करून रााज्य शाासन अथवा त्यांंsनी प्राधिि˜कृत केलेले अधिि˜कारी, हे रााज्य नि�वडणूूक आयोग, महाारााष्ट्र् किं�ंवा त्यांंsनी प्राधिि˜कृत केलेले अधिि˜कारी

यांंsच्या माान्यतेने, खालीलप्रमााणे अधिि˜सूचि�त करीत आहेत.

NOTIFICATION

Maharashtra Municipal Corporation Act, 1949

No. MCO-2025/CR-242/UD-14, Date 10/06/2025 In exercise of the powers

conferred by section 5(3) of The Maharashtra Municipal Corporation Act, (Bom.LIX of 1949)

(hereinafter referred to as the "said Act") after carefully taking into consideration the

objection & suggestion received, in response to the Draft Notification No. 126,

dated 03/09/2025 fixing for the Bhiwandi Nizampur City Municipal Corporation. The number

and the extent of the wards into which the said municipal area shall be divided is shown in

the Schedule to said Draft Notification. The State Government or its authorised officer, with

the Approval of the State Election Commission, Maharashtra or its authorised officer,

hereby makes the following Notification.

Whereas the State Government or its authorised officer with the Approval of the

State Election Commission, Maharashtra or its authorised officer, as specified for Bhiwandi

Nizampur City Municipal Corporation, under Section 5 of the Maharashtra Municipal

Corporation Act, the Number of Councillors to be elected and number of wards is as

follows :-

1. Total number of councillors

2. Four councillors wards

3. Three councillors wards

4. Total Wards

2. Now, therefore, in exercise of powers under section 5(3) of the Maharashtra Municipal

Corporation Act, The State Government or its authorised Officer with the Approval of the

State Election Commission, Maharashtra or its authorised officer hereby fix the number and

extent of the wards into which the said Municipal Corporation area shall be divided as

shown in the schedule to this Notification.

3. This Notification shall take effect for the purpose of the next general election held

immediately following the date of this Notification.

road to Amin Manzil, then proceed past Iran Nawaz Classes and

Zohra Apartment. Continue along the cemetery wall, past the

children's cemetery wall, and turn right at Sahil Hotel Road. This

path leads from Momin Masjid to Dr. Nadeem Momin's clinic,

then crosses the road at Divanshah Dargah Road, passes Dr.

Abdul Ansari's clinic and Adv. Siddiqui's bungalow, crosses the

road again to Divanshah Dargah, and finally crosses the road in

front of Rizwan Hotel. then From the alley in front of Ashiyana

Slab, Khotala Masjid, and Star Pump Service. Final Stretch It then

turns left past Metro Tailors, Chindishah Dargah, and Perfect

Had Vaidya, turning right towards Jai Ambe Mandir, M.M.R.D.A.

Toilet, and crosses the road near House No. 228, Prakash

Engineering Works, Gupta Sizing, and Eon Construction, reaching

the Kalyan Road main road.

East :- From Kanhaiya Apartment, House No. 372, located on

Agra Road, leading to Sundanbeni. Along Petrol Pump Road From

Tiptop Farsan to Kapali Cremation Ground, and further to New

Liberty Hotel.

South :- Starting from New Liberty Hotel, turning right towards

Gupta Konwala. Then Passing through the lane of Risible Tailors,

alongside the Buddhist Cremation Ground wall, near Kaneri

Police Chowki, turning left at Krishna Niwas towards a public

toilet. Further along the route Turning right in the lane past the

public toilet, passing P.T. High School and Buddhist Vihar upto

Muskan Hair Salon on Juna Thana Road.

West :- From Juna Thana Road Muskaan Hair Saloon" and

proceeds to "Raees High School". Crossing the road from

"Master Sizing and turning left, near "Nishad Library" continues

through a lane from "Wali Building" to "Gauripada Main Road

then goes from "Relief Medical" to "A One Achar", "Bakar

Momin Chowk", tot "Ashfaq Jawde's house". Further ahead

crosses the road "Rehman Kirana Stores" and "Dental Clinic then

South :- starts from Nagori Hotel on Kalyan Road, passing Traffic

Sweet.continues past Shantinagar Police Chowki and City Traffic

Police Chowki.From there, it proceeds along the right side of
