Police Act, 1951 (Maharashtra XXII of 1951.

I, Ashutosh Dumbare, Commissioner of Police, Thane hereby authorize all officers incharge

of Police station, All Divisional Asstt. Commissioners of Police and Zonal Dy. Commissioners of

Police in their respective areas of Thane City Police Commissionerate to exercise the powers under

section 36 of the Maharashtra Police Act, 1951 and the same shall remain in force from 00-01 hours

of 16th December 2025 to 24-00 hours of 15th March 2026.

Sessions Judge, Sindhudurg at Oros alongwith the charge of the Court of the Principal District and

Sessions Judge, Sindhudurg at Oros, which is already kept with her, vide Office Order referred to

at Sr. No. 3 above, shall remain with Shri S. S. Indalkar, Adhoc District Judge-1 and Additional

Sessions Judge, Sindhudurg at Oros.

This District Judge-1 and Additional Sessions Judge, Sindhudurg at Oros is directed to hand

over the charge of her Court alongwith the charge of the Court of the Principal District and Sessions

Judge, Sindhudurg at Oros to Shri S. S. Indalkar, Adhoc District Judge-1 and Additional Sessions

Judge, Sindhudurg at Oros. She is also directed to submit joining report to this office, in view of

provisions contained in para 571 of Chapter XXX of Civil Manual.

Contents of this order be communicated to the officers concerned.

कार्ययक्षेेत्राामधीील जमि�नीी महाामंंडळाास आवश्यक आहेत असे उपवि¦भाागीय अधिि˜कारी, पालघर वि¦भााग पालघर, जि�. पालघर यांंsचे मत

झााले आहे.

आणि� ज्याा अर्थीी, आता, उक्त अधिि˜निि™यमााचे कलम ३२ पोट-कलम (२) अन्वयेे उपरोोक्तप्रमााणे प्रदान करण्याात आलेल्याा रााज्य

शाासनााच्याा शक्तीीचाा वापर करून यााद्वाारे उपवि¦भाागीय अधिि˜कारी पालघर, वि¦भााग पालघर, जि�. पालघर खाली नमूूद केलेले जमि�नीीमध्ये

हि�तसंंबंध आणि� अधिि˜कार असणााऱ्याा सर्वव व्यक्तीीना खाली उल्लेख केलेले जमि�नीीमध्ये उक्त प्रयोजनार्थथ का संंपाादन करण्याात येऊ

नयेेत याासंंबंधीी अधिि˜सूचनाा प्रसि�द्ध झाालेपासून एक महि�न्यााच्याा आत खाली सहीी करणााऱ्याास लेखी स्वरुपात कारणेे दाखवि¦णेबद्दल

फर्माा�वि¦णारी नोटीस देत आहे.

ही नोटीस रााजपत्रात प्रसि�द्ध झाालेच्याा तारखेेनंतर जि�ल्हााधिि˜काऱ्यााच्याा मंंजुुरी शि�वााय वि¦क्री करून, पट्याने देऊन, गहााण ठेवून, अभि�हस्तांंsकन

करून आणि� अदलाबदल करून किं�ंवा अन्य रि�तीीने कराावयााच्याा उक्त जमि�नीीच्याा/जमि�नीीच्याा वि¦ल्हेवाटीसंंबंधीी केलेला कोणताही कराार किं�ंवा तीीवर

केलेला कोणताही खर्चच किं�ंवा तीी मध्ये/त्याामध्ये केलेल्याा सुधारणाा याा उक्त जमि�नीीच्याा अंति�मतःः संंपाादन करण्याात येतीील अशाा भाागासंंबंधीी भरपााई

निि™र्धा�रि�त करणााऱ्याा अधिि˜काऱ्यााकडून उक्त अधिि˜निि™यमााचे कलम ३३, पोट-कलम (५) व भूमी संंपाादन अधिि˜निि™यम, पुुनर्ववसन व पुुनर्स्था�ा�पनाा

करतााना वाजवी भरपााई मि�ळणााचाा व पारदर्शशकतेचाा हक्क अधिि˜निि™यम २०१३ च्याा कलम ११(४) अन्वयेे वि¦चााराात घेतल्याा जाणार नाहीत.

ज्यांंsची व्यक्ति�िगत सुनावणी करण्यााची इच्छाा असेल अशाा कोणत्यााही व्यक्तीीस याा अधिि˜सूचनेेचे प्रसि�द्धीीचे तारखेेपासून एक महि�न्याात

भेटीची वेळ ठरवूून कोणत्यााही कामााच्याा दिि—वशीी सकााळी ११.०० ते सायंं. ०५-०० वाजेपर्यंत खाली सहीी करणााऱ्यााच्याा कायाा�लयाात

SUB-DIVISIONAL OFFICER, PALGHAR

PUBLIC NOTICE

No. MIDC/Kavi/2025/2304.—Whereas, the Maharashtra Industrial Development Act, 1961

(Maharashtra Act Three of 1962), issued under section one sub-section (3), and published in the

Maharashtra Government Gazette, Part Four, Pages 01 to 05 on 6th October 2025. The government

notification dated 6th October 2025, Industries, Energy and Labour Department No.IDC-2013/

(Pr.No. 434) Part-1/udyog-14, dated 6th October 2025, the Government of Maharashtra has directed

that the provisions of Chapter-Six of the said Act shall come into force from the 6th day of October

2025, specified in the schedule to that notification.

And whereas, the lands mentioned in the accompanying schedule are in the areas where the

provisions of Chapter Six have come into force as aforesaid ;

And whereas, in the areas to which Chapter-VI of the said Act has been applied and in the

areas to which the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (hereinafter referred to as

“the said Corporation”) The State Government has been empowered under Section 32 of the Act to

acquire lands required for the purpose of development or for any other purpose which may be in

furtherance of the objectives of the said Act.

And whereas, vide IDC/1892(17441)/Industry-14 dated 11th June 1993 issued under Section 2

Clause (c) of the said Act, the State Government has entrusted the works to the District Collectors

under Rule 28 of the Maharashtra Industrial Development Act, 1962. Sub-Divisional Officer

Palghar, Division Palghar, District Palghar has been specially appointed for the area of Palghar

Sub-Division to perform the functions of the District Collector under Section 32, Section 33,

Sub-section (2), Section 36 and Section 38 of the said Act.

And whereas, the Deputy Divisional Officer, Palghar Division Palghar, Dist. Palghar, is of the

opinion that the lands described in the accompanying schedule within the jurisdiction of Palghar

Tehsil are necessary for the Corporation to be developed as an industrial area.

And whereas, now, by exercising the power of the State Government granted as aforesaid under

section 32 sub-section (2) of the said Act, the Deputy Divisional Officer, Palghar Division Palghar,

Dist. Palghar hereby issues notice to all persons having interest and rights in the lands mentioned

below to show cause in writing to the undersigned within one month from the date of publication of

this notification, as to why the lands mentioned below should not be acquired for the said purpose.

Any agreement regarding the disposal of the said land/lands made after the date of publication

of this notice without the approval of the Collector, by sale, lease, mortgage, assignment, exchange

or in any other manner, or any expenditure incurred thereon or improvements made therein/thereon,

shall not be entitled to compensation in respect of the part of the said land that will be finally

acquired The determining officer shall not take into account the provisions of section 33, sub-section

(5) of the said Act and section 11(4) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land

Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.

Any person desirous of personal hearing may appear in person or through his/her legal

representative at the office of the undersigned at Palghar on any working day between 11.00 am

and 5.00 pm by appointing an appointment within one month from the date of publication of this

notification.
