NOTIFICATION

No. SPC-1316/C.R.205/IX.—Whereas, the administrative approval has been accorded to

establish 18 Additional Courts, viz., 14 Additional Courts in the cadre of District Judge and 4

Additional Courts in the cadre of Senior Civil Judge under the 14th Finance Commission, vide

Government Resolution referred above at Sr. No. 1 ;

And whereas, the administrative approval has been accorded to extend the tenure of Additional

Courts for further 2 years after completion of their earlier tenure of 5 years, vide Government

Resolution referred above at Sr. No. 2 ;

And whereas, the administrative approval has been accorded to extend the tenure of Additional

Courts for further 2 years after completion of their earlier extended tenure of 2 years, vide Government

Resolution referred above at Sr. No. 3 ;

And whereas, the period of appointment of Shri Sayaji Bapurao Korhale, Extra Joint District

Judge and Additional Sessions Judge, Niphad, District Nashik vide Government Notification referred

above at Sr. No.4, will complete on 01.12.2025 ;

And whereas, the Government of Maharashtra in consultation with the Hon’ble High Court of

Judicature at Bombay hereby continues the appointment of Shri Sayaji Bapurao Korhale up to the

age of 65 years or till validity of tenure of scheme or until further orders, whichever occurs earlier.
