No. TPS-1724/1260/CR-56/2025/DP- Sanction/UD-13.––Whereas, Gadhinglaj Nagarparishad
(Extended Limit) (District Kolhapur) (hereinafter referred to as “the said Planning Authority”) being the
Planning Authority within its jurisdiction under Clause (19) of Section 2 of the Maharashtra Regional and
Town Planning Act, 1966 (Maharashtra Act No. XXXVII of 1966) (hereinafter referred to “the said Act”)
vide its Resolution No. 59, dated the 14th June 2019 declared its intention under Section 23, read with
Section 21 of the said Act to prepare Draft Development Plan for the area within the limits of the Gadhinglaj
Municipal Council (Extended Limit) and notice declaration was published in the (hereinafter referred to
as the “Official Gazette”) Maharashtra Government Gazette, Part One-Pune Divisional Supplement, June
24-30, 2021 on Pages 17 - 19 ;
and whereas, the said Planning Authority after carrying out Survey of the entire land of the said Area
within its jurisdiction as required under Section 25 of the said Act and vide its Resolution No. 211, dated
7th December 2022 decided to publish a notice in the Maharashtra Government Gazette, Part One-Pune
Divisional Supplement, February 9-15, 2023 for inviting objections or suggestions in respect of the said
Draft Development Plan prepared by it under sub-section (1) of Section 26 of the said Act ;

and whereas, after considering the suggestions and objections received in respect of the said Draft
Development Plan, the Planning Committee, set up under Section 28 (2) of the said Act submitted it’s
report to the said Planning Authority ;
and whereas, the said Planning Authority vide its Resolution No. 166, dated 25th July 2023, made
certain modifications in the said Draft Development Plan under sub-section (4) of Section 28 of the said
Act and published the said Draft Development Plan so modified (hereinafter referred to as the “said
Modifications Proposal”) for information of the public under sub-section (4) of Section 28 of the said Act
by a notice published in the Maharashtra Government Gazette, Part One-Pune Divisional Supplement,
August 3-9, 2023 ;
and whereas, in accordance with the provisions of sub-section (1) of Section 30 of the said Act, the
said Planning Authority has submitted the said Draft Development Plan vide its Marathi Letter No. 800,
dated 8th August 2023 to the Government of Maharashtra for its sanction ;
and whereas, in accordance with sub-section (1) of Section 31 of the said Act, after making necessary
enquiries and after consulting the Director of Town Planning, Maharashtra State, the State Government
is of the view that it should be sanctioned part of the said Draft Development Plan of Gadhinglaj Municipal
Council (Extended Limit) with the modifications shown in SCHEDULE-A (as SM-1 to SM-3), excluding
the substantial modifications (as EP-1 to EP-13) as specified in SCHEDULE-B appended hereto ;
Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 31 of the Said Act
and of all other powers enabling it on that behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby :–
a. Sanctions the said Draft Development Plan of Gadhinglaj Municipal Council (Extended Limit)
alongwith modifications as specified in Schedule of Modifications, namely SCHEDULE-A (SM-1 to
SM-3) appended hereto (excluding the proposals under substantial modifications as specified in
SCHEDULE-B (EP-01 to EP-13) vide Notice No. TPS-1724/1260/CR.56/2025/EP Publish/UD-13,
dated 17th September 2025 appended hereto.
b. Extends the Period prescribed under amended provison to sub-section (1) (two) of Section 31 of
the principal Act under Section 3 of the Maharashtra Regional Planning and Town Planning
(Amendment) Ordinance, 2024 for sanctioning the said Development Plan up to and inclusive of
dated 17th September 2025.
c. The Development Plan for the Gadhinglaj Municipal Council (Extended Limit) for part area has been
approved through this Notification and the said Notification shall come into effect after 30 days from
the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Note :–
1. The Unified Development Control and Promotion Regulation sanctioned vide Notification No. TPS-
1818/CR-236/18/Section 37(1AA) (c) and Section 20(4)/UD-13, dated 2nd December 2020, as
amended from time to time, shall be applicable to the said Area.
2. The reservations /allocations /designations which do not appear in the SCHEDULE-A and
SCHEDULE-B appended hereto, are hereby sanctioned for the respective purpose as designated
in the said Development Plan of the Gadhinglaj Municipal Council (Extended Limit).
3. Areas of reserved sites mentioned in the report of the Development Plan of the Gadhinglaj Municipal
Council (Extended Limit) are approximate and subject to actual measurement on site as per
boundaries shown on the Final Development Plan.
4. In the said Development Plan for the Gadhinglaj Municipal Council (Extended Limit) Corner Rounding
should be considered as per the provision of Regulation No. 3.3.12 of the Unified Development
Control and Promotion Regulations (UDCPR).
5. The aforesaid Final Development Plan of Gadhinglaj Municipal Council (Extended Limit) sanctioned
by the State Government vide this Notification shall be kept open for inspection by the general public
during office hours on all working days for a period of one month from the date of coming into force
of this Notification, in the office of the Gadhinglaj Municipal Council, Gadhinglaj, District Kolhapur.

