तसेेच त्याबाबतीत समर्थथ करणााऱ्या सर्वव इतर अधिि˜काारांं�चा वाापर करून व याबाबतीत करण्यात आलेले सर्वव वि�द्यमाान नि�यम, आदेश

किं�ंवाा अनुदेश यां�चेे अधिि˜क्रमण करून महाारााष्ट्र शासन याद्वाारे महाारााष्ट्र गृृहनि�र्मामाा�ण व क्षेेत्रवि�काास प्राधिि˜करणााच्या आस्थाापनेेवरीील वरि�ष्ठ

लि�पि�क या पदाावरीील सेेवाा प्रवेश वि�नि�यमि�त करणाारे पुढीील नि�यम करीीत आहे, या काायद्याच्या कलम १८४ च्या उप कलम (३) द्वाारे

आवश्यकतेेनुसार महाारााष्ट्र शासनााने नि�यमााचा खालील मसुुदाा तयाार करण्याचा प्रस्तााव ठेवलाा आहे. त्यामुळेे प्रभावि�त होण्याची शक्यताा

असलेेल्या सर्वव व्यक्तींच्या मााहि�तीीसाठी सदर मसुुदाा प्रकााशि�त करण्यात येत आहे; आणि� याद्वाारे सूचनाा देण्यात येत आहे की, सदर मसुुदाा

२९ जानेवाारी २०२६ या ताारखेेला किं�ंवाा त्यानंंतर महाारााष्ट्र शासन वि�चााराात घेेईल.

२. उपरोोक्त ताारखेेपूर्वी सदर मसुुदाा नि�यमांं�बाबत कोणत्याही व्यक्तीकडूून अपर मुख्य सचि�व

, गृृहनि�र्मामाा�ण वि�भाागग, मंत्राालय, माादााम काामाा

माार्गग, हुुताात्माा रााजगुुरू चौौक, मुं�बई ४०० ०३२ यां�नाा प्राप्त होणारे आक्षेेप किं�ंवाा सूचनाा शासनाास योग्य वााटल्यास वि�चााराात घेेतल्या जातील.

सेवा प्रवेश नि�यमाचे प्रारूप

१. या नि�यमांं�ना, महाारााष्ट्र गृृहनि�र्मामाा�ण क्षेेत्रवि�काास प्राधिि˜करणाातील वरि�ष्ठ लि�पि�क (सेेवााप्रवेश) नि�यम, २०२६ असेे म्हणाावे.

२. नि�यमांं�मध्ये, संदर्भा�नुुसार दुसराा अर्थथ अपेक्षि�त नसेेल तर,

(अ) “शासन” याचा अर्थथ, महाारााष्ट्र शासन असा आहे.

(ब) “वि�भाागग” याचा अर्थथ महाारााष्ट्र शासनााचा गृृहनि�र्मामाा�ण वि�भागग असा आहे.

(क) “प्राधिि˜करण” म्हणजे महाारााष्ट्र गृृहनि�र्मामाा�ण व क्षेेत्रवि�काास अधिि˜नि�यम, १९७६ (सन १९७७ चा महाा. २८) याच्या कलम

३ अन्वयेे स्थाापन करण्यात आलेले महाारााष्ट्र गृृहनि�र्मामाा�ण व क्षेेत्रवि�काास प्राधिि˜करण.

(ड) “पदवीी” याचा अर्थथ सांं�वि�धानि�क वि�द्याापीठाची कोणत्याही शाखेतील किं�ंवाा शासनााने त्याच्याशी समतुुल्य म्हणूून घोषिि¨त

केलेली अन्य कोणतीही अर्हहताा.

(ई) “पदोोन्नतीीसाठी पात्रताा” म्हणजे शासनााने वेळोवेळी नि�र्गगमि�त केलेले नि�यम किं�ंवाा आदेशाव्दाारे नि�र्दि�िष्ट केलेल्या अटी

आणि� शर्ती नुसार पदोोन्नतीीसाठी पात्रताा.

