वि¦कास योजनाा उक्त फेेरबदलांं�सह शाासनाास पत्र क्र. कावि¦-नपसाा-बांं�ध.वि¦.- ५१७-२०२३, दिि—नांं�क ७ डि�सेंबर, २०२३ अन्वये सादर

केली आहेे:

आणि� ज्याअर्थीी, उक्त अधिि˜नि�यमाच्या कलम ३१ (१) मधील तरतूूदीनुसार उक्त वि¦कास योजनेेबाबत आवश्यक त्या चौकशीनंतर

तसेच संचाालक, नगर रचनाा, महारााष्ट्र रााज्य, पुुणे यां�चेेशी सल्ला मसलत केल्यानंतर उक्त वि¦कास योजनाा, सूचनाा क्र. टििपीएस-२२२५-

११७९-प्र.क्र.१६०-२०२५-ईपी प्रसि�द्धीी/नवि¦- ९, दिि—नांं�क १८ मे, २०२६ सोबतच्या परि�शि�ष्ट-क मधील सारभूूत बदल (ई.पी. -१),

वगळूून भाागशः मंजूर करणेे आवश्यक आहेे, असे शाासनााचे मत झााले आहेे;

आता, त्याअर्थीी, उक्त अधिि˜नि�यमाच्या कलम ३१ (१) मधील तरतूूदीनुसार तसेच इतर अनुषंंगि�क शक्तींचाा वापर करुन शाासन

खालीलप्रमाणे आदेश पारीत करीत आहेे:-

(क)साावली नगरपंंचाायत क्षेत्रााच्या उक्त प्रारूप वि¦कास योजनेेस, सूचनाा क्र. टििपीएस-२२२५-११७९-प्र. क्र. १६०-२०२५-ईपी

प्रसि�द्धीी -नवि¦-९, दिि—नांं�क १८ मे, २०२६ सोबतच्या परि�शि�ष्ट- ख मधील (ई.पी. - १) सारभूूत बदल वगळूून, मंजूरी देण्यात

येत आहेे.

(ख) उक्त अधिि˜नि�यमाच्या कलम ३१ (१) नुसार उक्त वि¦कास योजनेेच्या मंजुुरीसाठी दिि—नांं�क १८ मे, २०२६ हा दिि—वस धरुन

मुदतवाढ मंजूर करणेेत येत आहेे.

(ग)साावली नगरपरि�षदेेच्या उक्त क्षेत्रााची उक्त प्रारूप वि¦कास योजनाा, प्रस्तुत अधिि˜सूचनाा शाासन रााजपत्राात प्रसि�ध्द झााल्याच्या

दिि—नांं�कापासून ३० दिि—वसानंतर अंमलात येईल.

NOTIFICATION

No.TPS-2225-1179-CR-160-2025-D.P. Sanction (Partly)-UD-9.–

Whereas, the Sawali Nagar Panchayat. Sawali, Dist. Chandrapur, being the Planning Authority

(hereinafter referred to as "the said Planning Authority") vide its Resolution No.01. dated the

26^th March, 2021, declared its intention under Section 23(1). read with Section 38(1) of the

Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act. 1966 (Mah. XXXVII of 1966) (hereinafter referred

to as "the said Act"), to prepare the Draft Development Plan (hereinafter referred to as "the said

Draft Development Plan") and notice such declaration was published in the Official Gazette, Part-

1A, Nagpur Division Supplement dated the 8-14 April,2021;

And whereas, the said Planning Authority after carrying out surveys of its Area as required

under Section 25 of the said Act, decided to publish a Draft Development Plan under Section 26(1)

of the said Act, vide its Resolution No.04, dated the 23^rd February, 2023 and notice to that effect

is published in the Official Gazette. Nagpur Divisional Supplement dated the 23^rd March, 2023 for

inviting suggestions and/or objections:

And whereas, after considering the suggestions and objections to the said Draft Development

Plan received within stipulated period, the Planning Committee appointed under Section 28(2) of

the said Act, has submitted its report to the said Planning Authority on dated the 6^th May, 2023;

And whereas, after considering the Report of the Planning Committee, the Planning Authority

vide its Resolution No.2. dated the 23^rd May, 2023, had decided to make some modifications and to

publish such modifications in the said Draft Development Plan (hereinafter referred to as "the said