NOTICE
No. TPS-1724/1260/CR.56/2025/EP.Publish/UD-13.–-Whereas, the Gadhinglaj Nagarparishad
(Extended Limit) (District Kolhapur) (hereinafter referred to as “the said Planning Authority”), being the
Planning Authority within its jurisdiction under clause (19) of section 2 of the Maharashtra Regional and
Town Planning Act, 1966 (Maharashtra Act No. XXXVII of 1966) (hereinafter referred to “the said Act”)
vide it’s Resolution No. 59, dated the 14th June 2019 declared its intention under Section 23, read with
Section 21 of the said Act to prepare Draft Development Plan for the area within the limits of the Gadhinglaj
Municipal Council (Extended Limit) and notice of such declaration was published at Maharashtra
Government Gazette, Part One--Pune Divisional Supplement, June 24-30, 2021, Pages 17-19 in the
(hereinafter referred to as the “Official Gazette”) ;
and whereas, the said Planning Authority after carrying out Survey of the entire land within it’s
jurisdiction as required under Section 25 of the said Act and vide its Resolution No. 211, dated
7th December 2022 decided to publish a notice in the Official Gazette, February 9-15, 2023 for inviting
objections or suggestions in respect of the said Draft Development Plan prepared by it under sub-section
(1) of Section 26 of the said Act ;
and whereas, after considering the suggestions and objections received in respect of the said Draft
Development Plan, the Planning Committee, set up under Section 28 (2) of the said Act, submitted its
report to the said Planning Authority ;
and whereas, the said Planning Authority vide it’s Resolution No. 166, dated the 25th July 2023,
made certain modifications in the said Draft Development Plan under sub-section (4) of Section 28 of
the said Act and published the said Draft Development Plan so modified (hereinafter referred to as the
“said Modification Proposal”) for information of the public under sub-section (4) of Section 28 of the said
Act by a notice published in the Maharashtra Government Gazette, Part One-Pune Divisional Supplement,
August 3-9, 2023 ;
and whereas, in accordance with the provisions of sub-section (1) of Section 30 of the said Act, the
said Planning Authority has submitted the said Draft Development Plan of the Gadhinglaj Municipal Council
(Extended Limit) vide it’s Marathi Letter No. 800, dated 8th August 2023 to the Government of Maharashtra
for its sanction ;
and whereas, in accordance with sub-section (1) of Section 31 of the said Act, after making
necessary enquiries and after consulting the Director of Town Planning, Maharashtra State, the State
Government has sanctioned a part of the said Draft Development Plan of the Gadhinglaj Municipal Council
(Extended Limit) with modifications as specified in SCHEDULE-A (SM-1 to SM-3) and (excluding proposals
involving substantial modifications as specified in SCHEDULE-B (EP-1, EP-13) appended to the Notification
No.TPS-1724/1260/CR.56/2025/DP-sanction/UD-13, dated 17th September 2025) appended herewith;
and whereas, the substantial modifications proposed by the Government are excluded from the
aforesaid sanctioned Development Plan of the Gadhinglaj Municipal Council (Extended Limit) and are
shown on the plan verged in Pink Colour and marked as excluded part i.e. as (EP-1, EP-13) ;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 31 (1) of the said Act and all
other powers enabling it on that behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby :–
1. A) Gives Notice inviting suggestions and objections from any person in respect of the proposed
substantial modifications in the excluded part of the Development plan of the Gadhinglaj Municipal
Council (Extended Limit) as specified in the SCHEDULE-B (EP-1 to EP-13) appended hereto,
within a period of one month from the date of publication of this notice in the Official Gazette.

2. B) Appoints the Joint Director of Town Planning, Pune Division, Pune as the “Officer” under Section
31 (2) of the said Act, to hear all the persons filing suggestions and objections in respect of as
stated in (a) above, within the stipulated period and to submit his report thereupon to the
Government for further necessary action.
Only the suggestions or objections regarding substantial modifications mentioned in SCHEDULE-B,
(EP-1 to EP-13) that may be received by the Joint Director of Town Planning, Pune Division, Pune,
having his office at 212, A-Wing, New Administrative Building, Opposite Council Hall, Pune within the
stipulated period of one month from the date of publication of this Notice in the Official Gazette, shall be
considered.
Copy of this Notice along with SCHEDULE-B (EP-1 to EP-13) and the plan showing the proposed
substantial modifications shall be made available for inspection to the general public at the following offices
during office hours on all working days.

