महाारााष्ट्र दि�वााणी न्यायालय अधि�नि�य

म.

क्रमांं�क न्यास्थााप-०८२५/प्र.क्र.१३४/काार्या�सन-११. — महााराष्ट्र दि�वााणीी न्यायालय अधिि˜नि�यम (१८६९ चाा १४) याच्या कलम

२१, २२अ व २३ यांं�द्वाारे प्रदाान केलेल्या अधिि˜काारांं�चाा, आणि� याबाबतीत त्यास समर्थथ करणाऱ्या इतर सर्वव अधिि˜काारांं�चाा वाापर करून,

आणि� त्याबाबतीत यापूर्वी कााढलेल्या सर्वव अधिि˜सूचनाा, जेथवर त्या साताारा जि�ल्ह्याातील जि�ल्हा न्यायालय, साताारा यास दुय्यम असलेल्या

दि�वााणीी न्यायाधीश वरि�ष्ठ स्तर, साताारा यांं�च्या न्यायालयाशी संबंधिि˜त असतील तेथवर, त्यांं�मध्ये अंशत: फेेरबदल करून, महााराष्ट्र शासन,

याद्वाारे असे नि�देेश देत आहे की, दि�नांं�क १५ फेेब्रुुवाारी, २०२६ पासून, -

(क) साताारा जि�ल्ह्याातील फलटण येथे जि�ल्हा न्यायालय, साताारा यास दुय्यम असलेले एक दि�वााणीी न्यायालय वरि�ष्ठ स्तर

असेल ;

(ख) दि�वााणीी न्यायाधीश वरि�ष्ठ स्तर हे, उक्त न्यायालयाचे पीठासीन अधिि˜काारी असतील आणि� ते साताारा जि�ल्ह्याातील

फलटण येथे त्यां�चेे न्यायालय भरवतीील ; आणि�

(ग) साताारा जि�ल्ह्याातील दि�वााणीी न्यायाधीश वरि�ष्ठ स्तर, फलटण यांं�च्या सर्वसााधारण अधिि˜काारि�तेेच्या स्थाानि�क सीमांं�मध्ये

साताारा जि�ल्ह्याातील फलटण या महसुुली ताालुक्याच्या स्थाानि�क सीमांं�मध्ये समावि�ष्ट असलेल्या क्षेेत्रांं�चाा समावेश असेल आणि� सदर

क्षेेत्रे, जी यापूर्वी दि�वााणीी न्यायाधीश, वरि�ष्ठ स्तर, साताारा यांं�च्या सर्वसााधारण अधिि˜काारि�तेेच्या स्थाानि�क सीमांं�मध्ये समावि�ष्ट हाती

ती उक्त क्षेेत्रे त्यामधूून वगळण्यात येतील.

NOTIFICATION

Maharashtra Civil Courts Act.

No. Nyasthap-0825/C.R.134/DESK-11.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 21,

22A and 23 of the Maharashtra Civil Courts Act (XIV of 1869), and of all other powers enabling it

in this behalf, and in partial modification of all earlier notifications issued in that behalf, in so far

as they relate to the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Satara in Satara District, subordinate to

the District Court, Satara, the Government of Maharashtra, hereby directs that, with effect from

15th February, 2026,-

(a) there shall be a Civil Court at Phaltan, sub-ordinate to the District Court, Satara in

Satara District ;

(b) the said Court shall be presided over by the Civil Judge (Senior Division) who shall hold

his Court at Phaltan in Satara; and

(c) the local limits of the ordinary jurisdiction of the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Phaltan

in Satara District shall comprise of the areas covered within the local limits of the revenue tehsil

of Phaltan in Satara District and work from the said tehsil which was heretofore included within

the local limits of the ordinary jurisdiction of the Civil Judge (Senior Division) Satara in Satara

District shall be excluded therefrom.

यांं�च्या न्यायालयाच्या सर्वसााधारण अधिि˜काारि�तेेच्या स्थाानि�क सीमांं�मध्ये, उक्त अधिि˜नि�यमान्वयेे नि�र्णणय कराावयााच्या प्रकरणांं�च्या बाबतीत

अधिि˜काारि�ताा असलेल्या साताारा जि�ल्ह्याातील दि�वााणीी न्यायाधीश वरि�ष्ठ स्तर, फलटण यां�चेे न्यायालय वि�नि�र्दि�िष्ट करीीत आहे.

NOTIFICATION

Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.

No. Nyasthap-0825/C.R.134/ DESK-11.— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of

section 3 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (25 of 1955), in its application to the State of Maharashtra,

and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, and in partial modification of all the earlier

notifications issued in that behalf, in so far as they relate to the revenue tehsil of Phaltan in Satara

District, the Government of Maharashtra, hereby, with effect from 15th February, 2026, specifies, the

Court of Civil Judge Senior Division at Phaltan, in Satara District, as having jurisdiction in respect

of the matters to be dealt with under the said Act, within the local limits of ordinary jurisdiction of

the existing Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division), Phaltan in Satara District, established under the

Maharashtra Civil Courts Act (XIV of 1869).