Modifications"), which were published in the Official Gazette, Nagpur Divisional Supplement dated

the 05-11 October, 2023 on under Section 28(4) of the said Act:

And whereas, in accordance with the provision of sub-section (1) of Section 30 of the Act.

the said Planning Authority has submitted the said Draft Development Plan, along with the said

Modifications to the Government for sanction vide its Marathi letter No.कावि¦-नपसाा-बांं�ध.वि¦.-५१७-२०२३,

dated the 7^th February, 2023:

And whereas, in accordance with sub-section (1) of Section 31 of the said Act, after making

necessary enquiries and after consulting the Director of Town Planning, Maharashtra State, Pune,

the State Government is of the opinion that, the said Draft Development Plan should be sanctioned

partly, excluding the substantial Modification (as EP-1) as specified in SCHEDULE-B appended to

Notice No. TPS-2225-1179-CR-160-2025-EP Publication-UD-9, dated the 18^th May, 2026;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 31(1) of the said Act and of all

other powers enabling it on that behalf. the Government of Maharashtra hereby:-

(A) Accords Sanction the said Draft Development Plan of the Area within Sawali Nagar

Panchayat, Sawali, Dist. Chandrapur, excluding the Substantial Modification (as EP-1)

as specified in SCHEDULE-B appended to Notice No. TPS-2225-1179-CR-160-2025-EP

Publication-UD-9, dated the 18^th May, 2026.

(B) Extends the period prescribed under Section 31(1) of the said Act. for sanctioning the said

Draft Development Plan up to and inclusive of dated the 18^th May, 2026.

(C) The said Sanctioned Development Plan called the Final Development Plan of the Area

within Sawali Nagar Panchayat, Sawali, Dist. Chandrapur, shall come into force, after 30

days from the publication of this Notification in the official Gazette.

Note:-

(1) The reservations / allocations / designations which do not appear in Schedule-A appended to

this Notification No.TPS-2225-1179-CR-160-2025-D.P. Sanction (Partly)-UD-9 and also

in Schedule-B appended to Notice No.TPS-2225-1179-CR-160-2025/-EP Publication/-

UD-9, dated the 18^th May, 2026 are hereby sanctioned for the respective purpose as

designated in the Development Plan.

(2) The Unified Development Control and Promotion Regulation sanctioned vide Notification

No.TPS-1818-CR-236-18-Section 37(1AA) (c) and Section 20(4)-UD-13, dated the

2^nd December, 2020, as amended from time to time, shall be applicable to the said Area of

the Sawali Nagar Panchayat, Sawali, Dist. Chandrapur.

The aforesaid final Development Plan of the Sawali Nagar Panchayat, Sawali, Dist. Chandrapur

partly sanctioned by the State Government vide this Notification shall be kept open or inspection

by the general public during office hours on all working days for a period on one month from the

date of coming into force of this Development Plan, in the office of the Chief Officer, Sawali Nagar

Panchayat, Sawali, Dist. Chandrapur.

आणि� ज्याअर्थीी, उक्त अधिि˜नि�यमातील कलम ३० मधील उप कलम (१) मधील तरतूूदीनुसार उक्त नि�योोजन प्राधिि˜करण यां�नीी

उक्त वि¦कास योजनाा उक्त फेेरबदलांं�सह शाासनाास पत्र क्र. कावि¦-नपसाा-बांं�ध.वि¦.- ५१७-२०२३, दिि—नांं�क ०७ डि�सेंबर, २०२३ अन्वये

सादर केली आहेे;

आणि� ज्याअर्थीी, उक्त प्रारुप सुधारि�त वि¦कास योजनेेस, उक्त अधिि˜नि�यमाच्या कलम ३१(१) मधील तरतूूदीनुसार शाासन अधिि˜सूचनाा

टििपीएस-२२२५-११७९-प्र.क्र.१६०-२०२५ -ईपी प्रसि�ध्दी-नवि¦-९, दिि—नांं�क १८ मे, २०२६ व त्यासोबतच्या परि�शि�ष्ट- ख मधील सारभूूत

बदल (ई.पी. - १) वगळूून, भाागशः मंजूरी देण्यात आली आहेे;

आणि� ज्याअर्थीी, उक्त नमूूद परि�शि�ष्ट मधील सारभूूत फेेरबदल उक्त मंजूर सुधारि�त वि¦कास योजनेेतून वगळलेे असून सदर