३. प्राधिि˜करणााच्या आस्थाापनेेवरीील वरि�ष्ठ लि�पि�क या पदाावरीील नि�युुक्ती प्राधिि˜करणाामध्ये पुढीील माार्गा�नेे करण्यात येईल :—

(अ) पुढीील उमेदवाारांं�मधूून नाामनि�र्देेशनााद्वाारे ;

(एक) वयोोमर्या�दाा :-ज्या उमेदवाारााचे वय १९ वर्षा�पेेक्षा कमीी नसेेल, आणि� खुल्या वर्गा�तीील उमेदवााराासाठी ३८ वर्षा�पेेक्षा

जास्त नसेेल व माागाासवर्गीय व्यक्तींसाठी ४३ वर्षांंɕपेक्षा जास्त नसेेल; आणि�

(दोन) ज्या उमेदवाारााने पदवीी धारण केली आहे; आणि�

(तीन) ज्यां�नीी मरााठी टंकलेेखनााचे कि�माान ३० शब्द प्रति� मि�नि�ट वेगमर्याा�देेचे किं�ंवाा इंग्रजी टंकलेेखनााचे कि�माान ४० शब्द

प्रति� मि�नि�ट वेगमर्याा�देेचे शासकीीय वााणि�ज्य प्रमााणपत्र किं�ंवाा संगगणक टंकलेेखनााचे प्रमााणपत्र धारण केले आहे ;

(चार) ज्यां�नाा प्रशासकीीय काामााचा ३ वर्षा�पेेक्षा कमीी नसेेल, इतकाा अनुभव आहे.

(ब) प्राधिि˜करणााच्या आस्थाापनेेवर कनि�ष्ठ लि�पि�क हे पद धारण करणााऱ्या ज्या कर्ममचाऱ्याने कि�माान ३ वर्षा�चीी नि�यमि�त सेेवाा पूर्णण

केलेल्या व्यक्तींमधूून पात्रताा व सेेवाा ज्येष्ठतेच्या आधारे या नि�कषाावर योग्य अशा व्यक्तीस पदोोन्नतीी देऊन;

४. नि�यम ३ येथेे नमूूद पदाावर पदोोन्नतीी व नाामनि�र्देेशनााने कराावयााची नि�युुक्ती यां�चेे प्रमााण ८०:२० असेे रााहील.

५. नि�यम ३ येथेे नमूूद पदाावर नि�युुक्त झाालेल्या व्यक्तीने, याबाबतीत करण्यात आलेल्या नि�यमाानुसार, वि�भाागीीय परीीक्षा (आवश्यक

असल्यास), उत्तीीर्णण केली नसेेल किं�ंवाा परीीक्षा उत्तीीर्णण होण्यापासून त्या व्यक्तीला सूट मि�ळााली नसेेल तर, त्या व्यक्तीने सदर परीीक्षा उत्तीीर्णण

होणे आवश्यक रााहील.

६. नि�यम ३ येथेे नमूूद पदाावर नि�युुक्त झाालेल्या व्यक्तीने, याबाबतीत करण्यात आलेल्या नि�यमाानुसार, हिं�ंदी व मरााठी भाषा परीीक्षा,

उत्तीीर्णण केलेल्या नसती

ील किं�ंवाा त्या परीीक्षा उत्तीीर्णण होण्यापासून त्या व्यक्तीला सूट मि�ळााली नसेेल, तर त्या व्यक्तीने सदर परीीक्षा

उत्तीीर्णण करणेे आवश्यक रााहील.

७. नि�यम ३ येथेे नमूूद पदाावर नि�युुक्त झाालेल्या व्यक्तीने, महाारााष्ट्र शासनााच्या मााहि�तीी व तंत्रज्ञाान संचालनाालयाने वेळोवेळी

वि�हि�त केलेले संगगणक संचलन प्रमााणपत्र धारण करणेे आवश्यक रााहील.

८. लहान कुटुं�बाची घोषणा :-

(एक) नि�यम ३ येथेे नमूूद पदाावर नि�युुक्त झाालेल्या व्यक्तीने, महाारााष्ट्र नाागरीी सेेवाा (लहान कुटुं�ब घोषणा) नि�यम, २००५

किं�ंवाा शासनााने वेेळोवेळी केलेल्या इतर कोणतेही नि�यम, आदेश किं�ंवाा कोणत्याही दस्तऐवजाानुसार लहान कुटुं�बाची घोषणा करणेे

आवश्यक रााहील.

(दोन) ज्या व्यक्तीला लहान कुटुं�बाची घोषणा करतांं�नाा दोन पेक्षा जास्त अपत्य असतीील अशी व्यक्ती नि�युुक्तीस अपात्र

ठरवि�ण्यात येईल.

(तीन) एखाद्या व्यक्तीची सेेवेत नि�युुक्ती झााल्यानंंतर नि�युुक्तीच्या वेळी किं�ंवाा नि�युुक्ती झााल्यानंंतर त्याला दोन पेक्षा जास्त

अपत्य असल्याचे सि�ध्द झााल्यास, तो सदर पदाावर रााहण्यास अपात्र ठरेल.

