अन्वयेे; तसेेच रााज्याातील स्थाानि�क स्वरााज्य संंस्थांंsच्याा संबंंधि�त कायद्याातील तरतुुदींन्वयेे अशाा स्थाानि�क स्वरााज्य संंस्थांंsच्याा सर्वव नि�वडणुकांंsचे

अधीक्षण, संचाालन व नि�यंंत्रण यााबाबतचेे अधि�काार रााज्य नि�वडणूक आयोगास आहेत ;

ज्यााअर्थीी, स्थाानि�क स्वरााज्य संंस्थांंsच्याा नि�वडणुकांंsचे पावि¦त्र्य रााखणे व अशाा नि�वडणुका मुक्त, नि�:पक्षपातीपणे, पारदर्शशकपणे व

कार्ययक्षमतेने पार पाडण्यााच्याादृष्टीने रााजकीय पक्षांंsची नोंदणीी व संबंंधि�त बाबींची तरतूूद त्याात करणेे आवश्यक असल्यााने, रााज्य नि�वडणूक

आयोगाने दि�नांंsक ५ मे २०२५ रोजीच्याा क्रमांंsक: राानि�आ/राापनों/२०२४/प्र.क्र.२४/का.११ याा अधि�सूूचनेेद्वाारे ‘महारााष्ट्र रााज्य रााजकीय पक्ष

नोंदणीी, वि¦नि�यमन आणिि” नि�वडणूक चि�न्ह (आरक्षण व वाटप) आदेश, २०२५’ हा आदेश नि�र्गगमि�त केला आहे ;

ज्यााअर्थीी, रााज्य नि�वडणूक आयोगास उक्त आदेशाातील परि�च्छेेद ७(२) प्रमाणे रााजकीय पक्षाची नोंदणीी करण्याापूर्वी महाारााष्ट्र शाासन

रााजपत्रात पक्षाचे नाव, मुख्य कायाा�लयााचा पत्ताा व त्यााचे अध्यक्ष, सचि�व/ सरचि�टणीस, कोषााध्यक्ष/ खजि�नदाार इत्याादींचा अंतर्भाभाा�व

असलेली अधि�सूूचनाा प्रसि�द्ध करून सर्ववसाधाारण जनतेकडून अशाा नोंदणीीबाबत हरकती मागवि¦णे आवश्यक आहे ;

ज्यााअर्थीी, महाारााष्ट्र शाासन रााजपत्रात उपरोक्त प्रमाणे अधि�सूूचनाा प्रसि�ध्द केलेल्याा दि�नांंsकापासून ३० दि�वसांंsच्याा आत कोणतीीही

हरकत प्राप्त न झााल्याास, रााज्य नि�वडणूक आयोग अधि�सूूचनेेत प्रस्ताावि¦त केल्यााप्रमाणे रााजकीय पक्षाची नोंदणीी करण्यााकरि�ताा सक्षम रााहील ;

ज्यााअर्थीी, उक्त आदेशााच्याा परि�च्छेेद ७(४)(ख) प्रमाणे वि¦हि�त कालावधीीत जर कोणतीीही हरकत किं�ंवा सूचनाा प्राप्त झााली, तर

ति�चाा रााज्य नि�वडणूक आयोगाकडून योग्य वि¦चार केला जाईल. वि¦चारााअंतीी ती अदखलपात्र आढळल्याास फेेटाळण्याात येईल व प्रस्ताावि¦त

रााजकीय पक्षाची नोंदणीी करण्याात येईल. मात्र जर कोणतीीही हरकत किं�ंवा सूचनाा प्रथमदर्शशनी सत्य वाटली, तर त्यााबाबत प्रस्ताावि¦त रााजकीय

पक्षाच्याा अर्जजदााराास कळवि¦ण्याात येईल आणिि” त्याावर त्यााचे अभि�प्रााय मागवि¦ण्याात येतील किं�ंवा आयोगास वाटल्याास आवश्यकतेप्रमाणे

सुनावणी घेेण्याात येईल. अभि�प्रााय प्राप्त झााल्याावर किं�ंवा सुनावणीनंतर गुणवत्तेेच्याा आधाारे आयोग उचि�त नि�र्णणय घेेईल व आयोगाचा नि�र्णणय

अंति�म रााहील ;

ज्यााअर्थीी, श्रीी. भुषषण अशोक गुंं�ड, अध्यक्ष यांंsनी, ‘महाानगर वि¦कास आघााडी, अहि�ल्यानगर’ याा नावाने रााजकीय पक्षाची

रााज्य नि�वडणूक आयोगाकडे नोंदणीीसाठीी अर्जज केला आहे. याा प्रस्ताावि¦त पक्षाचा तपशील पुढीलप्रमाणे आहे :—

पक्षासाठीी कोणतेेही नि�वडणूक चि�न्ह रााखून ठेवण्यााची आवश्यकताा नाही.