वगळलेेले सारभूूत फेेरबदल वि¦कास योजनाा नकााशाावर (ई.पी. १) दर्शशवि¦ले आहेेत;

आता,त्याअर्थीी, उक्त अधिि˜नि�यमाच्या कलम ३१ (१) मधील तसेच या अनुषंंगि�क शाासनाास असलेल्या शक्तींचाा वापर करुन

शाासन खालीलप्रमाणे आदेश पारीत करीत आहेे:-

(क) सोबत जोडलेेल्या परि�शि�ष्ट- ख मध्ये नमूूद सारभूूत फेेरबदलां�बााबत प्रस्तुत सूचनाा महारााष्ट्र शाासन रााजपत्राात प्रसि�ध्द

झाालेल्या दिि—नांं�कापासून ३० दिि—वसांं�च्या आत जनतेेकडुन सूचनाा / हरकती मागवि¦ण्यात येत आहेेत.

(ख) वि¦भाागीय सह संचाालक, नगर रचनाा, नाागपूर वि¦भााग, नाागपूर यां�चीी उक्त अधिि˜नि�यमाच्या कलम ३१(२) अन्वये उपरोोक्त

"क" मध्ये नमूूद, वि¦हीत मुदतीत प्राप्त हरकती / सूचनांं�बाबत सुनाावणी देणेसाठी व त्याबाबतचाा अहवााल शाासनाास पुुढील कार्ययवाहीसाठी

सादर करणेेसाठी अधिि˜कारी म्हणूून नि�युुक्ती करण्यात येत आहेे.

Whereas, the Sawali Nagar Panchayat. Sawali, Dist.Chandrapur, being the Planning Authority

(hereinafter referred to as "the said Planning Authority") vide its Resolution No.01. dated the 26^th

March, 2021, declared its intention under section 23(1), read with Section 38(1) of the Maharashtra

Regional and Town Planning Act. 1966 (Mah. XXXVII of 1966) (hereinafter referred to as "the said

Act"), to prepare the Draft Development Plan (hereinafter referred to as "the said Draft Development

Plan") and notice such declaration was published in the Official Gazette, Part- 1A, Nagpur Division

Supplement dated the 8^th-14^th April, 2021;

And whereas, the said Planning Authority after carrying out surveys of its Area as required

under section 25 of the said Act, decided to publish a Draft Development Plan under section 26(1)

of the said Act, vide its Resolution No.04, dated the 23^rd February, 2023 and notice to that effect

is published in the Official Gazette. Nagpur Divisional Supplement dated the 23^rd March, 2023 for

inviting suggestions and/or objections:

And whereas, after considering the suggestions and objections to the said Draft Development

Plan received within stipulated period, the Planning Committee appointed under section 28(2) of

the said Act, has submitted its report to the said Planning Authority on dated the 6^th May, 2023;

And whereas, after considering the Report of the Planning Committee, the Planning Authority

vide its Resolution No.2. dated the 23^rd May, 2023, had decided to make some modifications and to

publish such modifications in the said Draft Development Plan (hereinafter referred to as "the said

Modifications"), which were published in the Official Gazette, Nagpur Divisional Supplement dated

the 05-11 October, 2023 on under Section 28(4) of the said Act:

And whereas, in accordance with the provision of sub-section (1) of Section 30 of the said

Act. the said Planning Authority has submitted the said Draft Development Plan, along with the

said Modifications to the Government for sanction vide its Marathi letter No.कावि¦- नपसाा-बांं�ध.वि¦.-५१७-

२०२३, dated the 7^th December, 2023:

And whereas, the substantial modifications proposed by the Government are excluded from the

said Draft Development Plan and shown on the plan, marked as excluded part (i.e. EP-1);

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred Section 31(1) of the said Act and all other

powers enabling it on that behalf. the Government of Maharashtra hereby:-

(A) Gives notice inviting suggestions and objections from any person in respect of the proposed

substantial modification as specified in the SCHEDULE-B appended hereto, within the

period of 30 days from the date of publication of this notice in the Official Gazette.

(B) Appoints the Divisional Joint Director of Town Planning Nagpur Division, Nagpur, as ''the

Officer'' under section 31 (2) of the said Act, to hear all suggestions and / or objections

as stated in (A) above and to submit his report thereupon to the Government for further

necessary action.