NOTIFICATION

Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Act, 1976.

No.SEPRANI-2020/C.R.88/GRUNIBHU.—The following draft of rules which the Government of

Maharashtra proposes to make in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (i) of sub-section (2) of

section 184 read with sub-section (5) of section 19 of the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development

Act, 1976 (Mah. XXVIII of 1977), and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, and in supersession

of all the existing rules, notifications, orders or any other instruments issued in this behalf to regulate

recruitment to the post of Senior Clerk on the establishment of the Maharashtra Housing and Area

Development Authority, is hereby published, as required by sub-section (3) of section 184 of the said

Act, for the information of all the persons likely to be affected thereby; and a notice is hereby given

that the said draft will be taken into consideration by the Government of Maharashtra on or after

the 29th of January 2025.

2. Any objection or suggestions, which may be received by the Additional Chief Secretary, Housing

Department, Mantralaya, Madam Cama Marg, Hutatma Rajguru Chowk, Mumbai 400 032, from

any person with respect to the said draft rules before the aforesaid date, will be considered by the

Government.

DRAFT RULES

1. These rules may be called the Senior Clerk, Maharashtra Housing and Area Development

Authority (Recruitment) Rules, 2026.

2. In these rules, unless the context requires otherwise,—

(a) “Authority” means the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority

established under section 3 of Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Act, 1976 (Mah.

XXVIII of 1977);

(b) “Department” means Housing Department of Government of Maharashtra;

qualification declared by the Government to be equivalent thereto;

(d) “Eligibility for promotion” means the eligibility for promotion in accordance with the

terms and conditions specified for promotion in rules, resolutions or orders issued by the General

Administration Department, from time to time;

(e) “Government” means the Government of Maharashtra;

3. Appointment to the post of Senior Clerk on the establishment of the Authority, shall be

made,—

(1) by nomination from amongst the candidates who fulfils the following criteria, namely :—

(i) Age limit.—

(A) Lower Age Limit.—Nineteen years of age completed as on the last date of receipt of

applications as per advertisement for recruitment to the said post.

(B) Upper Age Limit.—Does not exceed thirty-eight years of age for the persons not belonging

to reserved categories and forty-three years of age for the persons belonging to reserved categories

as on the last date of receipt of application as per advertisement for recruitment to the said post.

(ii) (a) Minimum Educational Qualification.—A person holding a degree from a recognized

university; and

(b) A person holding a Government Commercial Certificate or Computer Typing Certificate with

a typing speed of at least thirty words per minute in Marathi or with typing speed of at least forty

words per minute in English.

(iii) Experience.—A person holding not less than three years of experience in administrative work

in the Government or Semi-Government Office or Government Undertakings or Company or Firm.

(2) by promotion of a suitable person having eligibility for promotion, on the basis of seniority,

from amongst the persons holding the post of Junior Clerk-Typist on the establishment of the

Authority, having not less than three years of regular and continuous service on that post.

4. The appointment to the post mentioned in rule 3 by promotion and nomination shall be made

in the ratio of 80:20.

5. A person before being appointed to the post mentioned in rule 3 shall be required to pass the

Departmental Examination conducted by the Authority if any, unless he has been exempted from

passing the same.

6. A person appointed to post mentioned in rule 3 shall pass the Marathi and Hindi languages

examinations as per the rules made in that behalf by the Government, from time to time, unless he

has already passed or has been exempted from passing those examinations.

7. A person appointed to the post mentioned in rule 3 shall possess Certificate of Computer

Operation prescribed by rules or orders issued in that behalf by the Government, from time to time.

8. (1) A person appointed to post mentioned in rule 3 by nomination shall submit a declaration of

Small Family as per the provisions of the Maharashtra Civil Services (Declaration of Small Family)

Rules, 2005 or any other rules, orders or any instruments issued in this behalf by the Government,

from time to time.

(2) A person having more than two children on the date of submission of Declaration of Small

Family shall be disqualified for the appointment in service.

(3) After appointment of a person in the service, if it is proved that he has more than two

children at the time of appointment or thereafter, then he shall be disqualified for continuing on the

said post in service.

9. A person appointed to the post mentioned in rule 3 shall be liable to be transferred to any of

the Board Office within the jurisdiction of the Authority in the State of Maharashtra.

