महाारााष्ट्र माथााडी हमााल व इतर श्रमजीवी कामगार (नोकरीचे नि�यमन व कल्याण) अधि�नि�य

म, १९६९.

क्रमांं�क युुडब्ल्युुए-२०२५/प्र.क्र.२०९/काम-५.—खाालील अधिि˜सूूचनेचा मसुुदाा, जोो महााराष्ट्र शाासनााकडून महााराष्ट्र माथााडी, हमााल

आणिि” इतर श्रमजीीवी कामगाार (नोकरीीचे नि�यमन आणिि” कल्याण) अधिि˜नि�यम, १९६९ (महााराष्ट्र अधिि˜नि�यम XXX of १९६९) (यापुुढेे

“सदर अधिि˜नि�यम” म्हणूून ओळखलेे जाईल) च्या कलम २६ अन्वयेे प्रदान केलेल्या अधिि˜कारांं�चा वाापर करून जारीी करण्यात येत आहे.

सदर अधिि˜नि�यमाच्या अनुुसूूचीमध्ये लोखंड आणिि” पोलाद बाजार किं�ंवाा दुकाानांं�तील रोजगाार संबंधिि˜त नोंंद क्रमांं�क १, बाजार, कारखााने

आणिि” इतर आस्थाापनाा येथील रोजगाार संबंधिि˜त नोंंद क्रमांं�क ५ मध्ये सुुधारणाा करण्याबाबत आणिि” “ऊस लागवड क्षेेत्राातील ऊस कापणीी,

मोळी बां�धूून बैलगाडीत/ट्रॅक्टर/ट्रकमध्ये भरणेे, तोडलेला ऊस वााहून नेणे, त्याची भरााई, उतराई किं�ंवाा अशाा कामाच्या पूर्व तयारीीचे किं�ंवाा

तद्नुुषंंगि�क काम या संबंधातील नोकरीी”, यां�चाा समाावेश असलेेली नोंंद क्र. १५ या ऐवजीी “माल भरणेे,तो उतरवि�णेे, रचणे, त्याची ने-आण

करणेे, त्याचे वजन

व मापन करणेे किं�ंवाा अशाा कामाच्या पूर्वतयारीीची किं�ंवाा अनुुषंंगीक कामे करून, अशाा प्रकारच्या इतर कामासंबंधातील

धातू (लोखंड व पोलाद वगळून) व कागद बाजार किं�ंवाा दुकााने यातील नोकरीी” याचा समाावेश करण्याची बाब वि�चााराधीन आहे. त्यानुुसाार

सदर अधिि˜नि�यमाच्या कलम २६ नुुसाार आवश्यक असल्याप्रमाणे ही अधिि˜सूूचनाा सर्व संबंधिि˜त व्यक्तींच्या माहि�तीीसाठीी प्रकाशि�त केली जात

आहे; आणिि” यासह सूूचि�त करण्यात येते की ही अधिि˜सूूचनाा महाारााष्ट्र शाासन रााजपत्रात प्रकाशि�त झााल्याच्या तारखेेपासूून तीन महि�न्यांं�च्या

कालावधीीची मुुदत संपल्यानंंतर महााराष्ट्र शाासनााकडून वि�चाारार्थथ घेेतली जाईल.

२.  या मसुुद्यााबाबत कोणत्याही व्यक्तींकडून सह आयुुक्त (माथााडी) कामगाार, कामगाार भवन

, कामगाार आयुुक्त कार्या�लय,

वांं�द्रेे कुर्ला� संकुल, वााद्रें (पूर्व), मुंं�बई ४०० ०५१ यांं�च्याकडे प्राप्त होणारे कोणतेही आक्षेेप आणिि” सूूचनाा, वरीील कालावधीी संपण्यापूर्वी,

शाासनााकडून वि�चाारात घेेतले जातील.