अधिि˜नि�यमाच्या कलम २८ (२) नुसार स्थाापन केलेल्या नि�योोजन समि�तीने ति�चाा अहवााल दिि—नांं�क २४ मे, २०२३ रोजी उक्त नि�योोजन

प्राधिि˜करणााकडेे सादर केला आहेे;

आणि� ज्याअर्थीी, उक्त नि�योोजन प्राधिि˜करणााने नि�योोजन समि�तीचाा अहवााल वि¦चााराात घेेऊन उक्त अधिि˜नि�यमाच्या कलम २८ (४)

अन्वये, उक्त प्रारूप वि¦कास योजनेेत काही बदल करुन, ठरााव क्र. १, दिि—नांं�क २० जून, २०२३ अन्वये असे बदल प्रसि�ध्द करण्याचे

ठरवि¦ले. परंंतू, एकही हरकत / सूचनाा प्राप्त न झााल्याने, उक्त प्रारुप वि¦कास योजनेेत, उक्त अधिि˜नि�यमाचे कलम २८ ( ४ ) नूसार

कोणतेही बदल करण्यात आलेले नााहीत;

आणि� ज्याअर्थीी, उक्त अधिि˜नि�यमातील कलम ३० मधील उपकलम (१) मधील तरतूूदीनुसार उक्त नि�योोजन प्राधिि˜करण यां�नीी उक्त

वि¦कास योजनाा उक्त फेेरबदलांं�सह शाासनाास पत्र क्र. ३३४९, दिि—नांं�क १५ डि�सेंबर, २०२३ अन्वये सादर केली आहेे;

आणि� ज्याअर्थीी, उक्त अधिि˜नि�यमाच्या कलम ३१ (१) मधील तरतूूदीनुसार उक्त वि¦कास योजनेेबाबत आवश्यक त्या चौकशीनंतर

तसेच संचाालक, नगर रचनाा, महारााष्ट्र रााज्य, पुुणे यां�चेेशी सल्ला मसलत केल्यानंतर उक्त वि¦कास योजनाा, सूचनाा क्र. टििपीएस-२२२५-

२१०-प्र.क्र.१८१-२०२५- ई.पी. प्रसि�द्धीी-नवि¦-९, दिि—नांं�क १८ मे,२०२६ सोबतच्या परि�शि�ष्ट मधील (ई.पी.-१ ते ई.पी.-६) सारभूूत बदल,

वगळूून भाागशः मंजूर करणेे आवश्यक आहेे, असे शाासनााचे मत झााले आहेे;

आता त्याअर्थीी, उक्त अधिि˜नि�यमाच्या कलम ३१ (१) मधील तरतूूदीनुसार तसेच इतर अनुषंंगि�क शक्तींचाा वापर करुन शाासन

खालीलप्रमाणे आदेश पारीत करीत आहेे:-

क) पोंभूर्णा� नगरपंंचाायत क्षेत्रााच्या उक्त प्रारुप वि¦कास योजनेेस, सूचनाा क्र. टििपीएस-२२२५-२१० प्र.क्र.१८१-२०२५-ई.पी.

प्रसि�द्धीी -नवि¦-९, दिि—नांं�क १८मे, २०२६ सोबतच्या परि�शि�ष्टातील सारभूूत बदल (ई.पी.-१ ते ई.पी.-६) वगळूून, मंजूरी देण्यात येत आहेे.

ख) उक्त अधिि˜नि�यमाच्या कलम ३१ (१) नुसार उक्त वि¦कास योजनेेच्या मंजूरीसाठी दिि—नांं�क १८ मे, २०२६ हा दिि—वस धरुन

मुदतवाढ मंजूर करणेेत येत आहेे.

ग) पोंभूर्णा� नगरपंंचाायतीच्या उक्त क्षेत्रााची उक्त प्रारूप वि¦कास योजनाा, प्रस्तुत अधिि˜सूचनाा शाासन रााजपत्राात प्रसि�ध्द झााल्याच्या

दिि—नांं�कापासून ३० दिि—वसानंतर अंमलात येईल.