10. The terms and conditions specified by the Government, from time to time, shall apply to the

person appointed to the post mentioned in rule 3 after his appointment in the service of the Authority.

सेवा प्रवेश नि�यमाचे प्रारूप

१. या नि�यमांं�ना, महाारााष्ट्र गृृहनि�र्मामाा�ण क्षेेत्रवि�काास प्राधिि˜करणाातील कनि�ष्ठ लि�पि�क- टंकलेेखक (सेेवााप्रवेश) नि�यम, २०२६ असेे

म्हणाावे.

२. नि�यमांं�मध्ये, संदर्भा�नुुसार दुसराा अर्थथ अपेक्षि�त नसेेल तर,

(अ) “शासन" याचा अर्थथ, महाारााष्ट्र शासन असा आहे.

(ब) “वि�भाागग” याचा अर्थथ महाारााष्ट्र शासनााचा गृृहनि�र्मामाा�ण वि�भाागग असा आहे.

(क) “प्राधिि˜करण" म्हणजे महाारााष्ट्र गृृहनि�र्मामाा�ण व क्षेेत्रवि�काास अधिि˜नि�यम, १९७६ (सन १९७७ चा महाा. २८) याच्या कलम

केलेली अन्य कोणतीही अर्हहताा.

(ई) “पदोोन्नतीीसाठी पात्रताा” म्हणजे शासनााने वेळोवेळी नि�र्गगमि�त केलेले नि�यम किं�ंवाा आदेशाव्दाारे नि�र्दीीष्ट केलेल्या अटी

आणि� शर्ती नुसार पदोोन्नतीीसाठी पात्रताा.

(इ) “शासकीीय वााणि�ज्य प्रमााणपत्र” याचा अर्थथ महाारााष्ट्र रााज्य परीीक्षा परि�षदेेचे किं�ंवाा महाारााष्ट्र शासनााच्या शि�क्षण वि�भाागााच्या

शासकीीय परीीक्षा मंडळाचे टंकलेेखनााचे किं�ंवाा संगगणक टंकलेेखनााचे प्रमााणपत्र असून, यात शासनााने या प्रयोजनाार्थथ माान्यताा दि�लेेल्या

प्रमााणपत्रााचा समाावेश होतो.

(उ) “गगट-ड” याचा अर्थथ महाारााष्ट्र गृृहनि�र्मामाा�ण व क्षेेत्रवि�काास प्राधिि˜करणााच्या आस्थाापनेेवरीील वर्गग-४ किं�ंवाा गगट-ड ;

प्राधिि˜करणााच्या आस्थाापनेेवरीील कनि�ष्ठ लि�पि�क-टंकलेेखक या पदाावरीील नि�युुक्ती प्राधिि˜करणाामध्ये पुढीील माार्गा�नेे

करण्यात येईल :—

(अ) पुढीील उमेदवाारांं�मधूून नाामनि�र्देेशनााद्वाारे ;

(एक) वयोोमर्या�दाा :- ज्या उमेदवाारााचे वय १९ वर्षा�पेेक्षा कमीी नसेेल, आणि� खुल्या वर्गा�तीील उमेदवााराासाठी ३८ वर्षा�पेेक्षा

(ब) प्राधिि˜करणााच्या आस्थाापनेेवर गगट-ड मधीील पद धारण करणााऱ्या व ज्या कर्ममचाऱ्याने कि�माान ३ वर्षा�चीी नि�यमि�त सेेवाा पुर्णण

केलेल्या व वरीील खंंड (अ) च्या उपखंंड (दोन) व (तीन) मध्ये वि�हि�त केलेली अर्हहताा धारण करणााऱ्या व्यक्तींमधूून पात्रताा व सेेवाा

ज्येष्ठतेच्या आधारे या नि�कषाावर योग्य अशा व्यक्तीस पदोोन्नतीी देऊन;

किं�ंवाा

(क) अनुकंपा तत्त्वाावर नि�वड करण्यासाठी शासनााने वेळोवेळी नि�र्गगमि�त केलेल्या आदेशां�नुुसार खंंड (अ) च्या उपखंंड (दोन)

व (तीन) मध्ये वि�हि�त केलेली अर्हहताा धारण करीीत असलेेल्या उमेदवाारााची अनुकंपा तत्त्वाावर नि�युुक्तीने;

किं�ंवाा

(ड) गगट-क मधीील वााहनचाालक या पदाावर कि�माान ३ वर्षांंɕपेक्षा कमीी नााही इतकीी नि�यमि�त सेेवाा पूर्णण केलेल्या व खंंड (अ)

