क्रमांं�क प्रााफेेब-२०२५/प्र.क्र.१७/पुुनर्ररचनाा.– महााराष्ट्र जमीन महसूूल संहि�ताा, १९६६ च्या कलम ४ पोट-कलम (१) च्या खंंड

(सहाा) द्वाारे प्रदाान करण्यात आलेल्या अधिि˜काारांं�चाा वाापर करुन, महााराष्ट्र शाासनााने जी अधिि˜सूूचनाा कााढण्याचे प्रस्ताावि�त केले आहे, त्या

अधिि˜सूूचनेेचाा पुुढील मसुुदाा उक्त कलम ४ च्या पोट कलम (४) द्वाारे आवश्यक असल्याप्रमााणेे, त्याद्वाारे परि�णााम होण्याचाा संभव असलेेल्या

सर्वव व्यक्तींच्या माहि�तीीकरि�ताा याद्वाारे प्रसि�द्ध करण्यात येत आहे; आणि� याद्वाारे अशी सूूचनाा देण्यात येत आहे की, दि�नांं�क १७ नोव्हेंबर,

२०२५ रोजी किं�ंवाा त्यानंंतर महााराष्ट्र शाासन उक्त मसुुदाा वि�चाारात घेेईल.

२.  उक्त मसुुद्यााच्या संबंधात कोणत्याही व्यक्तीकडूून ज्या कोणत्याही हरकतीी किं�ंवाा सूूचनाा वि�भाागीय आयुक्त, नाागपूर, वि�भाागीय

आयुक्त काार्या�लय, जुने सचि�वाालय, सि�व्हील लाईन्स, नाागपूर ४४० ००१ यांं�च्याकडेे उपरोोक्त ताारखेस किं�ंवाा त्यापूर्वी येतील त्या शाासनााकडूून

वि�चाारात घेेण्यात येतील.

मौ. नंंदाापूरी या गावााचे जेथवर संबंधिि˜त असतीील तेथवर त्यामध्ये फेेरबदल करून महााराष्ट्र शाासन पुुर्वीच्या अधिि˜सूूचनाा किं�ंवाा आदेशाात

अंशतःः बदल करून उक्त अधिि˜नि�यमाच्या कलम-४ च्या पोट कलम (४) नुसार आवश्यक पूर्वव प्रसि�द्धीीनंंतर नाागपूर जि�ल्ह्याातील मौदाा व

रामटेेक ताालुक्यांं�च्या चतुःः�सीमांं�मध्ये फेेरबदल करून दि�नांं�क १७ नोव्हेंबर,२०२५ पासूून खालील अनुसूूचीतील गाव नाागपूर जि�ल्ह्याातील

मौदाा ताालुक्यातून वगळण्यात येईल आणि� नाागपूर जि�ल्ह्यााच्या रामटेेक ताालुक्यात समाावि�ष्ट करण्यात येईल, असे वि�नि�र्दि�िष्ट करीीत आहे.

NOTIFICATION

Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966.

No.PRAFEB-2025/C.R.17/restructre.– The following draft of the notification, which the Government of

Maharashtra proposes to issue in exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (iv) and (vi) of sub-section (1) of section

4 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code,1966 (Mah. XLI of 1966), is hereby published as required by sub-section

(4) of the said section 4, for the information of all the persons likely to be affected thereby; and notice is hereby

given that the said draft will be taken into consideration by the Government on or after the 17th November, 2025

2.  Any objections or suggestions, which may be received by the Divisional Commissionar,

Nagpur Division, Old Sachivalay, Civil Lines, Nagpur 440 001, from any person with respect to the

said draft notification before the aforesaid date will be considered by Government.

DRAFT NOTIFICATION

No. PRAFEB-2025/C.R.17/ restructre.–In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (iv)

and (vi) of sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 (Mah. XLI

of 1966), and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, and in partial modification of any

previous Notifications or Orders issued in this behalf, in so far as the same relate to the village

specified in the Schedule appended hereto, the Government of Maharashtra, after previous

publication, as required by sub-section (4) of the said section 4, hereby alters, with effect from

17th November, 2025 the limits of Mouda Taluka and Ramtek Taluka of the Nagpur District, by

excluding the village mentioned in the Schedule from Mauda Taluka of the Nagpur District and

including it in Ramtek Taluka of the Nagpur District.