जी आरक्षणे / नाामाभि�धाान, शाासन सूचनाा, नगर वि¦कास वि¦भााग क्र.टििपीएस-२२२५/२१०/प्र.क्र. १८१ २०२५/ई.पी. प्रसि�द्धीी/

of the said Act, vide its Resolution No.3, dated the 07^th February, 2023 and notice to that effect is

published in the Official Gazette, Nagpur Divisional Supplement dated the 16- 22^nd February, 2023

for inviting suggestions and / or objections;

And whereas, after considering the suggestions and objections to the said Draft Development

Plan received within stipulated period, the Planning Committee appointed under section 28(2) of

the said Act, has submitted its report to the said Planning Authority on dated the 04^th May, 2022;

And whereas, after considering the Report of the Planning Committee, the Planning Authority

vide its Resolution No.1, dated the 20^th June, 2023, had decided to make some modifications, but

because of no objections/suggestions received, no changes are made in the said Draft Development

Plan, under Section 28(4) of the said Act;

And whereas, in accordance with the provision of sub-section (1) of Section 30 of the said Act,

the said Planning Authority has submitted the said Draft Development Plan to the Government for

sanction vide its Marathi letter No.49, dated the 15^th December, 2023;

And whereas, in accordance with sub-section (1) of Section 31 of the said Act, after making

necessary enquiries and after consulting the Director of Town Planning, Maharashtra State Pune,

the State Government is of the opinion that, the said Draft Development Plan should be sanctioned

partly, excluding the substantial Modifications (as EP-1 to EP-6) as specified in SCHEDULE

appended to Notice No.TPS-2225/210/CR-181/2025/E.P. Publication UD-9, dated the 18^th May,

2026;

Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 31(1) of the said Act and of all

other powers enabling it on that behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby:-

A) Accords Sanction the said Draft Development Plan of the Area within Pomburna Nagar

Panchayat, Parner, Dist. Chandrapur, excluding the substantial Modifications (as EP-1 to EP-6) as

specified in SCHEDULE appended to Notice No.TPS-2225/210/CR-181/2025/E.P. Publication/UD-9,

dated the 18^th May, 2026.

B) Extends the period prescribed under Section 31(1) of the said Act, for sanctioning the said

Draft Development Plan up to and inclusive of dated the 18^th May, 2026.

C) The said Sanctioned Development Plan called the Final Development Plan of the Area within

Pomburna Nagar Panchayat, Pomburna, Dist. Chandrapur, shall come into force, after 30 days from

the publication of this Notification in the official Gazette.

Note:-

(1) The reservations / allocations / designations which do not appear in Schedule appended

to Urban Development Department's Notice No.TPS-2225/210/CR-181/2025/E.P. Publication/ UD-

9, dated the 18^th May, 2026, are hereby sanctioned for the respective purpose as designated in the

Development Plan.

(2) The Unified Development Control and Promotion Regulation sanctioned vide Notification

No.TPS-1818/CR-236/18/Section 37(1 AA) (c) and Section 20(4)/UD-13, dated the 02^nd December,2020,

as amended from time to time, shall be applicable to the said Area of the Pomburna Nagar Panchayat,

Pomburna, Dist. Chandrapur.

The aforesaid final Development Plan of the Pomburna Nagar Panchayat, Pomburna,

Dist. Chandrapur partly sanctioned by the State Government vide this Notification shall be kept

open for inspection by the general public during office hours on all working days for a period on one

month from the date of coming into force of this Development Plan, in the office of the Chief Officer,

Pomburna Nagar Panchayat, Pomburna, Dist. Chandrapur.

Whereas, the Pomburna Nagar Panchayat, Parner, Dist.Chandrapur, being the Planning

Authority (hereinafter referred to as "the said Planning Authority") vide its Resolution No.1,

dated the 01^st June, 2021, declared its intention under section 23(1), read with Section 38(1) of the

Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 (Maha. XXXVII of 1966) (hereinafter referred

to as "the said Act"), to prepare the Draft Development Plan (hereinafter referred to as "the said

Draft Development Plan") and notice such declaration was published in the Official Gazette, Part-

1A, Nagpur Division Supplement dated the 17-06 June, 2021;

And whereas, the said Planning Authority after carrying out surveys of its Area as required

under section 25 of the said Act, decided to publish a Draft Development Plan under section 26(1)

of the said Act, vide its Resolution No.3, dated the 07^th February, 2023 and notice to that effect is

published in the Official Gazette, Nagpur Divisional Supplement dated the 16- 22 February, 2023 for