च्या उपखंंड (दोन) व (तीन) मध्ये वि�हि�त केलेली अर्हहताा धारण करीीत असलेेल्या व कनि�ष्ठ लि�पि�क- टंकलेेखक या पदाावर येण्यास

इच्छुुकताा दि�लेेल्या व्यक्तींमधूून, पात्रताा व सेेवाा ज्येष्ठतेच्या आधारे या नि�कषाावर योग्य अशा व्यक्तीस काायमस्वरूपी संवर्गग बदलीीने

नि�युुक्ती देताा येईल. वााहनचाालक या पदाावरून नि�युुक्ती दि�लेेल्या व्यक्तींची कनि�ष्ठ लि�पि�क-टंकलेेखक पदाावरीील सेेवााज्येष्ठताा कनि�ष्ठ

लि�पि�क-टंकलेेखक पदाावरीील नि�युुक्तीच्या दि�नांं�काापासून नि�श्चि�ित करण्यात येईल.

४.नि�यम ३ येथेे नमूूद पदाावर पदोोन्नतीीने, अनुकंपा तत्त्वाावरीील नि�युुक्तीसह नाामनि�र्देेशनााने व वााहनचाालकाामधूून काायमस्वरूपी

बदलीीने कराावयााच्या नि�युुक्ती यां�चेे प्रमााण ४०:५०:१० असेे रााहील.

परंंतु असेे की, पदोोन्नतीीने किं�ंवाा वााहनचाालकाामधूून काायमस्वरूपी बदलीीने नि�युुक्तीसाठी वि�हि�त अर्हहताा धारण करणाारे उमेदवाार

उपलब्ध नसल्यास, नि�युुक्ती प्राधिि˜कााऱ्यां�नाा पदोोन्नतीीचे व वााहनचाालकाामधूून काायमस्वरूपी बदलीीचे प्रमााण शि�थि�ल करून उमेदवाारांं�ची

नाामनि�र्देेशनााने नि�युुक्ती करताा येईल.

होणे आवश्यक रााहील.

Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Act, 1976.

No.SEPRANI-2020/C.R.88/GRUNIBHU.—The following draft of rules which the Government of

Maharashtra proposes to make in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (i) of sub-section (2) of

section 184 read with sub-section (5) of section 19 of the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development

Act, 1976 (Mah. XXVIII of 1977), and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, and in supersession

of all the existing rules, notifications, orders or any other instruments issued in this behalf to regulate

recruitment to the post of Junior Clerk on the establishment of the Maharashtra Housing and Area

Development Authority, is hereby published, as required by sub-section (3) of section 184 of the said

Act, for the information of all the persons likely to be affected thereby; and a notice is hereby given

that the said draft will be taken into consideration by the Government of Maharashtra on or after

the 29th of January 2025.

2. Any objection or suggestions, which may be received by the Additional Chief Secretary, Housing

Department, Mantralaya, Madam Cama Marg, Hutatma Rajguru Chowk, Mumbai 400 032, from

any person with respect to the said draft rules before the aforesaid date, will be considered by the

Government.

DRAFT RULES

1. These rules may be called the Junior Clerk, Maharashtra Housing and Area Development

Authority (Recruitment) Rules, 2026.

2. In these rules, unless the context requires otherwise,-

(a) “Authority” means the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority

established under section 3 of Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Act, 1976 (Mah.

XXVIII of 1977);

(b) “Department” means Housing Department of Government of Maharashtra;

qualification declared by the Government to be equivalent thereto;

(d) “eligibility for promotion” means the eligibility for promotion in accordance with the

terms and conditions specified for promotion in rules, resolutions or orders issued by the General

Administration Department, from time to time;

(e) “Government” means the Government of Maharashtra;

(f) “Government Commercial Certificate” means a certificate in typing or computer typing

issued by the Maharashtra State Examination Council or the Government Examination Board

of the Education Department, Government of Maharashtra; and includes a certificate issued

by any other institution recognized by the Government for this purpose;

(g) “Group-D” means “Class-4 or Group-D” on the premises of the Maharashtra Housing

And Area Development Authority.

3. Appointment to the post of Junior Clerk on the establishment of the Authority, shall be made,-

(1) by nomination from amongst the candidates who fulfils the following criteria, namely:—

(i) Age limit.—

(A) Lower Age Limit.—Nineteen years of age completed as on the last date of receipt of

applications as per advertisement for recruitment to the said post.