NOTICE
No. TPS/WS/07/410/2025.–– Whereas, the Development Plan of the village Bhosari within the limits
of Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation has been sanctioned by the Government of Maharashtra,
Urban Development Department vide Notification No. TPS-1893/1276/CR-174/93/UD-13, dated 18th
September 1995 and the Development Plan of the village Bhosari within the limits of Pimpri-Chinchwad
New Town Development Authority has been sanctioned by the Government of Maharashtra, Urban
Development Department vide Notification No. TPS-1893/1412/UD-13, dated 28th November 1995. Also,
some area within the limits of Pimpri-Chinchwad New Town Development Authority has come under the
planning control of Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation vide Government of Maharashtra, Urban
Development Department Notification No. PCN-1697/934/CR-89/UD-22, dated 15th November 1997. Also
the Development Plan of Village Moshi and Village Borhadewadi has been sanctioned by the Government
of Maharashtra, Urban Development Department vide Notification No. TPS-1805/1050/CR-795/05/
UD-13, dated 30th May 2008, Notification No. TPS-1808/1894/CR-1727/09/UD-13, dated 18th August 2009
and Notification No. TPS 1812/160/C.R.58/12/Reconstruction No. 27/12/E.P. Sanction/UD-13, dated
2nd March 2015 (hereinafter referred to as “the said Development Plans”) ;
and whereas, in the said Development Plan the Pune-Nashik Highway is proposed 61.00 mtrs., 45.00
mtrs. and 60.00 mtrs. wide in the areas of Village Bhosari, Moshi and Borhadewadi (hereinafter referred
to as “the said Road”) ;
and whereas, as per the project report and road design, prepared by the National Highway Authority
of India (NHAI), Ministry of Road Transport and Highway, Government of India for the development of
61.00 mtrs., 45.00 mtrs., and 60.00 mtrs. width of the Pune-Nashik National Highway NH Old No. 50
(New No. 60) from Village Bhosari, Moshi and Borhadewadi within the limits of Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal
Corporation as per the said Development Plans and published draft revised Development Plan, it is
necessary to widen the said road for proposed Curves, Ramps, Bridges, Metro Lines, Grade Separators,
Service Roads, Utility Services in some parts as well as intersections and for safe traffic and for this
purpose, it is necessary to carry out modification, as shown on plan (hereinafter referred to as the “said
Modification Proposal”) under Section 37 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 ;
and whereas, for the said Modification proposal in the said Development Plans, the Administrator
vide Hon’ble Municipal Council Resolution No. 945, dated 22nd July 2025 (hereinafter referred to as “the
said Resolution”) has granted the powers to the Commissioner to carry out process of issue public notice,
invite objections, suggestions and hold hearing on them and submit the proposal to the Government for
sanction for the said Modification proposal.
Now therefore, it is proposed to carry out the said Modification Proposal as per the said Resolution.
Suggestions or objections by the public regarding the said Modification Proposal, if any, shall be
sent in writing to the office of the Commissioner, Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation, Pimpri,
Pune-411 018 within one month from the date of publication of this notice in the Gazette of the Government
of Maharashtra. The objections / suggestions received by the Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation
regarding the said Modification Proposal within the prescribed period will be considered before submitting
the said Modification Proposal to the Government for sanction.
The said Modification Proposal along with plans is available for the inspection of the public in

NOTICE
ÛÎú´ÖÖÓÛú ÃÖÃÖÓ®Ö¸ü/®Ö¸ü/4999/2025.–- Whereas, Solapur Municipal Corporation being Planning Authority has
published the Draft Development Plan of Solapur Municipal Corporation under Section 26 (1) of the
Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966, vide notice dated 27th December 2024 for inviting
suggestions / objections from public. The said Notice is published in Maharashtra Government Gazette
of Part One-Pune Divisional Supplement, January 2 - 8, 2025 ;
and whereas, after considering the suggestions / objections to the said Plan received within stipulated
period, the Planning Committee constituted under Section 28 (2) of the said Act, has submitted its report
to the said Planning Authority on 16th July 2025 ;
and whereas, the said Planning Authority after considering the report submitted by Planning
Committee, passed Administrative Resolution No. 234, dated 15th September 2025 to make modifications /
changes in the said Draft Published Plan and to submit the said Plan along with the said Modification for
sanction to the Government under Section 30 of the said Act ;
and whereas, it is necessary in the interest of public to publish the modifications / changes in respect
of Existing Nalas / Village Plan Nalas (hereinafter referred as “the said Modification”) in the said Draft
Published Plan which is passed in the Administrative Resolution No. 247, dated 24th September 2025.
Now, therefore, the said Modifications made under Section 28 (4) of the Act, by the said Planning
Authority is hereby published as shown on the Draft Plan along with showing the said Modifications in
blue colour in the said Draft Development Plan for information and is kept open for the inspection of the
public in the office of Commissioner, Solapur Municipal Corporation, Solapur on working days, during
office hours and is also available on official website.
