म, १९९९.

आनंदनगर, घोोडबंंदर रोड, ठााणेे-४०० ६१५, नोंदणी क्र.१७१०२००३१११९९९९७ ( यापुढेे उक्त वि�त्तीीय संस्थाा असा उल्लेख करण्यात
आला आहे. ) आणि� सदर संस्थे�चे अध्यक्ष, संचालक, व्यवस्थाापक, प्रवर्ततक, भागीदार, सदस्य आणि� कर्मचाारी यां�नीी मुदतीअंती लाभासह
ठेवी परत करण्याचे आश्वासि�त करून ठेवी स्वि�िका
ारल्या होत्या;
आणि� ज्याअर्थीी, उक्त वि�त्तीीय संस्थाा आणि� सदर संस्थेंचे अध्यक्ष,संचालक, व्यवस्थाापक, प्रवर्ततक, भागीदार, सदस्य आणि�
कर्मचाारी यां�नीी ठेवीदारांं�कडून स्वीकारलेल्या ठेवी मुदतपूर्तीनंतर ठेवीदारां�नाा परत करण्यास कसूर केला असल्याने त्यां�चेेवि�रुध्द गु.र.क्र.
२७४/२०२१ कलम ४२०, ४०६, ४०९ आणि� ३४ भारतीय दंड संहि�ता (१८६० चा ४५) सह महाराष्ट्र ठेवीदारां�चेे हि�तसंबधााचे संरक्षण
अधि�नि�यम, १९९९ (२००० चा १६) चे कलम ३ अधि�नि�यमान्वये गुन्हयाबाबत कासारवडवली पोलीस ठााणेे, ठााणेे शहर येथेे गुन्हा दाखल
करण्यात आला आहे;
आणि ज्याअर्थी, महाराष्ट्र शासनाची अशी खात्ी झाली आहे की, उक्त वित्तीय संस््थथा आणि सदर संस््थेचे अध्यक्ष, संचालक,
व्यवस््थथापक, प्रवर््तक, भागीदार, सदस्य आणि कर््मचारी हे ठेवीदारांनी मागणी केल्यानुसार ठेवी परत करण्यात अपयशी ठरले असून उक्त
वित्तीय संस््थथाद्ारे ठेवीदारांना ठेवी परत करण्याची शक्यता दिसून येत नाही;
आणि� ज्याअर्थीी, महाराष्ट्र शासनाला उक्त वि�त्तीीय संस्थाा आणि� सदर संस्थेंचे अध्यक्ष, संचालक, व्यवस्थाापक, प्रवर्ततक, भागीदार,
सदस्य आणि� कर्मचाारी किं�ंवा कोणतीीही अन्य व्यक्ती यां�नीी जमा केलेल्या ठेवींमधून त्यांं�च्या स्वत:च्या अथवाा कोणत्याही अन्य व्यक्तीच्या
नावे रक्कम व अन्य मालमत्ता संपादि�त करण्यात आली असल्याचे अभि�कथि�त असल्याने, उक्त वि�त्तीीय संस्थांं�मधील ठेवीदारांं�च्या हि�ताचे
संरक्षण करण्याकरि�ता अशी रक्कम व अन्य मालमत्ता जप्त करण्याचे आणि� अशा जप्त रक्कम व अन्य मालमत्ता यावर नि�यंत्रण ठेवण्याकरि�ता
उपवि�भागीय दंडाधि�कारी, उपवि�भाग ठााणेे, ठााणेे यां�चीी सक्षम प्राधि�कारी म्हणून नि�युक्ती करणेे आवश्यक वाटते.

त्याअर्थीी आता, महाराष्ट्र ठेवीदारांं�च्या (वि�त्तीीय संस्थांं�मधील) हि�तसंबंधााचे संरक्षण अधि�नि�यम, १९९९ (२००० चा महाराष्ट्र १६)
च्या कलम ४ चे पोट कलम (१) व कलम ५चे पोट-कलम (१) याद्वारे प्रदान करण्यात आलेल्या अधि�कारां�चाा वापर करून महाराष्ट्र
शासन याद्वारे—
(अ) अनुसूचीत विनिर््ददिष्ट केल्याप्रमाणे, अनुजा कन्सल्टन्सी, ठाणे आणि सदर संस््थथेचे अध्यक्ष, संचालक, व्यवस््थथापक,
प्रवर््तक, भागीदार, सदस्य आणि कर््मचारी किंवा कोणतीही अन्य व्यक्ती यांच्या नावे असलेली रक्कम व अन्य मालमत्ता जप्त करीत
आहे;
आणि
(ब) सदर जप्त केलेल्या रक्कम व अन्य मालमत्ता यावर नि�यंत्रण ठेवण्यासाठी उपवि�भागीय दंडाधि�कारी, उपवि�भाग ठााणेे,
ठााणेे यां�चीी सक्षम प्राधि�कारी म्हणून नि�युक्ती करण्यात येत आहे.

Order
Maharashtra Protection of Interest of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1999.
No.MPID-1125/C.R.No.188/Pol-15.-Whereas, the Anuja Consultancy, Shop No.24, Swastik
Residency , Phase-1, Kavesar, Anandnagar, Ghodbunder Road, Thane-400 615, Registration
No.1710200311199997 (hereinafter referred to as “the said Financial Establishment”) and its
Chairman, Directors, Managers, Promoters, Partners, Members and its employees received deposits
from depositors under the scheme to repay the deposits on maturity along with benefits promised
thereof to the depositors;
And whereas, offence has been registered against the said Financial Establishment and its
Chairman, Directors, Managers, Promoters, Partners, Members and its employees at Kasarvadavli
Police station, Thane City, vide FIR No. 274/2023 under section 420, 406, 409 and 34 of the Indian
Penal Code ( 45 of 1860 ) read with Sections 3 of the Maharashtra Protection of Interest of Depositors
(in financial Establishments ) Act 1999, ( Mah.XVI of 2000 ), that they have collected the deposits
and have failed to repay the deposits after maturity;
And whereas, the Government of Maharashtra is satisfied that the said Financial Establishment
and its Chairman, Directors, Managers, Promoters, Partners, Members and its employees have failed
to repay the deposits on demand by the depositors and the said Financial Establishment are not
likely to repay the deposits to the depositors;
And whereas, the Government of Maharashtra considers it expedient to attach the monies and
other properties believed to have been acquired by the said Financial Establishment and its Chairman,
Directors, Managers, Promoters, Partners, Members and its employees or any other person either in
their own name or in the name of any other person out of the deposits collected by the said Financial
Establishment, in order to protect the interest of the depositors of the said Financial Establishment
and to appoint Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Sub-Division Thane, Thane as the Competent Authority
to excercise control over the monies and other properties attached.
Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section
(1) of section 5 of the Maharashtra Protection of Interest of Depositors (in Financial Establishments)
Act, 1999 (Mah. XVI of 2000), the Government of Maharashtra hereby, -
(a) attaches the monies and other properties in the name of Anuja Consultancy,
Thane-400 615 , and its Chairman, Directors, Managers, Promoters,Partners, Members and its
employees or any other person, as specified in the Schedule appended hereto; and
(b) appoints the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Sub-Division Thane, Thane to be the Competent
Authority, to exercise control over the monies and other properties attached.
