यापुढेे जि�चाा नि�र्देेश, “उक्त अधिि˜सूचनाा” असा केला आहे) द्वाारे, मंत्र्यां�नाा वि¦भााग किं�ंवा वि¦भाागां�चेे भााग यां�चाा प्रभाार सोपवूून त्याद्वाारे शाासनााचे

कामकाज नेमून दि�लेे होते ;

आणिि” ज्याअर्थीी, महारााष्ट्रााचे रााज्यपााल यां�नीी, मुख्यमंत्री यांं�च्या सल्ल्यावरून, ॲड. माणिि”करााव सरस्वतीी शि�वााजी कोकाटेे यांं�च्या

मंत्रीपदााचा रााजीनाामा दि�नांं�क १८ डिि’सेंंबर, २०२५ पाासून स्वीकारलाा आहे आणिि” त्यां�नाा नेमून दि�लेेले वि¦भााग, श्रीी. अजि�त आशाातााई अनंंतरााव

पवाार, उपमुुख्यमंत्री यांं�च्याकडे सोपवि¦लेले आहेत आणिि” त्या प्रयोजनाासाठीी, उक्त अधिि˜सूचनेेत सुधारणाा करणेे इष्ट आहे ;

त्याअर्थीी, आताा, महारााष्ट्र शाासन कार्ययनि�यमावलीच्या नि�यम ५ च्या तरतुुदींस अनुसरून, महारााष्ट्रााचे रााज्यपााल, मुख्यमंत्री यांं�च्या

सल्ल्यावरून, याद्वाारे, शाासकीीय अधिि˜सूचनाा, सामान्य प्रशाासन वि¦भााग, क्रमांं�क शााकानि�-२०२४/प्र.क्र.८६(१)/रवकाा-१, दि�नांं�क

२१ डिि’सेंंबर, २०२४ यामध्ये पुढीलप्रमाणे सुधारणाा करीत आहेत:-

उक्त अधिि˜सूचनेेमधील,—

(एक) श्रीी. अजि�त आशाातााई अनंंतरााव पवाार यांं�च्याशी संंबंधिि˜त असणााऱ्या नोंंद ३ मध्ये, स्तंभ (२) मधील, “वि¦भााग किं�ंवा

त्यां�चेे भााग” या शीर्षषकाखाालील, “रााज्य उत्पाादन शुल्क” या मजकुराानंंतर “,क्रीडा व युवक कल्याण, अल्पसंंंख्याक वि¦कास व

औकाफ” हा मजकूर जादाा दााखल करण्यात येईल;

(दोन) ॲड. माणिि”करााव सरस्वतीी शि�वााजी कोकाटेे यांं�च्याशी संंबंधिि˜त असणाारी नोंंद २५ वगळण्यात येईल.

NOTIFICATION

Maharashtra Government Rules of Business.

No. ROB-2024/C.R.86(1)/O&M-1.—Whereas, the Governor of Maharashtra has, on the advice of

the Chief Minister, vide Government Notification, General Administration Department, No.ROB-2024/

C.R.86(1)/O&M-1, dated the 21st December 2024 (hereinafter referred to as “the said notification”),

allotted amongst the Ministers, the business of the Government by assigning Departments or parts

of the Departments to the charge of the Ministers;

And whereas, the Governor of Maharashtra has, upon the advice of the Chief Minister, accepted

the resignation of Adv. Manikrao Saraswati Shivaji Kokate of his office as Minister with effect from

the 18th December 2025 and assigned his Departments to Shri Ajit Ashatai Anantrao Pawar, Deputy

Chief Minister and for that purpose, it is expedient to amend the said Notification;

Now, therefore, in pursuance of the provisions of rule 5 of the Maharashtra Government Rules

of Business, the Governor of Maharashtra, on the advice of the Chief Minister, is hereby pleased to

amend the Government Notification, General Administration Department, No.ROB-2024/C.R.86(1)/

O&M-1, dated the 21st December 2024, as follows, namely:-

In the said notification,-

(i) in entry 3, relating to Shri Ajit Ashatai Anantrao Pawar, in column (2), under the heading

“Departments or parts of Departments”, after the words “State Excise” the words “,Sports and

Youth Welfare, Minorities Development and Aukaf ” shall be added;

(ii) entry 25, relating to Adv. Manikrao Saraswati Shivaji Kokate, shall be deleted.
