• अधि�कार प्रदान केलेल्या वसुली अधि�कारी असलेल्या व्यक्तीची बदलीी झााल्यास किं�ंवा सेवानिि™वृत्ती झााल्यास किं�ंवा सेवेतून

काढून टाकल्यास किं�ंवा त्याचा मृत्यू झााल्यास किं�ंवा तो ज्या पदाावर पदााधि�कारी म्हणून कार्ययरत आहे त्याची सेवा खंडि�त झााल्यास अशाा

संस्थाा अधीनिि™यम, १९६० व निि™यम, १९६१ अन्वयेे प्राप्त असलेल्या अधि�कारानुसारच वसुलीची कार्यवााही करावी.

• वसुली अधि�कारी यांं�नी नमूद केलेल्या कालावधीत वसुलीचेे कामकाज समाधानकारक केले नसल्याचेे निि™दर्शनाास आल्यास

किं�ंवा प्रदान केलेल्या अधि�काराचा गैरवापर करीत असल्याचेे निि™दर्शनाास आल्यास, प्रदान केलेले अधि�कार काढून घेतले जाातील व

• शाासन निि™र्णय क्रमांं�क संकि�र्णण-१५०४/प्र.क्र२३१/१५-स, दिि—नांं�क २३ नोव्हेंबर २०१६ अन्वयेे वसुली अधि�काऱ्यांं�ना तीन

सिं�ंहाच्या राजमुुद्रेचा वापर करता येणार नाही. मा. सहकार आयुुक्त व निि™बंंधक, सहकारी संस्थाा, महाराष्ट्र राज्य,पुुणेे यांं�चेे कार्याɑलयाकडीील

दिि—नांं�क ६ जून २०१९ रोजीच्या परि�पत्रकाप्रमाणेे कार्यवााही करावी.

• वसुली अधि�काऱ्यास त्याच्या नावापूढेे कोठेही महाराष्ट्र शाासन निि™युुक्त किं�ंवा सि�व्हील कोटट, एक्झीक्युुटीव्ह कोटट या शब्दां�चाा

अथवाा तत्सम शब्दां�चाा वापर करता येणार नाही. त्याऐवजीी वसुली अधि�काऱ्यांं�नी त्यांं�च्या नावापूढेे वसुली अधि�कारी (महाराष्ट्र सहकारी

संस्थाा अधीनिि™यम, १९६० व निि™यम, १९६१ चेे निि™यम १०७ अन्वयेे) असे-लि�हावे. वसुली अधि�काऱ्यास वसुलीसाठीी वापर करण्यात

येणाऱ्या वाहनावर वसुली अधि�कारी, जयज्योती नागरी सहकाारी पतसंंस्थाा मर्या�दि�त, फलटण, ता. फलटण, जि�. साताराा असा

फलक लावता येऊ शकेेल.

• वसुली अधि�काऱ्याने पगाार जप्तीची कार्यवााही करताना कर्जदााराच्या-जाामीनदाराच्या पगाार कपातीबाबत राष्ट्रीयीकृत बँका वा

अन्य बँका यांं�चेेकडे परस्पर वेतन कपातीचा आदेश देऊन परस्पर पगाार कपात करता येणार नाही. संबंंधि�त कर्जदाार/जाामीनदार ज्या

आस्थाापनेेवर काम करीत आहे त्या आस्थाापनेेवरील आहरण व संवि¦तरण अधि�कारी/पगाार करणारा अधि�कारी यांं�चेेमार्फत पगाारातून

कर्जवसूल करण्याची कार्यवााही करावी.

• वसुली अधि�काऱ्यास, थकबाकीदाराकडून वसुली दाखल्यानुसार वसूलपात्र रक्कम व सरचार्जज रक्कम याशि�वााय इतर कोणतीीही

रक्कम वसूल करता येणार नाही.

• वसुली अधि�काऱ्याने कलम १५६ अथवाा निि™यम १०७ अन्वयेे कारवाई करताना थकबाकीदाराकडून येणेे असलेल्या एकूण

रकमेचा अद्याावत तारखेपर्यंतचा संपूर्णण तपशीील नोटीस/आदेशाात नमूद करणेे बंंधनकारक आहे.

• वसुली अधि�काऱ्याने मा. सहकार आयुुक्त व निि™बंंधक, सहकारी संस्थाा, महाराष्ट्र राज्य, पुुणेे यांं�चेे कार्याɑलयाकडीील

दिि—नांं�क ३१/१०/२०१८ व दिि—नांं�क ११/०७/२०१९ च्या परि�पत्रकातील सूचनांं�चेे काटेकोरपणेे अंमलबजाावणीी करणेेची आहे. सदर

परि�पत्रकां�तीील सूचनांं�चेे उल्लंघन झााल्यास वसुलीचेे अधि�कार काढून घेण्यात येतील व भवि¦ष्यात असे अधि�कार प्रदान केले जााणार

नाहीत, याची नोंद घ्यावी.

• वसुली अधि�कारी यांं�नी निि™र्गगमि�त करावयााच्या नोटीस/ आदेश/ घोषणापत्र यामध्ये त्यांं�ना अधि�कार प्रदान केलेल्या या आदेशााचा

संदर्भभ नमूद करावा.

• संस्थेचेे / बँकेचेे मुख्य कार्यकाारी अधि�कारी / व्यवस्थाापक यांं�नी प्रपत्र-४ मध्ये वसुली अधि�कारीनिि™हाय वसुली कामकाजााचा

अहवाल दर तीन महि�न्यांं�नी या कार्याɑलयास सादर करावा.

• वसुली अधि�कारी यांं�नी वेतन प्रदान अधीनिि™यम, १९३६ अन्वयेे करावयााच्या कपातीची मागणी संबंंधि�त संस्थेने मालकाकडे

करावयााची आहे. ज्या कर्ममचाऱ्यांं�च्या वेतनातून कपात करावयााची असेल त्या आस्थाापनेेवरील संबंंधि�त लेखााधि�कारी यांं�चेेमार्फत कपाती

कराव्यात व परस्पर बँकां�शीी संपर्कक साधून वेतनाची रक्कम कपात करण्यात येऊ नयेे किं�ंवा बँक खााते लॉक करणेेत येऊ नयेे.

• वसुली अधि�कारी यांं�ना सदर आदेशाान्वयेे प्रदान करणेेत आलेल्या कोड नंबरचा वापर त्यांं�नी त्यांं�च्या वसुलीच्या अनुषंगाने

केलेल्या सर्वव कायदेेशीर कारवाईच्या पत्रव्यवहाारावर करणेेत यावा. तसेच सदर कोडचाा गोल शि�क्का तयार करून तोही वापरणेेत यावा.
