ज्याअर्थीी, महाारााष्ट्र औद्योोगि�क विि¦कास अधिि˜नि�यम, १९६१ मधील अनुुक्रमे कलम १४ (एक) आणिि” कलम १४ (दोोन) (ब)

नुसार, सामान्यतः, महाारााष्ट्र रााज्यात उद्योोगधंद्यांं�चीी त्वरि�त व पद्धतशीर स्थाापनाा करण्यास व त्यांं�चीी वाढ करण्यास तसेच त्यां�चाा विि¦कास

करण्यास प्रोोत्साहन देणे व त्यासंबंधात मदत करणेे. आणिि” रााज्य शाासनाने या प्रयोोजनासाठीी नि�वडलेल्या औद्योोगि�क क्षेेत्रांं�चाा विि¦कास करणेे

आणिि” उपक्रमांं�चीी स्थाापनाा होण्यासाठीी अशीी क्षेेत्रे त्यां�नाा उपलब्ध करून देणेसंदर्भाभााɑत महाामंडळााचीी कामे स्पष्ट करण्यात आलेली आहेत ;

आणिि” ज्याअर्थीी, महाारााष्ट्र औद्योोगि�क विि¦कास अधिि˜नि�यम, १९६१ मधील कलम १५ (के) नुसार महाामंडळााचे सर्ववसाधारण

अधिि˜कारांं�तर्गगत आपलेे कामकाज योग्यरीतीने पाार पााडण्यास आणिि” या अधिि˜नि�यमाचीी प्रयोोजने अंंमलात आणण्यास त्यास आवश्यक किं�ंवा

इष्ट वाटतील अशाा इतर गोष्टी व कामे करणेे ;

आणिि” ज्याअर्थीी, महाारााष्ट्र औद्योोगि�क विि¦कास अधिि˜नि�यम, १९६१ चे तरतुुदी अंंतर्गगत रााज्य शाासनाने औद्योोगि�क क्षेेत्र म्हणूून महाारााष्ट्र

औद्योोगि�क विि¦कास महाामंडळााचे सद्याचे नां�देेड औद्योोगि�क क्षेेत्र उक्त अधिि˜नि�यमाचे हेतुस्तव यापूर्वी अधिि˜सूचि�त केलेले आहे ;

आणिि” ज्याअर्थीी, महाारााष्ट्र औद्योोगि�क विि¦कास अधिि˜नि�यम, १९६१ चे कलम ४३-(१ब) नुसार महाामंडळाास कोणत्याही औद्योोगि�क

क्षेेत्रााला रााजपत्रातील अधिि˜सूचनेेव्दारे एकात्मि��क औद्योोगि�क क्षेेत्र म्हणूून अधिि˜सूचि�त करताा येईल आणिि” अशीी अधिि˜सूचनाा काढल्यावर,

महाामंडळ हे, महाारााष्ट्र प्रादेशि�क व नगररचना

ा अधिि˜नि�यम, १९६६ अन्वये अशाा एकात्मि��क औद्योोगि�क क्षेेत्रााकरि�ताा विि¦शेष नि�योजन प्राधिि˜करण

होईल ;

ज्याअर्थीी, उद्योोग, ऊर्जाɑ व कामगार विि¦भाागाचीी अधिि˜सूचनाा १४ फेेब्रुुवारी २०१८ आणिि” दि�नांं�क २६ ऑगस्ट २०२४ अन्वये महाारााष्ट्राचे

लॉॉजििस्टीक धोरण जाहीर करणेेत आले आहे. आणिि” महाामंडळााचे CDCPR-२०२३ मधील विि¦नि�यम क्र.१.९ मधील तरतुुदी नुसार सदर

धोरण महाामंडळाास लागू करणेेबाबत नमूद केले आहे. तसेच उपरोोक्त नि�यमावलीीतील विि¦नि�यम क्र.१२.३ मधील तरतुुदीनुसार एकात्मि��क

लॉॉजििस्टिĒिक पाार्क स्‍‍थाापन करण्‍‍यााचे कार्ययपद्धती अवलंंबण्यात आली आहे.

आणिि” ज्याअर्थीी, महाामंडळााच्या नां�देेड औद्योोगि�क क्षेेत्राातील मे. टेक्सटाईल कॉर्पोरेशन ऑफ मरााठवााडा लि�. यां�चेेकडीील भूखंंड

क्र. बी-७ ते बी-१२. वरीील ८.१८ हे. क्षेेत्रााला एकात्मि��क लॉॉजििस्टीक पाार्क स्थाापन करण्यास दि�. ०९/०४/२०२५ रोजी संपन्न झाालेल्या

१७३ व्या उच्चाधिि˜कार समि�तीच्या बैठकीीत मान्यता मि�ळााली आहे. परंंतु, नां�देेड औद्योोगि�क क्षेेत्राामधील लॉॉजििस्टिĒिक वापरााचे प्रमााण विि¦चाराात

घेेऊन ६.८७ हे. क्षेेत्राावर एकात्मि��क लॉॉजििस्टिĒिक पाार्क स्‍‍थाापन करण्‍‍यााचे प्रस्‍‍तााविि¦त केले आहे.