आताा, त्यााअर्थीी, सदर अधि�सूूचनाा महाारााष्ट्र शाासन रााजपत्रात प्रसि�ध्द झााल्यााच्याा दि�नांंsकापासून ३० दि�वसांंsच्याा आत सदर रााजकीय

पक्षाच्याा नोंदणीीबाबत कुणालाही कोणतीीही लेखी हरकत असल्याास, ती आयोगाच्याा कायाा�लयााकडे लेखी स्वरुपात दााखल कराावी, असे

रााज्य नि�वडणूक आयोग, महारााष्ट्र जाहीर करीत आहे.

NOTIFICATION

Invitation of Objections and Suggestions on the Registration of Political Party.

No.: SEC/RPP-2025/CR-66/D-11.— WHEREAS, under Articles 243K and 243ZA of the

Constitution of India and the provisions of the relevant laws governing local self-Government bodies

in the State, the powers of superintendence, direction, and control of elections to such local bodies

are vested in the State Election Commission ;

AND WHEREAS, to maintain the sanctity of elections to local self-government bodies and to

conduct then in a free, fair, transparent, and efficient manner, it is necessary to provide for the

registration of political parties ;

AND WHEREAS, the State Election Commission has issued the ‘Maharashtra State Political

Parties Registration, Regulation, and Election Symbol (Reservation and Allocation) Order, 2025’ by

Notification No.: SEC/PPR-2024/CR-24/D-11, dated 5th May 2025 ;

AND WHEREAS, in accordance paragraph 7(2) of the said order, prior to registering a political

party State Election Commission is required to published in Gazette of the Maharashtra Government

containing name, address of the party along with name of President, Secretary/ General Secretary,

Treasurer of the party along with the address of the party’s headquarters and shall invite objections

and suggestions from the general public regarding the registration.

NOW THEREFOR, It is necessary for the State Election Commission to publish a notification in

the Maharashtra Government Gazette before registering a political party, including details such as

the party’s name, address of the head office, and names of the President, Secretary/General Secretary,

Treasurer, etc., and to invite objections from the general public regarding such registration ;

AND IT IS HEREBY FURTHER NOTIFIED, that if no valid objections are received by the

State Election Commission within 30 days from the date of publication of Notice in the Maharashtra

Government Gazette, the State Election Commission shall be competent to proceed with the

registration in of the political party as proposed ;

AND WHEREAS, In accordance with paragraph 7(4)(b) of the said order, if any objections or

suggestions are received within the prescribed period, they shall be duly considered by the State

Election Commission. After considering such objection of any, if found to be non-cognizable, those

shall be rejected and the proposed political party shall be registered, Further, if any objections or

suggestions are prima facie found to be valid, the Applicant for the proposed political party shall

be informed about it and its comments about the same will be called for or if the State Election

Commission deems it fit, conduct a having. After receiving the comments or conducting the hearing,

the State Election Commission shall make appropriate decision on the merits which shall be final.

WHEREAS Shri. Bhushan Ashok Gund, President has submitted an application to the

State Election Commission for registration of a political party named ‘Mahanagar Vikas Aaghadi,

Ahilyanagar’ The details of the proposed party are as follows :—

Name of the Party : ‘Mahanagar Vikas Aaghadi, Ahilyanagar’

President : Shri. Bhushan Ashok Gund

Secretary : Shri. Mudassar Ahmed Ishaque Shaikh

Treasurer : Shri. Sagar Anjabapu Satpute

Head Office Address of the Party : Gat No. 33/2/3/21, Plot No.1, Kedgaon,

Tal. & Dist. Ahilyanagar 414 005.

AND WHEREAS, the proposed party is not a recognized political party by the Election

Commission of India, hence, there is no need to reserve any election symbol for such a party.

NOW, THEREFORE, the State Election Commission of Maharashtra hereby notifies that any

person having any objection regarding the registration of the said political party, such objection

should be submitted to the office of the Commission within 30 days from the date of publication of

this notification in the Maharashtra Government Gazette.
