कल्याण) अधिि˜नि�यम, १९६९ (महााराष्ट्र १९६९ चा क्र.३०) च्या (३), (५) आणि� (६) तसेेच महााराष्ट्र मााथााडी, हमााल व इतर

श्रमजीीवी कामगाार (नोकरीचे नि�यमन व कल्याण) नि�यम १९७० मधीील नि�यम ३ च्या उप नि�यम (१) अन्वये प्रदाान करण्यात आलेल्या

अधिि˜कारांं�चा वापर करून शाासन याद्वाारे:—

(अ) अहमदन

गर मााथााडी व असंरक्षििȦत कामगाार मंडळााचे राज्य शाासनााचे, माालकां�चेे आणि� कामगाारांं�चे प्रति�नि�धीीत्व करणााऱ्या

खाालील सदस्यां�चीी नि�युुक्ती ही अधिि˜सूचनाा महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्या राजपत्रात प्रसि�द्ध झाालेल्या दि�नांं�कापासून तीन वर्षााɑकरि�ताा करत आहे :-

of the Governor.

NOTIFICATION

Maharashtra Mathadi, Hamal and other Manual Workers (Regulation of Employment and Welfare

), Act, 1969.

No. UWA 2024/C.R.201 /LAB-5.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (3), (5)

and (6) of section 6 of the Maharashtra Mathadi, Hamal and Other Manual Workers (Regulation

of Employment and Welfare) Act, 1969 (Mah. XXX of 1969) read with sub rule (1) of rule 3 of the

Maharashtra Mathadi, Hamal and Other Manual Workers (Regulation of Employment and Welfare)

Rules, 1970 and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Government of Maharashtra

hereby,—

(a) nominates the following persons to be the members Ahmadnagar District Mathadi, Hamal

and Other Manual Workers Board representing the State Government, employers and unprotected

workers, for a period of three years from the date of publication of this notification in the Maharashtra

Government Gazette, namely:-

(i) Members Representing the State Government-

1. Mr. R. M. Bhisale, Assistant Commissioner of Labour

(ii) Members Representing Employers -

1. Mr. Gopal Gangabisan Maniyar

2. Mr. Ramakant Madhavrao Gade

(iii) Members Representing Unprotected Workers -

1. Mr. Ravindra Ramchandra Bhosale

2. Mr. Maninath Machindra Dolas

(b) nominates Mr. R. M. Bhisale, Assistant Commissioner of Labour to be the Chairman of the

said Board; and

(c) publishes the names of the Members of the said Board including the Chairman as follows,
