आणि� ज्याअर्थीी, महााराष्ट्र शासनााची उपरोोक्त अहवाालावर वि�चाार करून खाात्री पटली की, सदरचेे प्रकरणण कामगाार न्यायालयाकडे

अभि�नि�र्णणयार्थथ पाठवि�ण्यास योग्य आहेे.

अन्वयेे प्राप्त अधिि˜काराचा वापर करून उक्त वि�वाद महााराष्ट्र शासन कामगाार न्यायालय, मुं�बई यांं�च्याकडे अभि�नि�र्णणयार्थथ सूपूर्दद करीत आहेे.

In pursuance of clause (3) of article 348 of the Constitution of India, the following translation

in English of the Government Notification, Industries, Energy, Labour and Mining Department,

No. Misc. 1025 /C.R.135 /Labour-6, dated 24th November 2025, Extra Ordinary is hereby published

under the authority of the Governor.

NOTIFICATION

Working Journalists and other Newspaper Employees (Conditions of Service) and Miscellaneous

Provisions Act, 1955.

No. Misc. 1025/C.R.135/Lab-6.— In case of the dispute between, M/S Vast Media Network Pvt.

Limited and the complainant Shri S. K. Sharma the Government has deliberated on the demand

of Shri S. K. Sharma for getting salary, allowances and other differential amount and interest

thereon as recommended by Majethia Pay Board. After the hearing held from time to time, the

Labour Commissioner in his letter No. Kaa/Gr.V./Shramik Patrakar/2025/Karya-11/09735, dated

24th September 2025 reported that the said dispute has not been resolved ;

And Whereas, the Government of Maharashtra, after considering the above report, is satisfied

that the said matter is fit to be referred to the Labour Court for adjudication.

Therefore, in exercise of the power vested under Section 17(2) of the Working Journalists and

other Newspaper Employees (Conditions of Service) and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1955 the

Government of Maharashtra refers the said dispute to the Labour Court, Bombay for adjudication.