आणिि” ज्याअर्थीी, उच्चाधिि˜कार समि�तीच्या १२७ रोजी संपन्न झाालेल्या दि�. ०१.१०.२०२० बैठकीीच्या इति�वृत्ताानुसार एकात्मि��क

औद्योोगि�क क्षेेत्र घोषि�त करण्यासाठीीच्या महाारााष्ट्र औद्योोगि�क विि¦कास अधिि˜नि�यम, १९६१ मधील कलम ४३ (१ब) अन्वये एकात्मि��क

लॉॉजििस्टीक पाार्कच्या प्रकरणांं�चीी कारवााई करण्यात यावी असेे नि�र्देश महाामंडळाास देण्यात आले आहे ;

त्याअर्थीी, शाासनाचे महाारााष्ट्र औद्योोगि�क विि¦कास अधिि˜नि�यम, १९६१ (सन २०१३ चा सुधारणाा अधिि˜नि�यम, १५) च्या

कलम ४३, खंंड (१ब) अन्वये महाामंडळाास प्रदाान केलेल्या शक्तीचा वापर करून नि�म्नस्वाक्षरीीकार, म्हणजेे मुख्य कार्ययकारी अधिि˜कारी,

महाारााष्ट्र औद्योोगि�क विि¦कास महाामंडळ याद्वाारे खालील अनुुसूचि�त उल्लेखि�लेेल्या क्षेेत्राास - एकात्मि��क औद्योोगि�क क्षेेत्र (लॉॉजििस्टीक पाार्क)

म्हणूून घोषि�त करीीत आहे.

MAHARASHTRA INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION

NOTIFICATION

No. MIDC/IIA (Logistic Park)/P285715/2026

Whereas, the provisions mentioned in Section 14(i) and 14(ii)(b) of the Maharashtra Industrial

Development Act, 1961 respectively enables the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation

to function as to generally to promote and assist in the rapid and orderly establishment , growth and

development of industries in the State of Maharashtra, and to develop industrial areas selected by the

State Government for the purpose and make them available for undertakings to establish themselves;

And Whereas, the provisions mentioned in Section 15(k) of the Maharashtra Industrial

Development Act, 1961 describes the general powers of the Maharashtra Industrial Development

Corporation to do such other things and perform such acts as it may think necessary or expedient

for the proper conduct of its functions, and the carrying into effect the purposes of this Act ;

And Whereas, under the provisions of the Maharashtra Industrial Development Act, 1961 the

State Government has already notified the land as Industrial Area Known as Nanded Industrial

Area of the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation for the purpose of the said Act ;

And Whereas, as per Section 43-(1B) of Maharashtra Industrial Development Act, 1961, that

subject to the general or specific directions of the State Government, the Corporation may, by

notification in the Official Gazette, notify any industrial area as the Integrated Industrial Area

and upon such notification, the Corporation shall become the Special Planning Authority for such

Integrated Industrial Area under the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 ;

And Whereas Industries, Labour and Energy Department vide Notification dated 14.02.2014

and dated 26.08.2024 as declared Logistic Policy. And as per Regulation No.1.9 of CDCPR-2023 it is

stated that the policies issued by Industries Department, GoM from time to time be the part of the

CDCPR. Also, as per Regulation No. 12.3 of the above regulations procedure to set up Integrated

Logistic Park is mentioned.

And Whereas, the High Power Committee in its 173rd meeting held on 09.04.2025 has approved

the proposal of 8.18 HA area of an Integrated Logistics Park on plot No.B-7 to B-12 in Nanded

Industrial Area. However considering permissible limit of warehousing activities in Nanded Industrial

Area, it is proposed to develop Integrated Logistics Park on 6.87 Ha area of plot No. B-7 to B-12 in

Nanded Industrial Area.

And Whereas, the High power committee in its meeting No. 127 dtd. 01/10/2020 has instructed

to follow procedure prescribed for IIA in Section 43 (1b) of Maharashtra Industrial Development Act,

1961, while sanctioning Integrated Logistics Park proposal;

Now, therefore in exercise of powers conferred under clause (1B) of Section 43 of the Maharashtra

Industrial Development Act, 1961 (Mah.XV of 2013), the undersigned as Chief Executive Officer

of Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation, Hereby notify the following area of Nanded

Industrial Area as Integrated Industrial Area (Logistic Park ) as per schedule and boundaries

hereunder specified ;