Pomburna Nagar Panchayat, Pomburna. Dist. Chandrapur, excluding the substantial modifications

(as EP-1 to EP-6) as specified in "SCHEDULE" appended with this Notice bearing No.TPS-2225-

And whereas, the substantial modifications proposed by the Government are excluded from the

said Draft Development Plan and shown on the plan, marked as excluded part i.e. EP- 1 to EP-6;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 31(1) of the said Act and all

other powers enabling it on that behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby:-

(A) Gives notice inviting suggestions and objections from any person in respect of the proposed

substantial modifications as specified in the SCHEDULE appended hereto, within the period of 30

days from the date of publication of this notice in the Official Gazette.

(B) Appoints the Divisional Joint Director of Town Planning, Nagpur Division, Nagpur as ''the

Officer''under section 31 (2)

2. Only the suggestions and /or objections regarding substantial modifications mentioned

in SCHEDULE, that may be received by the Divisional Joint Director of Town Planning, Nagpur

Division, having his office at 1^st Floor, Old Secretariat Building, Civil Lines, Nagpur - 440 001,

within the stipulated period of 30 days from the date of publication of this Notice in the Official

Gazette, shall be considered.

3. Copy of the said Notice along with SCHEDULE and the plan showing the proposed substantial

modifications shall be made available for inspection to general public at the following offices during

office hours on all working days.

Whereas, Revised Development Plan of Nagpur has been partly sanctioned by the Government

in Urban Development Department vide Notification No. TPS-2496-2643-CR-300(A)-97-UD-9,

dated the 7^th January, 2000 and has come into force with effect from the 1^st March, 2000 and the

Republished Development Plan of Excluded Parts of substaintiol nature modification, has been

sanctioned by the Government in Urban Development Department vide Notificaation No. TPS-2400-

1638-CR-200-2000-UD-9, dated the 1^st September, 2001 and has come into force with effect from the

21^st September, 2001 (hereinafter referred to as ''the said Development Plan'') under Section 31(1)

of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 (Maha. XXXVII of 1966) (hereinafter

referred to as "the said Act"),

And whereas, in the said Development Plan, the land totally admeasuring 2823 Sq. Mt., bearing

Khasara No. 283, City Survey No. 1855/1 of Mauje Sitabuldi (hereinafter referred to as "the said

Land"), is reserved as ''Site No. W-55-Parking'' (Area approx. 1296 Sq. Mt.) and 18.00 mt. wide

Development Plan Road (hereinafter referred to as "the said Development Plan Proposals"), and the

Planning Authorithy for the said Land is the Nagpur Municipal Corporation (hereinafter referred

to as "the said Planning Authority");

And whereas, the said Planning Authority vide its Special Meeting Resolution No.८१-मनपाा-

प्रशाासक, दिि—नांं�क ०३ डि�सेंबर, २०२५, has decided to delete the said Development Plan Proposals and to

include the lands so released in Public Semi-Public Zone and, after following the legal procedure

under sub section (1) of Section 37 of the said Act, has submitted a proposal to the Government,

for modification in the said Development Plan to the Government vide it's Marathi letter dated the

13^th March, 2026 (hereinafter referred to as "the said Modification Proposals");

And whereas, after making necessary enquiries and consulting the Director of Town Planning,

Maharashtra State, Pune, the Government is of opinion that, ''the said Modification Proposals''

should be sanctioned;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred under sub section (2) of Section 37 of the

said Act and all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the State Government hereby sanctions the

said Modification Proposals to the said Land, as described below-

''In the Schedule of modification appended with the said Notification, after the last entry, the

following new entry shall be inserted viz;

ENTRY

''The land totally admeasuring 2823 Sq, Mt, bearing Khasara No. 283, City Survey No. 1855/1 of

Mauje Sitabuldi, is deletd from ''Site No. W-55-Parking'' and 18.00 wide Development Plan Road and

the lands so released are included in Public Semi-Public Zone, as shown on plan.''

Note- (A) A copy of the part plan of the aforesaid sanctioned modification shall be available for

public inspection in the office of the Commissioner, Nagpur Municipal Corporation,

Nagpur during office hours on all working days for a period of one month.

(B) This Notification shall also be available on the Govt. web site www.maharashtra.gov.in
