चे कलम २१ (२) चे अनुषंंगाने कलम २३(१) मधीील तरतुदीनुसाार प्राारूप वि�कास योजना, तयाार करण्यााचाा इरादा ठराव क्र. १३८,
दि�नांंsक २३ नोव्हेंबर २०२३ अन्वये जाहीर करून त्यााबााबतचीी सूचनाा महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्र, कोकण वि�भाागीय पुरवणी भााग २ मध्ये
दि�. १४ ते २० डि�सेंबर २०२३ रोजी प्रसि�द्ध केलीी आहे ;
आणि� ज्यााअर्थीी, उक्त अधिि˜नि�यमााच्याा कलम २४ च्याा तरतूदीस अनुसरून मुरबााड नगरपंंचाायतीीने ति�च्याा अधिि˜पत्यााखाालीील क्षेेत्राासााठी
प्राारूप वि�कास योजना, मुरबााड तयाार करण्याासााठी सहाायक संंचाालक, नगररचनाा, ठाणे शाखाा, ठाणे यांंsची “ नगररचनाा अधिि˜कारी ” म्हणूून
आदेश क्र. ३१६ दि�नांंsक २१ फेेब्रुुवारी २०२४ अन्वये नेमणूूक केलीी आहे.
आणि� ज्यााअर्थीी, उक्त अधिि˜नि�यमाातीील तरतुदीनुसाार, नगररचनाा अधिि˜कारी तथाा सहाायक संंचाालक, नगररचनाा, ठाणे शाखाा,
ठाणे यांंsनी, उक्त अधिि˜नि�यमााचे कलम २५ अन्वये वि�द्यमाान जमीन वापर नकाशा तयाार केल्याानंतर, उक्त क्षेेत्रााची उक्त प्राारूप वि�कास
योजना तयाार करून तीी उक्त नि�योोजन प्रााधिि˜करणाकडे उक्त अधिि˜नि�यमााचे कलम २६ (१) अन्वये प्रसि�द्ध करण्याासााठी हस्तांंsतरि�त केलीी आहे.
आणि� ज्यााअर्थीी, उक्त नि�योोजन प्रााधिि˜करणाने उक्त अधिि˜नि�यमााचे कलम २६(१) अन्वये उक्त प्राारूप वि�कास योजना
जनतेकडून सूचनाा/हरकतीी माागवि�ण्यााकरि�ताा प्रसि�द्ध करण्याासााठी ठराव क्र. १ दि�नांंsक ९ डि�सेंबर २०२५ पारि�त केलेला आहे.

त्यााअर्थीी, उक्त नि�योोजन प्रााधिि˜करण उक्त प्राारूप वि�कास योजना, वि�कास योजना अहवाालासह उक्त अधिि˜नि�यमााच्याा कलम २६
(१) अन्वये नागरि�कांंsकडून सूचनाा/ हरकतीी माागवि�ण्याासााठी प्रसि�द्ध करीत आहे. सदरहू योजनेसंंबंंधीचे नकाशे व अहवााल कामकााजाच्याा
दि�वशी कायााɑलयीीन वेळेेत नागरि�कांंsच्याा अवलोकनार्थथ, खाालीी नमूद केलेल्याा कायााɑलयाात उपलब्ध आहेत.
१. मुख्यााधिि˜कारी, मुरबााड नगरपंंचाायत, मुरबााड, जि�. ठाणे.
२. सहाायक संंचाालक, नगररचनाा, ठाणे शाखाा, ठाणे.
उक्त प्राारूप वि�कास योजनेतीील तरतुदीसंंबंंधी नागरि�कांंsच्याा काही सूचनाा/ हरकतीी असतीील तर त्यांंsनी ही सूचनाा महााराष्ट्र शासनााच्याा
राजपत्राात प्रसि�द्ध झाालेल्याा दि�नांंsकापासून ३० दि�वसांंsच्याा आत मुख्यााधिि˜कारी, मुरबााड नगरपंंचाायत यांंsचेकडे लेखी स्वरूपात कारणांंsसह
पाठवाव्याात. सदरची सूचनाा महाराष्ट्र शासन राजपत्रात प्रसि�द्ध झााल्यााच्याा दि�नांंsकापासून ३० दि�वसांंsचे आत नगरपंंचाायतीीकडे प्रााप्त
झाालेल्याा सूचनाा/हरकतीी वि�चाारात घेेतल्याा जातीील.
उक्त प्राारूप वि�कास योजनेचे नकाशे व तपशिि§लाच्याा प्रतीी योग्य शुल्क आकारून मुरबााड नगरपंंचाायतीीच्याा कायााɑलयाात नागरि�कांंsना
उपलब्ध होऊ शकतीील.

Notice
Publication of Draft Development Plan of Murbad under Section 26 (1)
of Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966.

Whereas the Murbad Nagar Panchayat, vide Order No. 138 dated 23rd November 2023,
had declared its intention to prepare a Draft Development Plan of Murbad for the area under its
jurisdiction, as per the provision of Section 23(1) read with Section 21(2) of Maharashtra Regional
and Town Planning Act, 1966 and notice to that effect is published in Maharashtra Government
Gazette, Kokan Division Supplement Part 2 on dated 14th—20th December 2023 ;
And whereas, as per the provision in Section 24 of the said Act, the Nagar Panchayat vide
Order No. 316 dated 21st February 2024 has appointed Assistant Director of Town Planning, Thane
Branch, Thane as “ Town Planning Officer ” to prepare the said Draft Development Plan of Murbad
for the said area ;
And whereas, the Town Planning Officer and Assistant Director of Town Planning, Thane
Branch, Thane after having prepared Existing Land Use Map as per Section 25 of the said
Act, has prepared the Draft Development Plan of Murbad and has handed it over to the Murbad
Nagar Panchayat on dated 4th December 2025 for publication under Section 26(1) of the
Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 ;
And whereas, the said Planning Authority has passed Resolution No. 01, dated 9th December
2025 to publish the Draft Development Plan of Murbad under Section 26(1) of the said Act, for
inviting suggestions/objections from the public ;
Therefore, Murbad Nagar Panchayat hereby publishes the Draft Development Plan of
Murbad along with the Report under Section 26(1) of the said Act for inviting suggestions/
objections from the public. The copy of the said Draft Development Plan and Report thereof are
kept open for inspection of the public at the following offices on all working days during office hours.
1. The Chief Officer, Murbad Nagar Panchayat, Murbad.
2. Assistant Director of Town Planning, Thane Branch, Thane.
The suggestions/objections if any, in writing from the public in this regard with reasons, shall
be submitted to the Chief officer, Murbad Nagar Panchayat, Murbad within the period of 30 days
from the date of publication of the Notice in Maharashtra Government Gazette. Suggestions/
objections received by the Nagar panchayat within the period of the 30 days from the date of
publication of this Notice in Maharashtra Government Gazette shall only be considered.
The copies of the said Draft Development Plan and particulars shall be available to the
public at reasonable price in the office of the Murbad Nagar Panchayat.
