नसेल तोपर्यंत पुुल्लिं�ं�गीी लिं�ंगाचा अर्थथ लावणााऱ्याा शब्दांं�मध्ये स्त्रीलिं�ंगी लिं�ंग आणि�

क्लि�िअरिं�ंग सदस्यांं�ना दोोष / उल्लंघन / पालन न केल्यााबद्दल क्लि�िअरिं�ंग कॉर्पोरेशनमधूून नि�लंंबन / हकाालपट्टीी यांं�चा समाावेश आहे ;

२) प्रकरणण IV - नि�यम ४४(ब)- मृत्यूमुळे सदस्यत्व रद्द होण्यााचे परि�णााम - क्लि�िअरिं�ंग सदस्यााचा मृत्यू होतो, तेव्हाा संंबंधि�त

Bye-laws and Rules of Indian Clearing Corporation Limited

Pursuant to the approval received from SEBI, the below given Bye-Laws and Rules of Indian

Clearing Corporation Limited (ICCL) are required to be published in the Official Gazette of

Maharashtra:

Bye-laws of Indian Clearing Corporation Limited

1) Chapter I - Bye-law 1.3 - Clearing Bank(s) – “Clearing Bank(s)" shall mean such bank(s) as

the Clearing Corporation may appoint to act as funds settling agency, to collect margin money for

all Deals and any other funds movement inter se between Clearing Members and Clearing Members

and the Clearing Corporation as may be directed by the Clearing Corporation from time to time ;

2) Chapter I - Bye-law 1.20 - Business Days - (a) The Clearing Corporation shall be open on all

days except on public holidays under the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 and whenever declared

in advance by the Relevant Authority.

Exception

(b) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub clause (a) the Clearing Corporation shall be open

for business during the Diwali holidays on such "Moorat Day" as the Relevant Authority may fix.

3) Chapter I - Bye-law 1.23 - Interpretation - (i) All other words and expressions used but not

defined in these Bye-laws, but defined in the Rules and Regulations of the Clearing Corporation,

BSE (Corporatisation & Demutualisation) Scheme, 2005, SCRA, SEBI Act, Companies Act, 2013,

Depositories Act, 1996 or in the Rules and Regulations made thereunder shall have the same meaning

respectively assigned to them in such Rules and Regulations, Acts or the Rules or the Regulations

made thereunder or the Scheme or any statutory modification or re- enactment thereto, as the case

may be ;

(ii) In case a term is defined in more than one of the above, then its meaning as defined in that,

which precedes the others mentioned hereinabove, shall prevail, unless necessitated otherwise ;

(iii) Headings shall not affect the construction or interpretation of any Bye-law ;

(iv) Words importing masculine gender shall include feminine gender and vice versa and neutral

gender in the case of companies, corporations, firms, etc, unless the context otherwise requires.

4) Chapter II - Bye-law 2.2 - Clearing Segments - Without prejudice to generality of the Bye-law

2.1, the Clearing Corporation has created separate Clearing Segments for Equity, Debt, Currency

Derivatives, Commodity Derivatives and Equity Derivative Segment of the Specified Exchange.

5) Chapter IV - Bye-law 4.2 (f) - Regulations - Prescription from time to time and administration

of penalties, fines and other consequences including suspension/expulsion of Clearing Members from

the Clearing Corporation for defaults/violations/non-compliances ;

6) Chapter XII - Bye-law 12.5, 2- Composition of Fund - Any penalties levied by CC (as per SECC

Regulations) shall be credited to Core SGF corpus.

Rules of Indian Clearing Corporation Limited

1) Chapter III - Rule 22 (m) -- Nomination - When the Relevant Authority has exercised the

right of nomination in respect of a membership which was vested in the Clearing Corporation upon

a member having been declared a defaulter on or subsequent to the date to be specified by the Relevant

Authority as referred to in clause (b) of this Sub-rule, the consideration received therefore shall be

paid by Relevant Authority to the concerned Committee to be applied for the purposes and in the

order of priority specified in the Bye-Laws and the Regulations of the Clearing Corporation.

2) Chapter IV - Rule 44(b) - Consequences of Cessation of Membership Right by reason of Death

- When a Clearing Member dies, all subscriptions, debts, fines, fees, charges and other monies as

shall have been determined by the Relevant Authority to be due by him to the Clearing Corporation,

all amounts as shall have been determined by the concerned Committee to be due or payable by him

to the Settlement Guarantee Fund and all debts, liabilities, obligations and claims arising out of any

contracts made by him subject to the Rules, Bye-laws and Regulations of the Clearing Corporation

as shall have been admitted by the Relevant Authority shall be paid and satisfied in full before his

legal representatives or heirs are allowed to exercise the right of nomination.

Zone prepare, a Zonal Master Plan, within a period of two years from the date of publication of this

NOTIFICATION

Draft Zonal Master Plan of Eco-Sensitive Zone for the Sanjay Gandhi National Park.

Whereas, Zonal Master Plan for Eco-sensitive Zone (ESZ) of the Sanjay Gandhi National Park

(SGNP) shall be prepared as per the Notification issued by the Ministry of Environment, Forest and

Climate Change u/no. S.O. 3645(E) of 5th Dec. 2016 wherein it is stipulated as “The State Government

shall, for the purpose of the Eco-sensitive Zone prepare, a Zonal Master Plan, within a period of two

years from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in consultation with local

people and adhering to the stipulations given in this notification.”

And whereas, in the 16th State wildlife Board (SWLB) meeting held on 5th December 2020,

President & Hon’ble CM has directed to prepare Zonal Master Plan (ZMP) for Eco-sensitive Zone

(ESZ) of Sanjay Gandhi National Park (SGNP). Accordingly, the Principal Secretary (Forest), GoM

vide D.O. letter u/no. WLP 0516/CR No.139/F-1 dtd.10.03.2021 informed BMC that the Municipal

Commissioner (BMC) is the Chairperson of the Monitoring Committee and shall take necessary steps

to prepare and submit Zonal Master Plan (ZMP) of Eco-Sensitive Zone for Sanjay Gandhi National

Park (SGNP) as soon as possible.

And whereas, Secretary, SGNP ESZ Committee vide letter dtd. 06.08.2025 and as decided in

the meeting of ESZ monitoring committee dtd.23.06.2025 in accordance with notification u/no. S.O.

3645(E) of 5th Dec. 2016 by the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, the Draft

Zonal Master Plan of Eco-Sensitive Zone for the Sanjay Gandhi National Park needs to be published

in the official Gazette Notification inviting objections and suggestions from all persons likely to be

affected thereby within a period of thirty days from the date of publication the said notification.

And therefore, the suggestion and /or objections are now invited from all persons likely to be

affected thereby and the same may be communicated in writing to the following respective offices

within a period of 30 days from date of publication of this notification.

The Draft Zonal Master Plan of Eco-Sensitive Zone for the Sanjay Gandhi National Park is made

available for inspection during office hours except Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays in the offices

mentioned as under :—