(B) Upper Age Limit.- Does not exceed thirty-eight years of age for the persons not belonging to

reserved categories and forty-three years of age for the persons belonging to reserved categories as

on the last date of receipt of application as per advertisement for recruitment to the said post.

(ii) Minimum Educational Qualification.—

(a) A person holding a degree from a recognized university; and

(b) A person holding a Government Commercial Certificate or Computer Typing Certificate with

a typing speed of at least thirty words per minute in Marathi or with typing speed of at least forty

words per minute in English.

(2) by promotion of a suitable person having eligibility for promotion, on the basis of seniority,

from amongst the persons holding the post of Group-D on the establishment of the Authority, having

not less than three years of regular and continuous service on that post and possessing educational

qualification as mentioned in clause (ii) of sub-rule (1) of this rule; or

(3) on compassionate ground, of a suitable person, in accordance with the orders issued in this

behalf by the Government, from time to time, who possess qualifications as mentioned in clause (ii)

of sub-rule (1) of this rule; or

(4) by transfer of a suitable person, on the basis of seniority from amongst the persons holding

the post of Driver, Group C, in permanent cadre, in the establishment of the Authority, who shows

willingness for the post of Junior Clerk-Typist, Group C and having completed not less than three

years of regular service after completion of probation period on the post of Driver and possessing

qualifications mentioned in clause (ii) of sub-rule (1) of this rule. The seniority of the persons

appointed from the post of Driver to the post of Junior Clerk-Typist will be determined from the date

of appointment to the post of Junior Clerk-Typist.

4. The appointment to the post mentioned in rule 3 by promotion, compassionate grounds and

nomination and permanent transfer of Group-C Drivers shall be made in the ratio of 40:50:10.

Provided that, if candidates possessing the prescribed qualifications are not available for

appointment by promotion or permanent transfer from the post of driver, the appointing Authority

may relax the ratio of promotion and permanent transfer from the post of driver and appoint the

candidates by nomination.

5. A person before being appointed to the post mentioned in rule 3 shall be required to pass the

Departmental Examination conducted by the Authority if any, unless he has been exempted from

passing the same.

6. A person appointed to post mentioned in rule 3 shall pass the Marathi and Hindi languages

examinations as per the rules made in that behalf by the Government, from time to time, unless he

has already passed or has been exempted from passing those examinations.

7. A person appointed to the post mentioned in rule 3 shall possess Certificate of Computer

Operation prescribed by rules or orders issued in that behalf by the Government, from time to time.

8. (1) A person appointed to post mentioned in rule 3 by nomination shall submit a declaration

of Small Family as per the provisions of the Maharashtra Civil Services (Declaration of Small Family)

Rules, 2005 or any other rules, orders or any instruments issued in this behalf by the Government,

from time to time.

(2) A person having more than two children on the date of submission of Declaration of Small

Family shall be disqualified for the appointment in service.

(3) After appointment of a person in the service, if it is proved that he has more than two

children at the time of appointment or thereafter, then he shall be disqualified for continuing on the

said post in service.

२. नि�यमांं�मध्ये, संदर्भा�नुुसार दुसराा अर्थथ अपेक्षि�त नसेेल तर,

(अ) “शासन" याचा अर्थथ, महाारााष्ट्र शासन असा आहे.

(क) "प्राधिि˜करण" म्हणजे महाारााष्ट्र गृृहनि�र्मामाा�ण व क्षेेत्रवि�काास अधिि˜नि�यम, १९७६ (सन १९७७ चा महाा. २८) याच्या कलम

केलेली अन्य कोणतीही अर्हहताा.

३. प्राधिि˜करणााच्या आस्थाापनेेवरीील सहाायक या पदाावरीील नि�युुक्ती प्राधिि˜करणाामध्ये पुढीील माार्गा�नेे करण्यात येईल :—

(अ) पुढीील उमेदवाारांं�मधूून नाामनि�र्देेशनााद्वाारे ;

(iii) Experience.—A person holding not less than five years of experience in the

administrative work in the Government or Semi-Government Office or Government

(2) by promotion of a suitable person having eligibility for promotion, on the basis of

seniority, from amongst the persons holding the post of Senior Clerk on the establishment of

the Authority, having not less than three years of regular and continuous service on that post.

4. The appointment to the post mentioned in rule 3 by promotion and nomination shall be

made in the ratio of 90:10.

5. A person before being appointed to the post mentioned in rule 3 shall be required to pass

the Departmental Examination conducted by the Authority if any, unless he has been exempted

from passing the same.