मसुदा अधि�सूूचनाा

क्रमांं�क युुडब्ल्युुए-२०२५/प्र.क्र.२०९/काम-५.—महााराष्ट्र माथााडी,हमााल व इतर श्रमजीीवी कामगाार (नोकरीीचे नि�यमन व कल्याण)

अधिि˜नि�यम, १९६९ च्या कलम २६ अन्वयेे प्रदान केलेल्या प्राधिि˜कारांं�चा वाापर करून महााराष्ट्र शाासन सदर अधिि˜नि�यमाला संलग्न

अनुुसूूचीमध्ये पुुढीीलप्रमाणे सुुधारणाा करण्यात येत आहे :—

अधिि˜नि�यमाला संलग्न असलेेल्या अनुुसूूचीमधीील,—

(१)  नोंंद क्र. १ मधीील “लोखंड व पोलाद किं�ंवाा दुकाान यातील नोकरीी” या शब्दां�नंंंतर कंसामध्ये “(इमारत व इतर बां�धकाम

कामे वगळून)” या शब्दां�चाा समाावेश करण्यात येईल.

(२)  नोंंद क्र. ५ मधीील “इतर आस्थाापनाातील नोकरीी” या शब्दां�नंंंतर कंसामध्ये “(इमारत व इतर बां�धकाम कामे वगळून)”

या शब्दां�चाा समाावेश करण्यात येईल.

(३)  नोंंद क्र. १५ मध्ये सुुधारणाा करून त्याऐवजीी खाालील नोंंदीचा समाावेश करण्यात येईल :—

“ १५.  माल भरणेे, तो उतरवि�णेे, रचणे, त्याची ने-आण करणेे , त्याचे वजन

व मापन करणेे किं�ंवाा अशाा कामाच्या

पूर्वतयारीीची किं�ंवाा अनुुषंंगीक कामे करून, अशाा प्रकारच्या इतर कामासंबधातील धातू (लोखंड व पोलाद वगळून) व कागद

बाजार किं�ंवाा दुकााने यातील नोकरीी (इमारत व इतर बां�धकाम कामे वगळून )”.

NOTIFICATION

Maharashtra Mathadi, hamal and other manual Workers (Regulation of Employment & Welfare)

Act, 1969.

No. UWA-2025/C.R.209/LAB-5.—The following draft of notification which is proposed to be

issued by the Government of Maharashtra in exercise of the powers conferred by section 26 of the

Maharashtra Mathadi Hamal and other Manual Workers (Regulation of Employment and Welfare)

Act, 1969 (Mah. XXX of 1969) (hereinafter referred to as “the said Act”), with a view to modify item No.

1 relating to the Employment in Iron and Steel Market or shops, item No. 5 relating to Employment in

markets, factories and other establishments and to substitute item No. 15 relating to “Employment in

Sugarcane Cultivating Area in connection with doing the work of harvesting sugarcane, carting and

stacking in bullock cart/tractor, truck, carrying, loading, unloading of sugarcane and such other work

including the work preparatory or incidental to such operations”, by item namely “Employment in

Metal and paper market or shops in connection with loading, unloading, stacking, carrying, weighing,

measuring or such other work including work preparatory or incidental to such operations”, of the

Schedule appended to the said Act, is hereby published as required by section 26 of the said Act

for the information of all the persons likely to be affected thereby ; and notice is hereby given that

the said draft will be taken into consideration by the Government of Maharashtra after the expiry

of the period of three months from the date of publication of this notification in the Maharashtra

Government Gazette.

2. Any suggestions and objections which may be received by the Joint Commissioner

(Mathadi) Labour, Kamgar Bhavan, Commissoner Office, Bandra-Kurla Comlex, Bandra (East),

Mumbai 400 051, from any person in respect of the said draft, before the expiry of the above mentioned

period will be taken into consideration by the Government.

DRAFT NOTIFICATION

No. UWA-2025/C.R.209/LAB-5.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 26 of the

Maharashtra Mathadi, hamal and other manual workers (Regulation of Employment & Welfare) Act,

1969 (Mah.XXX of 1969), the Government of Maharashtra hereby amends the schedule appended to

the said Act, as follows, namely :—

In the Schedule appended to the said Act,—

(1)  in item No. 1 after the words “to such operations” the brackets and words “(excluding

building and other construction work)” shall be added ;

(2)  in item No. 5 after the words “entries in this Schedule” the brackets and words

“(excluding building and other construction work and work related to shifting of house or office)”

shall be added ; and

(3)  for item No. 15, the following entry shall be substituted, namely :—

“15.  Employment in Metal (excluding iron and steel) and paper market or shops in

connection with loading, unloading, stacking, carrying, weighing, measuring or such other

work including work preparatory or incidental to such operations (excluding of building

and other construction work).”
