(बी.ओ.टी.)” या तत्त्वाावर सायन पनवेेल वि�शेेष राज्यमागग कि�लोोमीटर १४०/१९० (बीएआरसी जंक्शन) ते कि�लोोमीटर ११५/१८०

प्रवाास करीीत असलेली वााहनेे.

(३) महााराष्ट्र वि�धाानसभाा व महााराष्ट्र वि�धाानपरि�षदेेचे माजी सदस्य व लोकसभाा व राज्यसभेचे माजी सदस्य.

(४) केंद्र व राज्य शाासनााची वााहनेे.

(५) लष्करााच्या मालकीची वााहनेे.

(६) पोोलीस वि�भाागाची वााहनेे.

(७) टपााल आणिि” ताार खाात्याची वााहनेे.

(८) रुग्ण वााहीकाा.

(९) शव वााहीकाा.

(१०) अग्नि��शमन

दलााची वााहनेे.

(११) महााराष्ट्र राज्य रस्ते वााहतूूक महाामंंडळाच्या (एसटी) प्रवाासी बसेस.

(३) सर्वव पथक

र नााक्यांं�वर सर्वांं�ना दि�सेेल अशाा पध्दतीीने इलेक्ट्रॉनि�क माहि�तीी फलक लावण्यात यावाा.

(४) पथक

र शुल्कााच्या दराामध्ये खाालील प्रमाणे सूट देण्यात येईल :–

(१) पथकरा

ाच्या ५० कुपन्सची पुस्ति�िकाा आगाऊ खरेेदी करणाऱ्यास पुस्ति�िकेेच्या किं�ंमतीीमध्ये १० टक्के सवलत देण्यात येईल.

(२) पथकरा

ाच्या १०० कुपन्सची पुस्ति�िकाा आगाऊ खरेेदी करणाऱ्यास पुस्ति�िकेेच्या किं�ंमतीीमध्ये २० टक्के सवलत देण्यात

येईल.

(३) वाारंवाार प्रवाास करणाऱ्या वााहनांं�साठीी परतीच्या प्रवाासाचे व दैनि�क पासाचे दर हे त्या वााहनााच्या एकेरी प्रवाास दरााच्या

अनुक्रमे दीडपट व अडीच पट राहतीील. परतीच्या प्रवाासाचाा पास व दैनि�क पास हा ज्या दि�वशीी पास कााढलाा जाईल त्या दि�वशीीच्या

रात्री १२.०० वााजेपर्यंत ग्रााह्य राहील.

(४) माासि�क पासाचे दर एकेरी प्रवाास दरााच्या ५० पट राहतीील.

(५) माासि�क पास कााढलेेल्या दि�नांं�काापासून ३० दि�वस वैध राहील.

(५) वरीील दर्शशवि�लेेल्या रस्त्यावरीील कि�लोोमीटर ११८/०२५ (काामोठे पुण्याकडेे) व कि�लोोमीटर ११९/४७५ (कोपराा-मुं�बईकडीील

दि�शेेने) येथेे बांं�धण्यात आलेल्या पथक

र वसुुली स्थाानकाावर पथक

र शुल्क गोळा करण्याचाा व पथक

र शुल्कााची संपूर्णण रक्कम ठेऊन

घेण्याचाा हक्क कार्ययकारी अभि�यंता, बहुमजली इमारत बांं�धकाम वि�भाग, चेंबूर, मुंं�बई यां�नाा प्रदाान करण्यात आला आहे.

NOTIFICATION

Maharashtra Motor Vehicles Tax Act.

No. PSP-2019/C.R.27/Road-9a.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1-A), (1-B),

(1-C), (1-D) and (1-E) of section 20 of the Maharashtra Motor Vehicles Tax Act (LXV of 1958) and of

all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby declares that the

toll shall be levied on the classes of motor vehicles specified in column (2) of the Schedule appended

hereto and on the trailors drawn by such motor vehicles, passing over the section Sion-Panvel Special

State Highway in kilometre 140/190 (BARC Junction) to kilometre 115/180 (Kalamboli Junction)

constructed under the “Build, Operate and Transfer (BOT) Scheme” at the rates specified against each

of the said motor vehicles in column (3) of the said Schedule, with effect from the 1st December 2025

upto 31st December 2025, at the toll collection center constructed at kilometer 118/025 (near

Kamothe towards Pune) and 119/475 (Kopra towards Mumbai) on the said Road.

of more than Twelve and upto Thirty-Two passengers excluding

driver and goods carriage vehicles except vehicles covered at

in the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (59 of 1988), such as Truck-Trailer

combination, multi-axle Vehicles having more than three axles and

except vehicles covered by the entries at serial numbers 3 and 4

above.

Notes.—

1. The following types of vehicles are exempted from payment of toll, namely .–

(i)

VVIP vehicles carrying President of India, Vice-President of India, Governor of State,

Public Representatives entitled for red lamp on their vehicles.

(ii)

Vehicles carrying sitting Members of Parliament, Maharashtra Legislative Assembly

and Maharashtra Legislative Council.

(iii) Vehicles carrying Ex-Members of Parliament, Maharashtra Legislative Assembly and

Maharashtra Legislative Council.

(iv) Buses of the Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (ST).

(v)

School Buses.

(vi) State and Central Government vehicles.

(vii) Defence vehicles.

(viii) Police Department vehicles.

(ix)

Post and Telegraph Department vehicles.

(x)

Ambulances.

(xi)

Hearses.

(xii) Fire fighting vehicles.

(xiii) All vehicles coming from Taloja MIDC road.

2. The abovementioned rates shall be displayed on boards clearly visible to the people in the

vicinity of the toll collection centres. A computerised toll receipt shall be issued on each and every

occasion of recovery of toll.

3. Electronic Display Board clearly visible to the people shall be installed in vicinity of toll

collection centres.

4. Concessions in rates of toll are as given below, namely :–

(i)

Ten per cent. rebate will be given to the purchaser of booklet containing fifty coupons

in advance.

(ii)

Twenty per cent. rebate will be given to the purchaser of a booklet containing hundred

coupons in advance.

(iii) For frequently traveling vehicles, return and daily pass will be 1.5 times and 2.5 times

of their respective one way travel rates. Return journey pass and daily pass will be

valid upto 12.00 hours at midnight for the day of issuing the pass.

(iv) Rate of monthly pass will be fifty times of their respective one-way travel rates.

(v)

The monthly pass will be effective till thirty days from the date of issue.

5. For the purpose of this notification, Executive Engineer, Multistoreyed Building Construction

Division, Chembur, Mumbai is authorised to collect and retain the amount of toll at toll collection

centre situated at kilometer 118/025 (near Kamothe towards Pune) and 119/475 (Kopra towards

Mumbai) on the Sion-Panvel Special State Highway for abovementioned period.
