उक्त प्राधिि˜करणावर व्यावसायि�क शिि§क्षण क्षेत्राातील ख्यातनााम तज्ञ म्हणूून, डॉ. विि¦नोद ब्रििŎजलाल वनवाारी, नि�वृृत्त विि¦भाागप्रमुख, स्थाापत्य

अभि�यांं�त्रि�कीी विि¦भााग, एसबीएम तंत्रनि�के

ेतन, मुं�बई यां�चीी नाामनि�र्देेशनााच्या दि�नांं�काापासून पाच वर्षांंɕच्या काालावधीसाठीी किं�ंवा त्यां�नीी वयाची

पासष्ट वर्षेे पूर्णण करेेपर्यंंत, यापैकी जे अगोदर घडेल तोपर्यंंतच्या काालावधीसाठीी, नि�युुक्ती करणे इष्ट वाटतेे;

त्याअर्थीी, आताा, उक्त अधिि˜नि�यमाच्या कलम ७ च्या पोट-कलम (१), (२), (३) व (४) तसेेच, कलम ८ यांं�द्वाारे प्रदाान केलेल्या

अधिि˜काारांं�चाा वापर करून, महााराष्ट्र शासन, याद्वाारे, उक्त प्राधिि˜करणावरील रि�क्त पदाावर पुुढील सदस्याची नाामनि�र्देेशनााच्या दि�नांं�काापासून

पाच वर्षांंɕच्या काालावधीसाठीी किं�ंवा त्यां�नीी वयाची पासष्ट वर्षेे पूर्णण करेेपर्यंंत, यापैकी जे अगोदर घडेल तोपर्यंंतच्या काालावधीसाठीी नि�युुक्ती

करीीत असून, त्या प्रयोजनाार्थथ उक्त अधिि˜सूचनेेमध्ये पुुढीलप्रमाणे सुधारणा करीीत आहे :—

उक्त अधिि˜सूचनेेमध्ये, परि�च्छेेद २ मधीील नोंंद क्रमांं�क (३) ऐवजी, पुुढील नोंंद दााखल करण्यात येईल :

“(३) डॉ. विि¦नोद ब्रििŎजलाल वनवाारी, सदस्य”.

NOTIFICATION

Maharashtra Unaided Private Professional Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admissions

and Fees) Act, 2015.

No.ARA-2025/C.R.259/TE-4.—Whereas, the Government of Maharashtra has, vide Government

Notification, Higher and Technical Education Department, No. MISC-2015/(72/15)/(Part-2)/TE-4,

dated the 22nd August 2019 (hereinafter referred to as “the said notification”), issued in exercise

of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1), (2), (3) and (4) of section 7 read with section 8 of the

Maharashtra Unaided Private Professional Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admissions and

Fees) Act, 2015 (Mah. XXVIII of 2015) (hereinafter referred to as “the said Act”), constituted the

Admissions Regulating Authority (hereinafter referred to as “the said Authority”) to exercise the

powers conferred on and discharge the functions assigned to it under the said Act;

And whereas, term of office of the nominated member, Dr. N. S. Umarani, expert of repute from

the field of Professional Education on the said Authority has been expired;

And whereas, the Government of Maharashtra considers it expedient to appoint Dr. Vinod Brijlal

Vanvari, retired Head of Civil Engineering Department, SBM Polytechnic, Mumbai, as the member,

expert of repute from the field of Professional Education on the said Authority, as per the provisions

of clause (c) of sub-section (3) of section 7 of the said Act, for the term of five years from the date of

the nomination or till he attains sixty-five years of age, whichever is earlier;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1), (2), (3) and (4) of section

7 read with section 8 of the said Act, the Government of Maharashtra, hereby appoints the following

member on the said vacant post on the said Authority for the term of five years from the date of the

nomination or till he attains sixty-five years of age, whichever is earlier and for that purpose amends

the said notification as follows, Namely :—

In the said notification, in paragraph 2, for entry (3), the following entry shall be substituted,

namely :

“(3) Dr. Vinod Brijlal Vanvari, Member”.
