सदर अधिि˜सूचनेेच्या अनुुसूूचीमध्ये,—

Insecticides Act, 1968.

No. कृवपदुम-28016/311/2025-MAG-17A (E-1489676).— In exercise of the powers conferred by

sub-section (1) of Section 20 of the Insecticides Act, 1968 (46 of 1968) read with rule 26 of the

Insecticides Rules, 1971 and of all other powers enabling in that behalf, the Government of

Maharashtra hereby amends the Government Notification, Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Dairy

Development and Fisheries Department, No. कृवपदुम-28016/117/2025-MAG-17A (E-1108332), dated

the 19th June, 2025, as follows, namely :—

In the said Notification, In the Schedule,—

(i) under the heading Division level, after entry at Serial No. 2, the following shall be added,

namely :—
